This has to be the worst DD I have ever experienced. I placed a mobile order for a drive thru pick…read moreup. When I arrived and got into the drive thru line, I say 5 cars in front of me and decided to try to back up to just go inside, but that's when another car pulled in right behind me so I was stuck (thanks to the cars and the curb). After 5 minutes of not moving at all, I was really starting to get annoyed and lose patience. What is the point of a drive thru if it's going to take so long? I got in the line around 10:13 a.m. and by the time I pulled around to speaker box, it had already been over 15 minutes in line!!!! Then, it took another 8 minutes from the speaker box to the window. Even watching people go inside to order, I noticed that it was taking them 10-15 minutes before they were coming back out. No idea why it was taking so long to pour coffee and grab donuts. There are other drive thru's at much busier places that do not take that long. I will never come back to this location again.

The reviews were already trending bad for this location, I should have listened! It was raining…read morewhen I pulled up to the drive-through, there were 6 cars ahead of me. I already knew what I wanted, so I figured my time at the window would be short. It seemed to take a really long time to get to the ordering window, let alone the pickup window. When I ordered the $6 special that is being advertised, I was told that they were out of bacon as well as the bagel the sandwich normally comes on. Really? Once I ordered, the drive to the pick up line moved quickly. The cashier verified again that I would accept the sourdough bread, and sausage instead of bacon. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered the caramel syrup for my coffee, and I was happy to accept it. I've never been inside this location , but what I could see from my car looked nice. The main source of my disappointment was the substitutes. It seems every time I come, there is at least one necessary substitution. Maybe if I had come earlier in the morning... Edited to add: once I opened my sandwich, I realized that it was marked wrong. Do better, Dunkin'!

It's fun, quirky, and filled with delicious goodies -- a great place to get coffee and tea, with the added bonus of sweet treats! I love the rotation of seasonal drinks, and the baked goods are a small but mighty selection of scones, muffins, cookies, brioche cinnamon rolls (my favorite!), and other yummy baked deliciousness! Staff are friendly and helpful in offering options -- for example, I needed some dairy free milk choices. The barista also offered great recommendations with the seasonal drinks. Pricing is really reasonable... which allows you to indulge in some additional baked goods or one of their fun merchandise items like homemade dog treats, t-shirts, mugs, etc. I also like that they have a small shelf of books, records, and games if you want a little BFF time - with your bestie or for just yourself! I enjoy stopping in for refreshments and a little break from shopping on Lindbergh, or getting something to go to enjoy at home. The vibe is relaxed, and easy-going, and marching to the beat of its own drum. You gotta love places like this! There is plenty of parking, and the lot is easy to get in and out of. Just watch your step at the doorway entry/exit. It's got a slight incline - so watch your step. Seating is limited, but it seems to work, because there is a steady "to go" crowd that doesn't take up the tables. I love this cool spot in South County! It's local, and I love that over bigger, more expensive alternatives. I've been thinking a lot about those cinnamon rolls. So, I need another visit!

Today, I literally had to leave because when I walked in, there was no one behind the counter, I stood there for a few minutes until someone finally came out out of the back section, and then I assume, went behind the counter to tell the worker that I was waiting. When the worker came out, she had a bunch of cookies in her hands that she then had to proceed to fold and put into a bag and then she started making the coffee of two people that were sitting at the counter while I was still just standing there. She did acknowledge me, which I appreciate, but at that point, I have been standing there for at least five minutes and I still hadn't ordered my coffee. I told her that I had to leave because I had to get to work and went to Starbucks instead, which I really didn't want to do. But this has been a pattern with this place- either they're not hiring enough staff, the staff that they have is overwhelmed or something is going on. I've been coming here for almost a year- and I definitely would prefer to patronize a local Shop, but not if it's gonna take five minutes to even just get my order taken when I am literally the only person in line. Also, I wanna add, I literally used to come here three times a week. This is not a new experience, but this one has really taken it over the top. Like I said, I want to support a local coffee shop, and I want to like this place, but particularly in the morning when people are on their way to work, this type of delay is totally unacceptable. I'm not blaming the worker, I'm blaming whoever's doing the scheduling.
