I've have had a variety of drinks hot and cold at this location and it's always just right. The bakery items I have had were delicious and they are willing to heat up most anything they have. If you are a fan of the Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie, then ask them to heat it up and you will be happy. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. One downside is that the inside isn't very big and can get cramped at times. They have some tables and a small couch area and they fill up quick depending on the time of day, so if it's real busy and the line is long it's kind of easy to get lost in a cluster of people and feel cramped. There is also tables and chairs outside and on certain days it's real nice to sit out there. Pretty much your basic SB and thankfully consistent with the drinks. To be honest, I had the most flavorful caramel light frappuccino of my LIFE at this Starbucks. It was made with a lot of love by some very nice workers. Every person who walked in before and after us was greeted by name and asked if they wanted "the usual". Gotta love small town living! The only downside was that this location seems grossly understaffed. As a result, the workers were engaged in a bizarre, frantic coffee brigade, squirting shots into cups and then leaving them to sit while they took orders. When each worker returned to the cup (or sometimes a different worker), he or she didn't know what was in the cup and had to start over. It was so strange. However, the workers were really apologetic. I actually felt bad for them - they seemed so overworked and frenzied. I will be back to this Starbucks when I return to St. George based on the good service and quality product. I appreciate crews that provide friendly service even when things aren't ideal. They can't be faulted for the less-than-ideal staffing. They did everything possible to make our experience positive. read more

I visit Starbucks at least once a week and this was the worst experience at a Starbucks I've seen. Complete lack of customer service. Walked up to the counter and was ignored by the baristas completely. Regardless of the technical difficulties you're having please great your customers or at least acknowledge they're standing in front of you. The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. We have gone to Starbucks loyally for 15 years every single day! The Barista wouldn't hand me my drink in the drive through while I was in my car because she said she couldn't reach. She was beyond rude! This was the final straw. The staff here has been consistently rude for months. There is a wait of 20 plus minutes if no one is in line! We will no longer be going to Starbucks anymore. We will be going to Dutch Bros who provide great service, they're happy, positive and friendly. The reviews are obvious that multiple people are having the same exact problems. I always order on the mobile app, one time I went straight through the drive thru all the way to the window and waited, the first thing the employee says really rude, Employee "you need to drive back around" Me "what?" Don't even bother ordering food at this location (Even mobile orders!! Even you'd think they have plenty of time to prepare it I mean literally most of the food is just heated in a microwave/toaster for like 1 minute) last few times I have ordered on the app and I usually do about 10 minutes before arriving and I have arrived to my drink on the counter and NO food. And I literally only eat their danishes/pasties each time I have stood there for 5 minutes waiting on my food and not getting it so I politely asked to make sure it wasn't forgotten and last week I was rudely told to wait my turn because there's other people in front of me... this week when I asked I was told someone was getting it yet I waited another 7 minutes before asking AGAIN and by that time the danish I wanted was sold out after already paying for it. Now I was running late because I waited so long and I asked the lady yo swap it out with another danish and I told her not to heat them because I was running late. So I got a cold stale cheese danish. Not to mention right after I asked a woman who had been there with half her drink finished came up right after me and asked if she could finally have her cake pop she ordered.... A CAKE POP. I have been going to this Starbucks for a year and a half, and today I finally decided I had had enough. The coffee is fine, food is fine, but I guess after coming in as often as I have for as long as I have, and considering the same woman has served me for almost that entire time, you would think someone might remember who I am and what I drink. This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Their service is always spot-on. The baristas are super upbeat and genuinely friendly. I admit I will go here somedays just to let them lift my spirits. They take the time to really get to know you and your order. And they are super nice to my kids. So extra brownie points. I haven't had anything bad here, but my usual order is an iced White Mocha w/soy in the summer and a hot Earl Grey tea w/soy in the winter. Seasonal lattes are always good as well. Very disappointed with the service we just experienced, which is very unlike the Starbucks way. First, we asked the person at the register what our coupon meant (because there was 2 different times listed). She was new so had to ask (which is understandable). The manager dismissed the cashier and said "I don't know what you're talking about, when you finish the bathrooms need you." We never got our coupon explained. Paid for our 3 lattes and waited. Poor barista was so behind, and the manager was not helping, just barking orders at everyone. Our coffees came out and 2 of the 3 coffees tasted nothing like usual. We went up to get them fixed and got yelled at by the same manager for not going to the register (we went to the coffee pick up area since that was the only place a staff member was). I gave up and just drank my $5 coffee as is. My daughter on the other hand got a replacement by another staff person. The manager was too busy to help us and was trying to close a register. Busy or not, your customers need to be priority. read more
