Excellent customer service. Staff was cordial and professional. The drinks were spot-on. The location seemed well-kept.

Love that they converted this location from a Seattle's Best to a Starbucks! And judging by the line of cars that were wrapped around the drive-thru lane this morning, looks like everyone else is pleased with it as well! On a different note - I decided to venture out from my usual tried & true sweet frappucino and try something different, so I ordered an iced caramel machiatto (sp?). Oh...big mistake. I'm not a coffee drinker so I could not appreciate the taste of all that caffeine. I had to doctor it up with sugar & creamer when I got to the office. I can't fault Starbucks since I didn't know what the heck I was ordering but I will definitely stick to what works for me - the frappucinos! Also want to mention that the employees who work here are very patient (with people who don't know what they're ordering), and friendly! read more

Can't give this Starbucks a good rating. They people were nice but didn't know what they were doing. Also said that they were out of decaf but failed to mention that when I ordered two decaf coffees. The first coffee they gave us was watered down creamer. It was disgusting. read more

Starbucks ( inside TA trucking center) the customer service at this location SUCKS!!!! 2 employees there neither acknowledge guest upon arrival , then you ask a question and they both just mumble !!! One kept shaking his hair that had the appearance of needing to be brushed ( young man) the other walked to a different location in the restaurant and I asked her the same question she shrugs her shoulders mumbles something and walks away.... seriously ??? I would have rather been met with the response of " mam I'm unsure than silence and the appearance of a deer in headlights. Customer Service is EVERYTHING!!! This is my 3rd bad experience here so I will NOT return to this location regardless of how convenient the location. It's unfortunate that customer service is no longer considered to a high standard in this industry . Communication is everything!!!! read more

This is the best drive thru Starbucks hands down. They are super fast and always smiling!! Love this Starbucks. Highly recommend

80% of the time @ this location my order is wrong. Sadly enough printed on the side of the cup is a sticker with instructions that simply have to be followed. I have discussed this issue with management in the past. I have extended grace hoping management would fix the issue because I understand nobody is perfect. Today was when I decided I would never go back to this location. Not only was the order wrong but there was a bug in my coffee when I took the lid off. I did make management aware of the issue. Starbucks needs to step in and fix this broken location. read more

The usual Starbucks experience here this morning. I had a ready-made dark roast coffee and raw sugar treatment. All good. Busy place today, with quite a few laptop people doing their thing. This clearly used to be a Seattle's Best that got cannibalized by Starbucks when all the Dallas locations closed. It's tiny tiny but cute as hell, and the people that work there (at least on a drizzly saturday morning) were super chipper and fun. You can only drive through or walk up to a window at this location. It's like a mini estrellapesos! I got my latte and breakfast sandwich and was on the road within a minute or two, so woot woot to drive thru only!! read more

And when I got home I was even more surprised to know the staff there had charged me for three and I only ordered (and only received) two croissants..... Where's the great customer service in that....Overcharged, underserved, understaffed, and expected to accept it as the usual Starbucks service. ***update*** 3/23/17 I should have known better...so I tried to give them another shot and again I had to wait in line to find out they didn't have any chocolate croissants and then was stuck in the drive through to exit.... Hopefully, things have changed by now: Because I want to thank the Starbucks employee who a couple months ago put real milk in my Frapp when I asked for Soy, and then had the guts to print Soy on the cup. Its irresponsible, good for nothing people like you who put people like me at risk, as I am allergic to milk products. I don't think you realize how serious food allergies can be. They can hospitalize you, traumatize your body, and make life very unpleasant. Your lack of literacy, incompetence, and careless attitude will keep you right at $7.25 an hour for years to come. If I could give zero stars I definitely would...waited in line over 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us. My fiancé got out of the car to go up to the front window to see what the hell was going on, only to be "greeted" aka eye rolled by a smart ass employee to seemed to be to good for anyone. If there are 3 people working why is it so slow? I have seen bigger Starbucks much busier with 2 people ran WAY better than this dump. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and DEFINITELY don't plan on returning. Will be making a call to district manager. read more

This my favorite Starbucks! Five nights a week I go thru the drive thru at this location on my way to work and I ALWAYS get my drink prepared exactly as requested! I just love the employees at this location, especially Joseph, Sarah and Willie, they are all top notch and never fail to make my experience a very positive one.
