I love this Starbucks location. I often go here when I'm in the area. They have delicious food (I love their festive cranberry bliss bars) and their coffee that I get here (usually shots of espresso) is always delicious. The service here is always fantastic, that go above and beyond every time that I visit here. Another terrible experience at probably the worst Starbucks. No wonder it has 2-3 stars. Ordered coffee today through the drive-through. The girls says, "Sorry we don't have coffee, our Verismo machine is broken." They have two machines so not sure how that is possible. Then she offers me an Americano but at $1.50 more than my regular coffee. She will not discount the Americano to match the price of the coffee I wanted. The Americano is watered down crap and Starbucks is now essentially using a Keurig type coffee maker. No offer for a pour over. Too much work for her. Are you kidding me Starbucks. Most of the time I'd give Starbucks 3-4 stars ... This place was very welcoming and friendly ... I ordered wrong and didn't like my drink, it was totally my fault. I went up to buy a new drink and they refused to let me pay for my mistake and just made what I wanted ... I know that's just good customer service, but you don't see it everywhere anyone, and since it was my mistake I was happy to buy the drink I wanted, but they insisted ... Some of the furniture is a little worn, it's mostly clean but could have used a slight freshening, they were coming out of a rush when I arrived ... But you could tell they keep a regular eye on cleanliness ... It's next to a gas station and on a corner, so access is pretty easy, given one side you have to go through the gas station ... This is an excellent Starbucks! We visited on a very busy Saturday morning, and I was impressed at how every partner/barista was working together so smoothly. Since I ordered my drink without whipped cream, there was a little space at the top. I would have been fine with that, but they were so committed to fixing it that they took the drink back (before I said anything-I actually asked why they took the drink back!) and made another, one size up. We've gone to this Starbucks for years, and it's been hit and miss on their Frappuccinos as far as the amount of ice vs flavor. But today, July 11, 2023, we used the drive through and ordered our usual four fraps for us and the in-laws. We were greeted by a happy voice, and when we got to the window, we got to put a face to the voice. Her name is Kirsten. She absolutely made our day better as we chatted and joked while waiting for our drinks to be made. Her personality really shines through. I would give them a zero if I could. Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes and when I asked for a discount or ANYTHING to compensate for my wasted time, the shift manager just said, no. And on top of it, they got my drink wrong. All I ordered was a PSL. They gave me a caramel macchiato. Smh. Look, it's Starbucks so you know what to expect and it's not good coffee, knowledgeable employees, or any local flavor. And this is no exception. I came here because I knew there would be an outlet to use for my laptop and I wanted some caffeine. The employees are always friendly and the place is clean, so that's nice. This place is set up more loungy with lots of various comfy chairs and a place for kids and fewer table seats. And some of the table seats are under an AC vent which makes the already way too cold Starbucks standard extra FREEZING cold. Though it was 90 degrees outside, I always bring a light jacket for Starbucks, and for this place even my Gore Windstopper jacket wasn't enough to keep me warm. That discomfort costs them a star. Decent location and plenty of easy-access parking. I didn't see any real food here (some have sandwiches and fruit cups) or anything else of interest. It also offers a drive through. We stop in at this location when leaving my mother's house. It's about a mile from the highway and the turn out back towards the highway can be a bit of a pain to get out from. The employees here seem really spaced out. On our last visit, a worker asked my wife for her order before it was rung up. Cool, we've seen a few locations do that - it helps speed things along. So he takes the order. Then the cashier takes the order. A minute or so later, the cashier asks my wife what her order was again. Another minute later, the guy who originally took the order asks my wife what her order was again. Finally, a few moments later, he asks what she wanted in the coffee again. Come on. Seriously? We've been in here for like 3 minutes and have been asked what the order was five times. Friendly workers, but not the sharpest bunch. read more

There is red hair cute girl who is just so lovely and sweet, even tired she will always have a smile on her face, just can't remember her name. They are very friendly and courteous. I was extremely excited to work for Starbucks in Rockledge. But after really getting to know the store manager, that all changed. I was met with the worst work environment I have ever been apart of. The employees were amazing, almost everyone was friendly and welcoming and willing to teach their peers. The management was the opposite. The manager would not coach in appropriate ways, almost always embarrassing the employees by being blatantly disrespectful and having an extreme lack of empathy. Employees thought we could find a solution with higher management but were met with retaliation. Instead of solving the obvious issue, corporate management found problems within the employees themselves and let them go days before the holidays. I am extremely disappointed with how the company handled having a manager that not only poorly handles a store as a whole but is also abusive both emotionally and mentally, and is both narcissistic and manipulative to her employees. I will never work for this company again, even though the only core issue was the management. I loved the job, I really did, but like how anyone in an abusive environment would react, I had my breaking point and left what I thought would be a dream place to work. read more

Epic fail this morning - something so simple like giving the correct change should not be so hard. Cashier closed drawer without correct change (bills) she immediately caught her error - no problem - BUT cannot open drawer until next customer - simple you say - not so much after the next 6 customers paid via phone app - manager didn't care although she was alerted by cashier - after my 5 minute wait without any resolve I left without my change - POOR customer service and the manager needs to be trained. So glad making money is more important than making sure transactions are done correctly. read more

This particular Starbucks has become part of our morning routine whenever we are visiting the area. It is conveniently located a few blocks from our Rockledge home. Drinks are made fairly quick and I haven't had a wrong one given to me yet. The staff changes regularly so even though we are here every few months we don't always see familiar faces.
