Once inside, the place was surprisingly spacious. I ordered a 12 oz hot plain latte, and the barista was very friendly. My drink came out within a couple of minutes, and the cafe wasn't too crowded, which was nice. Overall, I really enjoyed the coffee. It had a great balance of milk and espresso, with a strong flavor that I appreciated. I'd definitely come back again if I'm in the area.

The staff is super nice and friendly! I think one of them was named Zac and we talked about Cocowhip! He even offered me hot sauce with my breakfast sandwich and apologized that there was no ham, just bacon. He heated my sandwich up and it was perfect with the English muffin. For my drink, I had their chocolate cherub cherry drink -- it was SO good! There's a long table and a couple of seats as well as bar seating by the windows but the lobby into the seating area also has couches and tables to sit. Lovely place! The exterior is pretty!

The coffee was excellent, and the baked goods were fresh and delicious. There are several different seating areas, each with its own character, making it a great place whether you're catching up with friends, getting some work done, or simply relaxing with a good cup of coffee. One of the highlights is the beautiful view overlooking Pike Place Market. It's the perfect place to sit for a while, sip your coffee, and take in one of Seattle's most iconic locations. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, adding to the overall experience. The bakery is beautiful and clean, the vibe is perfect, and the pinwheel pastry is easily the best I've ever tasted. The highlight of our visit was the incredible staff. The main hall (the popular photo spot) was actually closed when we went. But the staff were so sweet they opened it up for us just to use the restroom and take a few quick photos. I got some amazing pictures thanks to their generosity. Excellent food and top-tier service. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

It was WAY too bitter and had a flat taste with zero complexity. It also didn't feel very "nitro" foamy either. Maybe the machine had some issues or something. As I know for sure Monorail Espresso is known as one of the popular coffee spots in Seattle, I decided to bring them here. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff working when we visited was extremely rude. Since it was my friends' first time, they had a few questions and asked for recommendations, but the staff was not helpful at all. Honestly, I could NOT feel any sense of customer service. It was quite embarrassing because I was the one who recommended the place. I had visited before and remember the staff being friendly and the coffee tasting great, but this time the experience was completely different. The mood was already ruined before we even finished ordering. Even the coffee, which I used to enjoy, tasted just average this time. Also, it's a small take-out coffee stand with no seating, and the prices are not cheap, either. What made it even more ridiculous was the "tipping" situation. My friend is kind enough and selected a 15% tip on the payment machine (see attached receipt for details). But the tip was calculated on the total amount including sales tax, not on the purchase subtotal before the sales tax. That means they are effectively asking customers to tip on tax as well. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit. Unfortunately, I will never be recommending or coming back here again. Good Goodbye!

Upon first sip, I knew I was in for a different league of coffee. The froth was divine, the flavor was simple yet exquisite and layered. I got the honey rose latte and my husband got the honey cinnamon latte. So expertly crafted. I'll be going back again today. Such an awesome experience. I found some local brews here too, canned. I attempted to purchase to save for later but all alcohol had to be consumed at the coffeehouse, so keep that in mind. So many cute puppies frequent this establishment with their coffee addiction owners. I felt right at home. So many cute knickknacks and items to purchase too!
