I'm so disappointed to see what I saw, And normally i really like this location but a student sitting down getting work done, mind you he was there for 2 hours and was going to leaving in like 5 minutes and than a member of staff came up to him and told him if he wasn't going to buy anything, the manager told her to go to him and let him know he had to leave. It was a nice stop in between volleyball games for my son at a nearby high school. I ordered a black coffee (but late in the day they don't have dark roast, just a different type of dark roast) and egg with bites (kale and mushrooms). Very delicious. Stopped by on Veteran's Day for some coffee, but disappointingly their location does not participate in the Veteran's Day free coffee special. I've been to other locations in the area who do, so it seems to be just this one. The property is setup weird, so that you have to weave though the drive-through and also behind the menu if coming from the northeast, so recommend trying from the other direction to see if maybe there is a good crosswalk. Lastly, I have not been to Starbucks in a while, but the interior layout is a little weird. It wasn't evident where to order and nobody greeted us, so we awkwardly stood in front of a register and finally they awknowledged us. I looked at the menu and couldn't really find much selection plain coffee, so maybe have to research that before you go. Surprisingly the location was really busy though, so maybe the specialty coffee products are good. read more

Sometimes in the mornings I would go and sit at starbucks for a bit till going to work, I would not cause any trouble or anything I would just sit quietly, and I got kicked out for not ordering anything which isnt my biggest issue my biggest issue is that another day I went in and ordered a iced caramel macchiato just so i can stay in the morning, only when i tried to take a sip it smelled horrific, it was VERY smelly I dont know exactly why but my guess was that it was either old coffee that has been sitting out or they do not properly clean their cups or materials they use to make the drinks. This Starbucks location lacks good service and self motivated staff. Most of the time I place my orders on the Starbucks App and usually have no problems picking up my orders thru the drive thru ... today I pulled up to the drive through window as I usually do when I place my orders on the app, well I pulled up and and gave my name and stated I had a pick up order. The staff member at the drive thru window stated that next time I had to let him know on the other side that I had a pick up order before coming thru the drive thru. I explained to him that I've never had an issue picking up my orders before today and that it stated in the app to go thru the drive thru for pick up order , He stated that he doesn't know why the App states that when he was told a different protocol! Then hands me my order with a bad attitude and the apples in the fruit box were old and discolored ! If he was more attentive to the customer and what he was handling he would have notice the old apples. He was too busy focusing and how he didn't want to take 5 steps to grab my order !!! Not one staff member was motivated and they all had zero personalities. The girl helping me today didn't even smirk. I ordered 4 drinks and left a pretty nice tip and she didn't acknowledge it or have any manners to say thank you. What really bothered me was the fact that they gave the hot drinks out without any holders so I reached behind the counter and grabbed a couple and said it's okay, I see you're busy, I can grab them. 2 girls looked at me with no expression and continued on with what they were doing. This is very convenient location when I head east on Lake Worth Rd from 441. It is in the Walmart shopping center on the north west corner of Jog and Lake Worth Rd. Starbucks stores and the products are the same be it Lima,Peru or Beijing in China or Athens, Greece. 1) The amazing, proactive team players at this specific location are the TRUE UNHERALDED STARS and what separates them from the other stores. Love this kid McKinley. I have been here at 6 am on the way to work, on Sundays at noon and again today at 3 pm when I had him as my cashier/barista. He is a solid worker. Hats off to him as he did not even blink when a lady in front of me was busting his scrotum over the NY Times not being complete as in all sections of the Sunday paper a few weeks ago. She was going on and on and he just stood there and sincerely apologized. Not his fault - it is the customers who read the paper( without buying it) and then leave sections by the seating area or outside.I have seen him working the coffee machine and he is quick, precise and fun!!! McKinley, you the man. A very patient and good man!! Sean is another young gentleman who is just so polite. He was training a new lady named Kim today around 3 pm and being the awesome multi tasker that he is got me my hot Dark Roast Sumatra in 10 seconds flat while smiling. Loved it! Rosa was the sweet and very polite cashier. Just great staff who get to this store before 5 am and greet us grumpy folks with a warm hello and hot coffee ready to go before sunrise. 2) Never had an issue with a drink or food item in the last 16 months. Been in and out in a jiffy. 3) They are so quick to help out eg whole milk out at the coffee bar. Boom out comes the gallon and they pour it into a cup. The drive thru can be tedious at times and the line extends to the entry to the parking lot blocking some available parking spots .Just park 100 yards north of the store and walk the walk. Once again thank you to the great, great team here at this Starbucks on Jog and Lake Worth Rd. You deserve more than 5 stars as you are all SUPERSTARS!!! Nice starbucks , camr in here to enjoy the cold ac and a sweet vanilla cold brew brewed to perfection . Also my wife ordered a super hot coffee which she seemed to enjoy very much after doctoring it up at the creamer station . The place was moderately full and everyone one seemed to be for the most part quietly doing their own thing rather it being s phone call, conversation with a friend , or doing work on the laptop . It was a very nice environment full of respectful employees and customers . I like this Starbucks and the atmosphere it gives off. It's right across Wawa on Lake Worth and Jog. Parking is in a cramped lot. Location is not that big but it's convenient for me since I tutor kids math here. I have a love-hate relationship with Starbucks. Occasionally you find the gem of a store store that is amazing. They thank you and are very polite and kind. Then you find a store like this. Aside from not being polite or have a good customer service they can't get my order right ever. Today I ordered from the mobile app. I understand that many of the favorite products are out so I adjusted my drink to be able to have some thing that they actually had in stock. When I arrived I was handed my bagel and told that the syrup I wanted in my drink was out. I picked another syrup and waited patiently at the drive-through window for about five minutes for them to make my drink. I could see the woman making my drink and then she dumped it all over the counter. I then watched her pour more milk into the drink and then try to hand it to me. As I was explaining that I saw her dump it and I wanted it remade somebody came up who appeared to be a supervisor of some sort and said we don't take drinks back. She was really rude and didn't understand the situation at all. I tried to re-explain it to her that my drink was out of stock and that they were remaking the drink and then I had seen the woman dumps a drink and try to give it to me. No one apologized for the inconvenience or it was even nice to me at any point. I ended up parking my vehicle and going in to get the drink. A couple minutes of waiting inside I finally got a drink that was not exactly what I wanted but it will do. Then get out to my vehicle and start driving to work and noticed that my bagel order was also incorrect. I had ordered a bagel with butter and literally there was no butter no cream cheese spread nothing in the bag. It is really sad that amongst poor customer service my order wasn't even correct. There's a lot of competition out there for breakfast and coffee places so for the Starbucks to be that off, it's a shame. read more

Very clean, spacious, and not too crowded. Good study spot. Has a drive through as well which is convenient. However, service is completely hit-or-miss depending on who is working. I live very close so it's easy for me to go here. The staff is very nice and, of course, the Green Tea Frapp and the Mocha Frapp-Light are delicious. Note to manager: I have noticed on more than one occasion, if the drive thru is busy, preference is given to those customers while I stand waiting inside. This is tantamount to me as to an employee giving more attention to a customer on the phone than to one who is in the store in front of them. If that's your policy it's not good. Going through the drive thru, I guess the girl helping us didn't like the way we were ordering. All of a sudden she stopped being friendly, and without asking us what size, or if we wanted the Danish heated up- we just got a "pull forward". Then a different guy was at the window asked what size, heated Danish? He helped us, until she had to interact with us again- which he had to APOLOGIZE to her since he had walked away for a minute. The few times i decided to come here, 4 out of the 5 visits were bad...The first time, my order was good no problems. Then the next few times i recived a warm "iced" lattee. I dont know if they left the ingredients out and they got hot from the heat or what, but even after my ice cooled it it was basically a watery drink by then. My most recent visit i got pure water with a hint of coffee, which is the complete opposite of the caramel brulee latte! Usually its very sweet or sometimes subtle sweet. If you're okay with inconsistent orders and waiting in line just to go home with a nasty beverage, then by all means stop by here! Lol read more
