I am a Starbucks cup love! I have about 15 different style cups because my coffee game is strong . I love all their iced and hot teas and coffees. My all time favorite is a hot chai tea latee with soy milk when it's cold outside and a iced caramel macchiato when it's hot outside! I specifically like this Starbucks store because I was able to find the extra large iced coffee cup I've been looking for that is rose pink! I get a lot of compliments when I take it with me to work! I'm doing a 1 because I have had this happen 3x now. I order the Strawberry/Acai refresher w/water. They used to be a wonderful, cold alternative to coffee. Now it's just a diluted water drink w/some strawberries floating. I asked them to remake the 1st time and it barely changed... the 2nd time a friend picked it up for me. Today I ordered a smaller size thinking they were using the same amount of mix in each size. WRONG... it's the same diluted mess - that I overpaid for. I like this Starbucks because they have a drive-through and the ability to place online orders without having to do that or go inside and stand in line. The drive-through for the Starbucks location is quite busy, but I usually don't experience a long wait in line when we use it. Typically, we use this Starbucks when we're on the road between stops and haven't had breakfast yet. Therefore, it's an excellent spot to get my favorite sandwich they offer there; the double-smoked bacon sandwich. That always hits the spot while I wash it down with a nitro cold brew. The baristas are on point with making the drink orders per your specifications, whether you're doing it online or in-person through the drive-through. Before I get into the specifics for today, I should say that I have been drinking coffee from Starbucks for a lot of years. For a time, my son worked at Starbucks so I gave them (not just his store, but the franchise) a lot of business. I did a lot of traveling and even though I only ordered about three different drinks, Starbucks was always consistent. It didn't matter if I was in New Jersey, Atlanta, West Palm Beach, San Diego, or anywhere in between - while it may not have been the best coffee, it was at least consistent, and I could get my caffeine fix in one of three drinks (quad tall late or bold coffee of the day, or more recently, nitro). I'm someone who loves the taste of coffee without all the fru-fru flavors - just coffee, a bit of sweetener, and just enough cream to counter the acid in the coffee is all I'm interested in. Starbucks' politics and the fact that my son moved on to other opportunities reduced my allegiance to the franchise and the product, but I still enjoy the occasional coffee from Starbucks. Today, I stopped at my local Starbucks drive thru to pick up a treat for my wife and I - and I decided to have a nitro to go with my treat. I ordered two pastries and a cold brew nitro with three stevia and easy on the cream. I was told that they had no stevia and was offered Spenda. I asked for sugar instead, and the lady confirmed that I wanted easy on the cream. Got to the window and paid for everything, then she handed me this cup that was about the color of vanilla ice cream. I asked if that was light on the cream. She offered to make it right, took the cup back, and fiddled around in the prep area for a while. She came back with a cup that had transparent coffee with maybe half a teaspoon of cream and ICE - I thought the nitro came without ice (at least, it always has in the past). At this point, I was ready to be on my way, so I took it and drove off. When I got to the next light, I took a sip - the milk that had been put in the coffee was spoiled. As I was already headed home, I decided that my coffee at home would be an improvement over whatever I could get at that store, so I dumped the contents of the cup out my window onto some bushes and went home to fellowship with my own coffee, brewed from my own coffee beans in my own French press. And then, I tried to go to Starbucks' website to enter this review and, oh, it was down for maintenance. read more

I ordered their new pumpkin cream cold brew for the first time and was pretty excited because I love cold brew and pumpkin spice. However was very disappointed when I ordered it and once I drove off in my car noticed the cup had already formed major condensation on it and then looked at the label and saw someone else's name taken at the order time of 11:48 am....I ordered my drink at 1:55 pm. Basically, they gave me a drink that wasn't used and was sitting there for hours. The ice was already melted and it tasted decent but very watered down from the first sip I took. Every time i come here the person at the counter has a long line and he is busy talking up a storm and going over points and etc... while everyone waits ! This is crazy!! I mean the other people working there wont help , they are busy with the drive thru and not one opens up another register to help out ??? Where is the manager why in the morning rush they have one person talking and a long line with the other terminal just sitting there closed while the drive thru functions to perfection? Just returned home with my turkey pesto panini, and my grande iced coffee - I must say, that for being a fast food/drive-through sandwich, it was actually very delicious. The young man who took my order was very polite. However, when I picked up my food and had to pay, the other young man who took my money and gave me my food didn't even speak two words to me - I found it [at the window service] to be very cold and very uncomfortable given the fact that I was talking to him. I had asked him how his day was - he just handed me back my card, turned around, and walked away. Well okay then. Anyway, I'm giving four stars because the food was excellent. I Go here everyday ! Always the best . I get a quad ristretto at different location around town and this place has a consistent cup of coffee. The people are always great. Update: 9-10-18 After 8 years of going to this store I am disappointed. The employees that had been there 3 yrs - for 5 yrs gone - 7 yrs gone...all the people I have seen for years are gone. When asked about why all the people are leaving, the response is "I asked for a transfer also, cant wait to get out of here". That is disappointing.....a new manager new rules. However the store has now allowed solicitors to stand right at the front door and hassle customers for donations. I don't really care what the cause is...it is not acceptable to allow this at Starbucks. I have moved my business to another location.....and that really sucks. I could have went anywhere for coffee for the last 8 years but I chose Starbucks because of the people not necessarily the coffee. I looked forward to seeing those people twice a day. Out of all the Starbucks around me I always choose to come to location, maybe because of its close vicinity to my work. This location offers a drive thru for those of us that are always on the go. The baristas are always delightful, and when your drink takes a bit longer to make, they will interact with you instead of just shutting the window while you wait; the majority of the time the service is quick. I never have issues with my drink orders and they always taste great. The inside is always well kept and cozy while the outside patio is a great place to hang out with friends. read more

I am at a loss for words. My wife and I come to this Starbucks ALL the time. I've always received good service up until tonight. We arrived just before/right at closing time. My 11-year-old daughter needed to use the restroom very very badly but as she was walking in, the girl walking towards the front door stopped her and told her they were closing. This Starbucks has the most illiterate people working there if your in a rush don't go threw drive threw because 3 times in a row my orders been messed up. You ask for butter they give you cream cheese, you want toasted crispy how about not toasted at all, you want decaf and tell them your pregnant and get to window with an extra shot of expresso that don't worry you weren't charged for. Small but quaint! Modern "coffee-house feel". Comfortable bench seating makes this my primary shop in the area. Associates overall are good and somewhat personable. Only downfall is the music is often to loud in the morning. read more
