The place is nicely decorated and the staffs have always been amazing. It used to be our favorite treat spot in San Tan Valley, and we've never had an issue--until now. We each ordered our usual drinks: one with soy milk, one with almond milk, since we are allergic to dairy. Unfortunately, both drinks were made with whole milk, and it's not just a theory--we've had severe reactions for the past two days, including constant diarrhea and stomach cramping. I noticed the taste was a bit off, but I tried to brush it off, thinking maybe I was just being picky. I wasn't. This experience has left us shaken and honestly scared to order again. Food allergies aren't a trendy preference--they're a health risk. Please, train your staff better on milk alternatives and allergy safety. It may seem like a small mistake, but it has had a huge impact on our health and trust. It was about 1:33 pm so maybe they had a rush? I am never that person who asks for no ice or light ice but goodness, look at this?? This is quite literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I placed a DoorDash order which was…read morereportedly picked up, but the driver contacted me and never was able to pick up the food. This caused me to cancel the DoorDash order and place a new order that I picked up myself. The DoorDash order was nearly twice the price as the regular pick up order. When I arrived at the drive-through to pick up my order, it took 15 minutes to get through the drive-through. The cashier who gave me my food was rude and didn't say anything aside from asking my name. This is not the first time that this McDonald's has caused these types of issues or had errors in their food production. It is mismanaged and staffed by idiots. I will never return to this McDonald's again. I will do everything in my power to make sure that nobody else goes to this McDonald's location.
