Yesterday morning I stopped in with a gift card my mom gifted me for Christmas and ordered a couple drinks for my husband and I. Their storefront looked nice and Springy with a pastel blue around the rim of the building and words "Spring it On" with flowers around it! I ordered the Caramel Apple Spice. It's very sweet, the barista mentioned it's topped with cinnamon dolce syrup and caramel, but pretty delicious! Thank you hubby for recommending a caffeine-free option for your pregnant wifey! I would definitely recommend this location, the staff are very helpful and they have plenty of caffeine-free options for pregnant mamas that have to limit like myself! I'll be returning! We came in before their closing of 6pm - was there around 5:15 and there's only a few people inside, ordered thru their app and my order was fast. Their bathroom is clean and looks like they've been tidying up the place since they were about to close. I also noticed there was a diaper changing cady inside the bathroom so good job! I know i am able to bring my diaper wearing toddler with me and wont worry if i can change her diapers if needed. Overall good experience for us. This is not too far fr our house and we liked this neighbourhood too so we would usually come in here to sit around and enjoy our hard earned coffees. Will definitely be back. More power! read more

Quality tends to be consistent across the board when dining at Starbucks but wait times fluctuate wildly. From my experience this is the slowest Starbucks in town. Nice enough staff but I can't recall a time when my order has been ready when the app has said it would be. If you're ordering food with your drink they will likely be ready at very different times. Watched a few others today in the same boat where they received their food and 7-10 mins later got their drinks and Vice versa. Then it happened to me. read more

This place is slow! Reason is SO SHORT staff! Waited over 10 minutes for my drink! There was a total of 20 people ahead of me waiting when I walked I. To pick up my mobile order. I visit this location every morning on my way to work and they are so sweet every time, even when they get insanely busy or are short staffed they remain kind. It is located in a corner Raley's shopping center/marketplace which is walking distance to neighboring homes, local high school, across the street from Mahany Park, library, baseball fields. It is right next door to Cold Stone Creamery, two banks, and convenient food (Subway, Little Caesar's, China Run) and service places (haircut, dry cleaning, dentist, ortho, Goodwill donation center, etc). This is one of my remote-work-locations, admittedly not one of the largest or most comfortable Starbucks locations but a convenient one. This is a narrow location with most seating for 2, that is fine when I am looking for a place to work for a while. Standard Starbucks food and drink offerings. A woman next to me starts up a conversation, "I'm going to order a specialty drink. I usually don't get anything over $4 but today is special because I'm under my monthly Starbucks budget." I visited this location on Black Friday morning because I didn't realize there was a small Peet's Coffee location at the Raley's across the parking lot. I prefer Peet's. There isn't a drive thru at this location so you have to compete with the Golden1 customers for parking and walk in. There are a few small tables inside and a plethora of Starbucks branded merchandise crowding up the entryway. This is a typical Starbucks with typical Starbucks drinks and snacks. I ordered my usual Tall Hot One Pump Vanilla Latte and after a short wait (considering the ginormous line) I was on my way. My drink tasted good and was just what I needed. I love this Starbucks! Always friendly staff, great service & best to my knowledge, they always listen to get our orders right. Few wks ago they made my order wrong, my husband went to pick up my regular order, green tea matcha latte - tall, when he arrived home with the receipt saying my order but inside the cup contents was chai latte. I wasn't expecting a cinnamon flavor once I drank it.... but was unable to come back to change the order since they close up shop by 7:30p.. to me that was strange and early (I am used to a starbucks open til late) and so I called with a minor complaint to have the woman answer on the other end tell me I can go to any Starbucks & request for my tea to be remade, no charge! I thought... "how awesome is that?!" But what I did was just come back the next day to get my drink fixed, which they did & it came out perfectly!!! For those of you who have ever ventured out to Roseville, you will know that it is the land of commerical businesses and buildings. *SNORE* But, the one good thing is that in this magical kingdom, there will be, without fail a Starbucks. And of course, a 15 minutes walk from my parents' place is a Starbucks that much to my relief actually makes a decent soy latte and is never terribly crowded. The staff is always friendly and the bathroom CLEAN!!!!!!! No strange people stalking about this Starbucks (contrary to my recent excusrions at Starbucks closer to home), if draws in a lot of the local high schoolers of which my sister is one, but nonetheless, it is a quiet place to get a latte and read a paper on a Sunday morning. read more

I don't usually get Starbucks but my grandson likes these vanilla frappaccino things there, so every once in a while I take him to a Starbucks to get one. Though my service is usually good enough, Haley at this particular Starbucks was great. Not only was she super friendly to me, but she was amazingly engaging to both of my grandsons. My 2 year old spent the rest of the visit playing peek a boo with her and as they were not busy she was kind of enough to oblige/entertain him. She took my 8 year old grandson's order and even told him, "Nice choice" when he had finished ordering his drink. I went here on 9/15/17 Friday morning between 8-9 am, hoping for a simple hot coffee and a bagel with cheese, but was so disappointed when they handed me a cold coffee!! Really? i just ordered for a decaf and it wasn't hot. I could have literally drunk the entire cup straight! There were about half a dozen of them behind the counter, you would think they would get a hot coffee right, but even the bagel was wasn't an even cut, and nobody called my name when both orders were up. My husband and I frequent this location a couple times a week. I am hoping that our experience a few days ago is not the new standard when it comes to customers actually in the store. We were second in line so our two drinks should have been made quickly, except there were several mobile orders ahead of ours, and we waited for 12 minutes to receive our drinks, there should be a better system in place to accommodate customers actually in the store. Really shouldn't have to wait that long just because people order by mobile phone. Very unhappy! The manager needs to address this problem with the staff. They weren't very busy and they did not offer to help me clean it up, just asked if I preferred a rag or a mop. I'm fine cleaning up my own mess, but, especially at such a slow moment would have liked at least an offer to help. When I handed the rag back, the barista asked if I wanted her to make me a new one, and since it was my fault and I was sort of embarrassed I said no, but a few minutes later she called me over and handed me one anyway, which I thought was very nice! They are pretty informative about their drinks here, so if I'm in the mood to try something new I go here; I've found some new drinks I LOVE and probably wouldn't have been brave enough to try if the staff weren't so informative and quick to offer to re-make anything you don't like. read more
