Yes it is a huge chain but this store gives a major hometown feel. So many regulars that people know you by name. The long term employees know you by car and know your drink when you drive up or walk-in. That is sharp customer service. read more

Very disappointed. 3rd time Ive had problems here. First they had my order completely wrong,second lost my order had me waiting for 20 minutes when I asked about my order they have no clue what happened and today made my order but put on the mobile orders They never called my name when it was ready. This Starbucks had really bad customer service and they took long to take our orders when there was only little people. This Starbucks has the slowest service I have experienced at any other Starbucks. Don't bother going through the drive thru, you're better off going inside and ordering. By the time I got to the window of the drive through it took them 10 minutes to give me my hot Jade tea.....10 minutes for tea!!! read more

Just came through the line & when I asked to reload my card this guy working the drive through literally told me no. Learn customer service dude, you don't ever say no. You use "unfortunately I can't at the moment" or whatever but you never say no. He also did not smile and looked like he hated his job. Don't put someone working the drive thru like that. We live in a small town, and that's on purpose. We like being "almost" in the country and appreciate those businesses that settle in our area. My Starbucks in Sanger is just the right amount of busy. I can get a beverage and the newspaper and settle in for a relaxing break away from all the noise and still have the environment that is Starbuck's reputation. This year at Christmas we purchased about a dozen gift cards from them to give to our Sanger friends in hopes that they too will frequent them more often. read more

The slowest Starbucks I've been to and constantly getting the order wrong, not sure if they believe in training at this location or if the staff is just that incompetent. I think I could grow my own coffee beans, mature them, roast them, grind them, and brew them and they still wouldn't be done with my order which would inevitably be wrong anyways. read more

I do not like to blast a businesses in general as I believe that everyone has a bad day. With that said the level of service at this location in a word is repulsive. When I see a lack of urgency in getting the customers orders out in a timely manner it is disturbing. Additionally when the leader is confronted with multiple issues coming from a guest and decides to give a canned response it does not speak well of the business. I am concerned that the leadership at this store has not addressed a cancer in the building and is allowing the guests to suffer. read more

The early morning crew m-f are awesome! They prepare my coffee just as I ask. If I ask them not to stir my cold brew they don't. Everyday I change my order up and it's always perfect. It really makes my work day when my coffee is on point. Can't say the same for the pm or weekend crew. Seems I always get opposite of what I ask. read more

They always have smiles and say hello or welcome while your coming through the door no matter how busy they are. They always get my order right and fast. Always get my tea/coffee in a timely matter. I usually go in the evening after a long day of work and thier worker Andy has excellent customer service, he is very helpful with the menu and patient,even at the drive thru when I was not sure what to order and answered all of my questions. He even asked me about my day and wished me a good day. We need more people like him, made my day so much better and my drink was Perfect! Not too water down, not too sweet. I recommend coming to this Starbucks,not in the morning when it's really busy, but at later hours. Awesome customer service. read more

Worst Starbucks ever. Probably spent around &$300 month here, yes on coffee. Could never get the drink right and many days it tasted like soap. Contacted corporate many times, but nothing g changed. This is one if the best Starbucks for customer service we've visited. Trust me we visit everyday. When my name was called out and my name spelt correctly I was surprised my husband gave them my name. Than his drink appeared with his name spelt correctly and properly made as well. I said that was nice you gave them both of our names. He said I didn't give them either name. The barista who took our orders simply read our names on our shirts and used them. Always nice to be pleasantly surprise. And a thank you on our way out. Thank you! read more

Great service and delicious coffee. There is almost a long wait because it's full of customers but that is always a good sign.

I AVOID going to this Starbucks, the customer service here is terrible. The baristas always seem lost, and they are not the friendliest of people. The times that I have been to this Starbucks, they're always out of food. One time I asked what their vegetarian options were and the girl started listing them and she started off by saying: we have the chicken salad....I could not believe this! These are horrible people who work for this specific Starbucks. I had made a mobile order and I had told them that what I wanted wasn't to be warmed and the lady in a hurried fashion grabs the old stale one from the display case and gives it to me , which I thought was incredibly lazy. When I went to pick up my drink I noticed my warmed up previous order at the pick up counter and decided to grab that one instead of the stale display croissant that the lady behind the counter gave me. That's when a foul little creature of a manchild asked me if I had ordered that croissant and which I replied yes do you want me to give it back? The rude man said yes, yes I do want it back and snatched it from my hands with a stupid smerk on his not so pleasant face. I was actually gonna do him a favor and throw that trash of a croissant where it belongs in the garbage can and had no intention of eating that croissant which insults my character. He taunted me the whole time as I walked out of the store with a childish little grin on his not so pleasant to look at face. I'm afraid he may have Down syndrome so if he does I apologize for this post. I believe he may be one of those snowflake ANTIFA members and didn't like my, "Believe in heroes," Under Armor wounded warriors T shirt, so I will chose to Boycott this store until that little snowflake is fired.
