Coffee always tastes so burnt. I even got a white mocha for something sweet and the coffee was overwhelmingly burnt.

I have tried to give them several chances here. I was so excited to finally have a Starbucks in this town, but I will gladly drive to rockwall or Greenville first instead. If they were understaffed I would understand, but they actually have quite a few workers. I was trying to leave town one day and me and several others were waiting inside. I did an online order but it probably would have been quicker just to order inside. The people around me had been waiting 20 minutes or more and I at least waited 20 minutes and everything was cold. The next time I went in, they were not busy at all and everyone was standing around talking. I wasn't even greeted for 10 minutes. I don't think I'll be going back. I'm really not one to complain, but I think management needs to help this location. read more

I usually order from here through the app about once a week. With the exception of 1 time months ago (a passive agreesive staff member), it's always been a pleasant experience. I usually get a variation of shaken oatmilk espresso and the staff here make it perfect. I notice the difference right away when I order at other locations, so this is my go to. read more

This place Rocks! I love the people that work at this Starbucks location. They're always friendly. outgoing and very personable. I work in the service industry myself and enjoy the positive employee's and happy attitude These people are always busy and offer quick top notch service at the drive up window and the counter. This Starbucks is the WORST! The people are rude! The last 4 times I ordered my drink, it wasn't even right. Then I waited 20 mins for my drink got to the window to be told they are out of cold brew... like what?? I ordered it at the drive-thur speaker and then waited 20 mins to be told they don't have it?? Today my boyfriend and I went there and ordered our drink and their tickets were out so they had to write down our order, they said they were out of caramel drizzle and had different options to add caramel which we agreed to after we finished our order, their tickets came back up and we waited 10 mins for another person to come on and ask us what we want. We told him and when we got to the window, we told them we just wanted a small amount of the caramel in our drinks and the guy at the window gave us attitude saying they don't have caramel and we told him the girl that got our order initially said there's a caramel syrup and he gave us even more attitude so we drove off. WE WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN! read more
