Not sure why, but I'm noticing a lot of the Dunkin' locations aren't getting Rave Reviews..?? Well I'm here to give 'em their props! Especially on a couple of their breakfast items... The other day, on the way to work, I stopped through a couple of Dunkins... (yes, a couple) because by the time I got to work, I'd eaten all of my gatherings from my 1st stop... Seriously. It was that good! On both stops I grabbed an order of those everything Bagle Bites and an order of their Sweet Black Pepper Bacon (or Snackin' Bacon) as they call it...and I warshed both stops down with one of their large Strawberry Refreshers! I ordered off of Uber eats and my order was destroyed upon delivery. The delivery driver told me the drink was spilling and none of my food was edible as it was soggy from the coffee spilling. I tried calling multiple times and I continue to get sent to voicemail! They can't even answer the phone! Terrible quality, terrible experience and terrible customer care. Never again Dunkin. When I asked if I could please have my coffee after waiting 15 minutes, the attendant quickly made it and put it on the counter without so much as a here you go. The people that work there are young they have their cell phones sticking out of their rear pockets. They're always joking amongst each other and the service and the food is always a problem. I don't think the manager has a hands-on in this day-to-day operation head office needs to reevaluate it. read more

Austin has a terrible attitude. I attempted to order 3 dozen donuts his response was very annoyed as he stated "3 dozen ugh. Hold on" and without even listening to what I wanted he stated "our policy is that you can only buy assorted donuts when buying dozens" when asked why if I need something different he answer "it's my policy and I am the assistant manager". He has a terrible attitude, this store is never stocked and every time only has 3 or 4 total options. I am not someone who normally leaves negative reviews because I try and give people the benefit of the doubt, but for multiple weeks now I have mobile ordered coffee and donuts and the disorganization associated with mobile ordering is astounding. The customers that order at the counter and the drive thru are definitely prioritized getting their coffees and food much quicker than the mobile orderers. The food and drink quality is good, and that's why I left two stars, however there definitely needs to be some change in leadership or systems in place to better prioritize all customers. I stopped by the drive thru on 12/16, order my sick toddler a strawberry sprinkle donut. The lady told me they were out but I could get a chocolate one instead. I said okay to that, even though I know my sick irrational toddler would get upset because it wasn't a pink one. They had me pull to the front to wait for them to bring my order out. few mins later she came out, and handed me a strawberry sprinkle donut. This employee went out of her way to make one for us fresh! She did not have to do that, but I'm so happy she did. Had a long morning with my sick kiddo, and although it's just a donut, it made her day. These employees can't get simple orders correct ever. First off, they stick donuts in a bag without tissue paper to separate or with napkins. There are no smiles, "how are you" "hi"...customer service doesn't exist. Today will be our last visit as we always do a mobile order and it's 2 identical iced coffees and 2 Boston Creme donuts. The first coffee they handed us was a cold brew and looked nothing like the other coffee (again, they are IDENTICAL iced coffees). When I stayed it was wrong, the worker argued with me. He went to fix it and the girl with the tattoos on her face gave me a different coffee. After leaving we noticed we had 2 totally different orders (order 1250 & 1245) and I ended up with the wrong order. Coffee and donuts doesn't take much. We will no longer come back. We go to the Dunkin location close to our house regularly. We were by this location and decided to just pop in there instead. Well we regretted that... I get a hot black decaf coffee as I cannot have caffeine and my husband got a caramel iced coffee. Nothing complicated! My husband's coffee was awful. Took one sip and thew it out. I later realized that my coffee was in fact not decaf and spent the rest of the morning and afternoon dealing with that because like I said, I cannot have caffeine. I come to the Dunkin' Donuts regularly and this location is horrible. The line was so long outside so I decided to go inside with my son when we got inside. We wait in line and decided to eat inside as we walked closer to the front door. We noticed several dead roaches on the floor, then went back up to the Cash register and let them know and they just continue to stand there. If this is what they have on their dining room floor, I would be shocked to know what's in the kitchen. I will not be back. read more

Hate to pile on but was there at 10:30 in the morning with no one in the Drive-Thru and two customers in the store. Five people working of which two we're attempting to put a sign in the front window that lasted the entire 15 minutes I was there and they were still working on it when I left. Counters and floor behind the counter were filthy. Tables lookd like they had not been wiped down in days. The person who took my order was friendly enough but the person who delivered my order at the end of the counter basically threw them at me and said here you go. Coffee was the usual, very good!. I ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese and if they spent 30 seconds and the toaster I would be surprised. They must have been out of cream cheese because there was almost none there. This must be a one-off store as all of the other locations I have visited, and I visit a bunch as I am addicted to their coffee, have been excellent. Bottom line is I won't stop at this one again. Every time I come to this location my order is messed up or comes incomplete. I didn't have time to go in and complain due to having to drop my child off at school however this was unacceptable. I come in here a few times a week and the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!! No hi when anyone walks in the door...doesn't greet you and tries to avoid eye contact when they see you walk in. Food was cold last time I ordered. I just picked up a mobile order and I was the only customer in the store and she didn't even make eye contact and placed the order on the shelf and pretty much booked it to the back. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes Bc they were obviously very busy, we ask about it - and it turned out that they were completely aware of our order but were missing a few pieces to complete it - so they decided to just keep the order in a back corner, out of sight, until someone asked about it. Okay - great. We waited another 15 minutes for them to figure it out and complete the order. Great. Whatever. If you're going to have SOME employees wear face masks, have them wear the masks CORRECTLY. Out of the 8 employees on the floor, 3 wore masks. Out of the 3, one person was wearing it correctly - while the other two had them pulled down to their chins...??? Why? What purpose does this serve? I watched as one employee pulled her mask completely off of her chin to address a customer - and then pull it back over her mouth (not her nose)... and continue handling food. No hand washing. Ordered through Uber eatsand was shorted my breakfast sandwich. It was on the receipt but was not sent with the order. The bag was sealed at the store so it wasn't something Uber eats could check for. I contacted the store and was told we're sorry, you can either contact Uber eats or drive down here but there's nothing we can do. I just feel like you would make some kind of effort to make it right, and maybe check the orders before they're sealed.
