I haven't been to this store before and it was a nice experienced. The one thing that needs to change is the drive thru needs to be updated!!!!!! Starbucks built its own stand-alone location where they moved the old Southern Palms one next to the Frozen Yogurt and GameStop locations. This location is bigger and better, with its own drive-through, where you can pick up your mobile order without getting out of your car. The ambiance is typical Starbucks, with its light wooden fixtures, LED lighting, electrical outlets installed under each booth seat for each table, a longer table separated by a partition in the back, and a larger area for pick-ups. The service is top-notch, with each barista diligent and attentive. They are always friendly and serve with a smile. This new and improved Starbucks location is certainly all that. read more

I'll give two stars since I am here everyday and usually without issue. However this morning, I got my usual and began drinking it. My girlfriend noticed that there was something in my drink and told me to stop and open the lid without shaking it. There's a whole bug / fly whatever you want to call this in my drink. It is in a good location where Costco and other stores are - I enjoyed my passion iced tea and egg white bites. I took it to go and I was happy with my order. Not bad. This Starbucks is a hit or miss. Depending on the morning they can be quick and other mornings they are super slow. Staff is upper nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend if near by. Nothing bad to say about this Starbucks. read more

This is usually my favorite Starbucks because it's small and mostly empty, no other customers inside. I realize now there's a reason for this. 07/27/24 - met others for coffee and study here, sat inside, only one other customer sitting there. Wait for coffees - much longer than expected given we were the only ones in line. Finally - we sat at small table (furthest from employees, coffeemakers) and it was sooo loud we couldnt even hear each other. It was more than the coffeemakers/grinders too, lots of glass falling/shattering, things breaking. Just loud shocking noises, again and again yet too loud to get used to. Conversation was impossible, shared notes - nope, study - haha. Plus coffee that day was gross. The food and cakepop I bought on my way out came fast. I tried to eat cakepop in car right after and it was smashed. Sandwich tasted stale so I gave it away and that person didnt even finish it. Anyway, stick to the drive-thru with this one. Go inside for a migraine. read more

So many yummy options. Unfortunately there are times when the service really takes away from enjoying the overly priced coffee. Today I ordered the iced chocolate almond milk espresso. I ordered ahead so by the time I got there it would be ready. I walked in and had to wait as the servers were having a conversation and one of the others stated loudly he was making himself a treat. Well ok.... Waited a little more, additional people standing there waiting. Finally someone from the side conversation asked if I had been helped. I said no. Mobile order Gina. First answer, we don't have that. As there is an issue with this at this particular spot I brought in my phone to show my order. Oh yeah, Im working on that. I stand back and wait more. A few drinks come in and out and I'm still there. I asked the same worker who said she was working on my drink, is the drink ready. She looked at me like a deer in headlights. I reminded her of the mobile order. She looked around and it was in the drinks on the side waiting to be picked up. I try to be nice and understand when mistakes happen. There are a number of "Karen's" who equally jump all over people for the smallest thing. But bad service is bad service. This place consistently provides bad service. On top of the bad service I did not like the drink. $$$. Not a good experience. read more

The Starbucks near me is closed for remodeling which i just found out so i decided to go to this one because it was the next one closest and says it's doesn't close til 8:30 so i rush to get here just for it to be closed . This Starbucks location is a little farther from my home than other locs, but the employees here are just awesome! My drinks are always made fast, everyone is so genuinely nice AND my drinks always taste the same the best every time I come! The number 1 issue I usually have with other Starbucks locs is the wait time and the inconsistently. Not only is this loc farther from where I live, BUT there isn't a drive thru and I don't really like having to park my car and get out. HOWEVER, exceptions can be made when you are as great as them! read more

This store continually has poor customer service. I am writing this after my 5th poor experience within the last two months. The staff has made the wrong drink on more than two occasion and appear frustrated towards the customer when it's brought to their attention. This store also offers the convenience of curbside pick up but the staff act like you are an inconvenience when you choose this option. The app for ordering remotely is not accurate. Management Chooses to show items are not in stock on the Starbucks app even though they have it in the store. They state it is too much work for them to keep track of their inventory of popular items. So they would like you to only order in person and not remotely before arrival. This removes the convenience of having your drink or food items prepared prior to arrival. I am finally taking the time to point things out after multiple experiences and frustration. It is unfortunate... I hope ownership could take this critique for the best. Thanks read more

My go-to Starbucks since it's the closest to me. Friendly staff. Place is clean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting. They're pretty quick.

The people who work here are very rude. We walked in and were in line before they closed. Then when we got up to the counter they informed us they were closed. But the served the people in front of us. We politely told them you should probably lock the door when you are closed, to which the women replied well I'm locking it now so people like you won't come in. Needless to say we took our business to Dunkin donuts and it was delicious and nice. read more

I love starbucks. Who doesn't. Some of my friends like dunkin donuts, but what i like most about starbucks is the atmosphere. Its a place to go and meet people or be nerdy alone. The funniest thing is that i drink coffee. I actually on drink tea. My favorite is drink is a tall 5 pump chai tea latte. The reason i gave this location 4 stars instead of 5 is because its always freezing. Its like an igloo in there. I aint no eskimo. Other than that. Great place. Please note. ...
