I was in Fate throwing down some Texas barbecue and as I was leaving I walked past this cute micro-trailer for Rollin Beans and decide to grab an iced coffee on the way out as I had no caffeine in the system. I was coming back to DFW and stopped for coffee and breakfast. It seems like more semi permanent food cart/truck areas are popping up on the outskirts of the Metroplex. I'm totally here for it! The woman who served me was friendly, asking me about where I went camping/hiking (I mentioned it first). The Coconut Mocha was great. It was not super sweet, which I appreciated. The ham and cheese croissant was good, too. It was raining, so I didn't stick around, but I'm sure the area is fun to hang in, when it's dry. read more

Just so you know, I am a coffee enthusiast! I love trying out local coffee shops and this coffee is INCREDIBLE!! It was my first time so I decided to ask the lady behind the counter what she recommended. She was extremely kind and helpful and recommended their April Special (Rainy Daze Latte) so I ordered that for my dad and he LOVED IT!! I on the other hand decided to order an Iced S'mores Latte, (since I'm a sucker for chocolate and marshmallows) which was also DELICIOUS!! Rollin Beans is located in a food truck plaza and there are places to sit and chat if the weather is nice. I only wish they were located in a storefront, since I love to go to coffee shops and hangout for a couple of hours while I get work done. In the end it's great coffee and I'll definitely be back soon to try more of their Latte's. (That way I can highlight some of my personal favorites within their menu) PSA: Their coffee is definitely on the sweeter side so if you don't like your coffee too sweet, I'd recommend asking for your coffee half sweet. read more

Enter the parking lot at 105 Elmhurst Lane, and Rollin' Beans coffee drinks stand is right there. Two white signs are for Curbside orders, relax in your vehicle, your drink is coming! Rollin' Beans has a few outdoor seats. If weather permits, take a break. I always order a plain Americano. Just coffee & hot water, but the coffee cannot hide behind cream & sugar. We stopped by on our way through town on a road trip and OMG. It is SO GOOD. We asked for our lattes half sweet and they came out perfectly. The staff was very friendly as well and it's in a cute food truck park so I got to let our dog out and walk a little bit! I got the snickerdoodle latte iced with oat milk and absolutely loved it. We also got the ham and Swiss croissant-it was delicious but does not have very much ham on it. Coming from a coffee snob I 100% recommend you try this place! read more

She customized a menu especially for the event and came prepared to serve approximately 400 people in a 4 hour window.
