The staff is not as helpful to clarify what the customer wants and doesn't want. (Or at least that's my experience the three times I've been there.) This is a customer service skill that is lacking in many fast casual restaurants. Employees not wanting to help vs "just give me your order" mentality and let me clear my line.

The venue was so pretty, it surpassed any of my expectations when I signed up for a farm to table dinner. The barn was beautifully decorated and organized, hosting 250 guests yet never felt packed. The stage area sits high so any seat is a good seat with a view of performers or speakers. Upon arrival we were greeted by the event organizer and by Swank's farm owner who told us a bit about the farm and their message about locally grown and sourced food. He also informed us about how they offer monthly produce bags, "Swank Sacks" delivered to Whole Foods Market who they partnered up with, where you can pick up your produce bag with items all grown at Swank farm, providing you a taste of some of the seasons flesh's and organic produce. The evening flew by while listening to the delightful sounds of live jazz and enjoying our carefully and deliciously prepared 5 course meal by all the amazing guest chefs that night. It was a fantastic experience and a pleasant way of learning to enjoy slow food as opposed to fast food.

They brought my husband's coffee first -- but it was cold. When he told the server about it, she said they couldn't heat it; that they'd have to remake it. When it was returned, the guy said he'd heated it! But at least it was warm and now had steamed milk -- closer to the cafe con leche he'd wanted. They delivered my food plate. And the gal walked away with my husband's food. Walked around the room and then back to the counter. We watched her do this. I walked up to the counter where she was standing and holding his plate and asked to get his food! She said she'd gotten confused. I'd added smoked salmon to the avocado toast. The toast was very pretty to look at. There were watermelon radishes and thinly sliced cucumbers on top of the smashed avocado. On top was a generous portion of smoked salmon. No cilantro as on the menu, but a dash of everything seasoning. The base was a toasted piece of sourdough bread. My husband's New Yorker had scallion cream cheese topped with sliced tomatoes, smoked salmon topped with pickled red onions and sprouts. The base was toasted sourdough bread. He said it was very good once he got it! I'm glad we tried them. Now we know.

In hindsight, I assume they simply couldn't see us. We were in camo, after all. Eventually, employees started peeking around the corner at us like they'd spotted a rare species in its unnatural habitat. Once Summer lost the rock-paper-scissors contest on who had to serve us, she was great and the food was actually fantastic. And honestly, having every employee come out to deliver part of our food was a nice touch. Nothing says "welcome" quite like the entire staff taking turns coming to see the camo people in the segregated room. 10/10 food. 10/10 Summer. Questionable habitat management. The Mediterranean Skillet adds grilled red onions, mushrooms, peppers, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and a generous sprinkle of goat cheese. Topped with two eggs, it is decadently delicious. Bread options included scones, toast or biscuits. Our table tried all of them. My scone was so delicious. I only ate half because my skillet was so delicious and so filling. My friend loved her biscuit and my hubby loved his scone. Sophia was great. She kept checking on us with a warm smile and refills of coffee. Lots of parking on a Sunday morning. I'm so happy Chrystal answered the phone at Jupiter Donuts. She made the whole situation better 100%. She personally had a driver come back to my house with yummy donuts.
