    A refresher????

This? Is a strawberry refresher... I DONT THINK SO! This place is a disgrace to the Starbucks name. I asked for a venti strawberry refresher and this is what they give me. TO TOP IT OFF. I asked for two of them VERY CLEARLY, even holding up 2 fingers. When I asked for my other refresher the woman RUDELY told me I didn't get charged for it and need to go back in line and pay for one. WHOS FAULT IS THAT??? My perception on the Starbucks name is forever changed. Do better Starbucks and hire better!!!

7/6/24 this location was super busy! Crowded hallways, filled with people waiting to pick up their order. I placed a mobile order thinking that would be a lot faster. It wasn't. I noticed a lot of people that were after me were provided their order. When I brought this to the attention of one of the employees, she stated we're so backlogged on the Mobile orders. The orders we are providing is from the café line. I noticed for the Mobile orders, they had an abundance of cups on the counter. They don't know which order came before, what order. The counters were such a mess. There was no organization. I waited 50 minutes, left without getting my order and I lost $9.00 as my flight was already boarding. I would not return back to this location again. I will go to the main terminal before coming to this concourse. I left unhappy =(

This was the finished product. Starbucks should not wonder why they are losing business.

Oh this was bad. Watery. Ordered a Java chip frappe and they gave me no chocolate drizzle with over a cup of whip cream. For 8 dollars you have to wonder.

I'm new to The area , and first thing I wanted was coffee , there was a Starbucks near me , they were super fast Wry friendly offer me deals and discounts I didn't know what was going on. I order a Grande caramel macchiato it tasted so delicious . This location is now my coffee hot spot.

Beautiful wooden feature wall to the side of this quaint little Starbucks.

Didn't add the extra drizzle and ice. They put it in the hot cups so can't even sip it. Had to take the cover off.

The line moves quickly and the prices are the same outside of the airport which is amazing!

We were wondering around Des Moines as we never have really spent any time in the downtown before until recently. We were wanting to get some coffee and a bite to eat and we came across Second Love. The coffee drinks are really good and unique! I got a grapefruit iced coffee. It definitely tasted unusual and was certainly robust. I am glad I tried it because it's a kind of thing you don't see around very much. They have sandwiches too and since we were hungry we ordered some. They proved to be very good as they were made to order and tasted nice and fresh! Steve purchased some coffee beans to take home so we could enjoy more of their coffee at home. Definitely a nice, solid place for coffee drinks a bite to eat.

THE DRINKS | Variety of coffees, espressos, lattes, and seasonal drinks. I ordered... - Pumpkin Spiced Latte (8 oz.) | Made with real organic pumpkins, pumpkin spices, and topped with pumpkin pie sugar. I hate to compare, but it's way better than Starbucks' pumpkin spiced latte in that the flavors are strong with a smoother finish. - Drip Coffee (12 oz.) | A robust coffee that'll jumpstart your morning. THE FOODS | Pastries & cookies. I ordered... - Morning Roll | Croissant shaped as a muffin. Flaky crunch on the top and buttery soft inside. Warmed up and this morning roll is amazing. THE CAFFE VITA FEELS | Small coffee shop with a small display case for pastries and an area to add sugar and cream to your drink. There's also a stand to the right of the cashier counter where 12 oz. coffee grounds are packaged for purchase. THE ORDERING LOGISTICS | Line up and order i at either Caffe Vita or adjacent Beecher's for food or coffee. We came by after happy hour at Anthony's and listened to a live set of great music. The place was packed, but everyone is friendly and was willing to share their table with us. We had a great time and I strongly recommend coming by the Quarterdeck to chill and listen to live music. Can't believe it took me 20 years of living in Seattle to find this place. So, don't repeat my mistake.

Quarterdeck is what I like to call a "come for the vibes, stay for the drinks, eat... somewhere…read moreelse" kind of place. I stopped by while visiting Seattle and while the food situation was a bit chaotic (they had rotating menus because they were out of a few items), I ended up ordering a kimchi-inspired sandwich that I wanted to love...but it just didn't do it for me. Not inedible, maybe a 2/5, but I'd definitely try something else next time. My friend ordered what I think was the Garden Harvest Wrap (a staple on the menu), and that was more of a 3/5. Both dishes were served cold (intentionally), which I think made a difference, I could totally see them being much better if they were warm. Now let's talk about what is worth it: the mimosa flight. SO good. Like dangerously easy to sit there, sip through all of them, and forget any minor food disappointments. But honestly, the real star here is the ambiance. You're right on the water with the most effortless, breezy, coastal energy. Boats drifting by, sun hitting just right, people lingering over drinks--it's giving main character energy in the best way. I found myself wanting to stay way longer than planned and even doing some work while there. This is absolutely a spot I'd come back to, just with a strategy: eat before or after, and come here to sip, sit by the water, and take a little walk on the dock. 5 stars for the vibes alone
