I stop at this location a few times a month. The staff is always friendly and helpful when ordering. It's a smaller Starbucks but it has a nice patio for when the weather is nice and it is always clean and bright when sitting inside. I almost never get food but when I do it's always hot and fresh. read more

I love this Starbucks and one other also. I deal with these people all day long and just love them. Even when they're busy they always seem to get your order out in a timely fashion. This is my third day this week that I have visited this Starbucks location and my drink was made incorrectly every single time. The worse part is, I went back inside to have them remake the drink, and they made it wrong AGAIN. Just to clarify, it's not a complicated drink to make. I get the iced shaken espresso (from the menu) and simply replace the 2% milk for a small splash of oat milk. I know they are extremely busy, but three mistakes in a week just seems a bit extreme. Save yourself some TIME and get a much better experience by heading over to 151 Coffee. This location is terrible when it comes to "service". Not courteous. No common sense utilized at all. At 8am-- with a line a long as ever; ordering ahead through the mobile app apparently means absolutely nothing. Myself and (4) other mobile orders stood inside the building waiting for our coffees for at least (5) minutes. Within that timeframe; all 8-10 employees completely ignored us. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Nothing was right and I went back twice in 10 minutes. The drink carrier was broken, the caramel macchiato was nothing but caramel in a cup. The tea had no damn honey in it. I ordered several lattes and all of them were disgusting. The coffee was burnt. I like to go here because the reviews are good but I see they're just not true. I asked for whip on my vanilla latte, I got nothing. I asked for sweetener, everything was bland. I asked for a peppermint mocha, I got a chocolate bland over cooked coffee that was cold. Really? Why is it cold when it was just made?! The workers just don't care. You ask them to fix things, and they roll their eyes and make the drinks worst. It doesn't make sense. I asked for caramel drizzle, and they drown my damn drink. I asked for an mocha and I get this nasty, brown covered drink with no taste, no sweetness, and no effort. If you're addicted to the strawberry acai refresher drink from Starbs -- this review is for you!! Twice on the way to work, I have ordered said drink online for pickup in store. Both times, my drink was made quickly & was ready to go once I arrived; plus, it tasted AMAZING!! I've had many experiences where the drink was either too watery or too sugary, but they make it perfectly! I used to come to this Starbucks all the time when working in Roanoke. But since the staff has changed I can tell they don't really care like they used to. They wouldn't break a big bill for me, the barista said she "probably" couldn't break it without even checking and refused me service. I used to work in the service industry (barista for 7 years) and it was the morning when drawers are typically fresh. It's also a corporate company, not a small business. This location did a great job at building out their outdoor seating area. The inside of the store has a lot of room for seating, and different types of cool seating as well. If you turn on highway 377, it's located just passed an old grocery store on the left. It hasn't been crowded either time that we've been, so it would make a great date spot. The road noise is a bit loud for sitting outside but we still had a great time. I purchased a grande skinny vanilla latte with blonde espresso. Had a nice kick to it. Came at 330 on a Saturday just now and the line was so backed up so I went inside because I was in a hurry. I ordered my drink and then proceeded to wait 10 mins for my drink. The best Starbucks around! I frequent this location often. It's beautifully built on the inside and love the bar around the coffee area. So fun! They have ample seating and tables to work at. I'm from WI and vacationing here for a few days. For the last three mornings I stopped in to get a coffee and egg bites. Every single employee at this location are so kind. They have great customer service that go above and beyond any Starbucks or for that matter most establishment I've visited. Ashlee was amazing! It's my third day back to Starbucks and she remembered me from my first visit. She said, "Your name is Anita right?" Wow! Didn't order anything crazy other then 3 espressos with whole milk . This is my Starbucks. I come here daily and I always have fast service and enjoy my time when I'm here. The drinks are always made perfect. The baristas are always friendly and know who we are when we come through the drive-thru or come inside. If I need something different or sweet, they make a drink that fits my description. So I stop by Starbucks today in Roanoke Tx. I stop by this place daily. Well today it takes them literally 15 min to make one drink. It's 300pm and no one in the drive thru. I ask why is it taking so long? The guy at the window says it's because everyone here is training today. I understand training but where are the trainers? sometimes i will order a mobile order 20 minutes before i get there and it STILL won't be ready. the whole point of a mobile order is so you can go in and pick it up then leave, and the last barista that was working just seemed very angry and pissed off and even spilt drinks as she was setting them down. read more
