Location has been remodeled and "under NEW management" and they are still slow. They lack supplies of demand they're constantly running out of pastry items. Starbucks has been misrepresented by this location for YEARSSSSSS. Horrible customer service because it's only teenagers that lack the knowledge of customer service. Mobile orders are NEVER ready on time, what's the point of ordering ahead. In store orders are put before mobile orders so just join the line. 2 stars since whoever took my order had a smile on her face. i ordered an ice pumpkin chai and it tasted like absolute garbage. jeff was super arrogant, he put no enthusiasm or energy into what he was doing, when i went to get my drink that he set down he was already gone before i could ask for a straw and working in fast food you ask the customer if there's anything else they need. i still had to wait for my food which another barista was preparing while waiting i watched him make another set of drinks and when the customer came to pick them up he said "what's up" to her twice in a very rude tone and all she wanted was a mf straw. this place has rapidly declined over the years but what can i say.. it's starbucks lol read more

This is a very spacious coffee house and when we walked in they weren't that busy but they only had one barista making several drinks. This was a slow process but we finally got our iced mocha drinks and they were just perfect. read more

Horrible service. Barista started arguing with my friend and I for no apparent reason. We were just talking waiting for our drinks for the third time.. and the barista looked at us and said "are you ok?!" With such attitude. My friend then told her "yes are you ok?" And she grabbed her drink threw it aggressively in the trash and asked another barista to make it. We asked Nick the supervisor what her name was and he proceeded to say "it's cool" 3 times and kept walking away. Overall this location is so unprofessional, dirty & problematic. Everyone waiting for their drinks for more than 10 mins. Half of the baristas stand around and do nothing & they say "it's so busy" it's busy because no one is getting their drinks in a timely matter and standing around waiting 10 mins +. read more

Awesome Crew working... from the time we stepped into Starbucks with a pleasant greeting welcoming my Sister & I inside, to answering my question as to why the patio furniture was removed. I was given a very pleasant & understandable answer Anessa, the other lady barista! Very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable of the drinks (José suggested a new drink that now will be my favorite One pump toffee nut syrup caramel drizzle and added caramel crunch mocha cookie frappe~Love It!!! Starbucks has completely lost it's way. Customer service blows. They intentionally remodel their stores to steer customers away. I have seen jail cells more inviting than this. They remove the sockets, remove the comfortable chairs and decorate their walls with Ross clearance art. Okay, i feel weird leaving a review on a Starbucks , because lets be honest, everyone has been to a starbucks before. This particular Starbucks it only a 3 minute drive from my home, but let me just say, I always avoid going their. The staff is extremely slow, even if you mobile order. & almost every time, my shots have tasted like they expired. gross! I've had drinks remade because they tasted like pure warm milk. and when you walk in, they really don't say anything to you, not good morning, they don't ask if you have a mobile order , nothing. This is the worst employees ever literally took them 30 minutes to make two regular coffee with creamer and then gave it to me straight black everyone inside was amazed with how slow they are wasting peoples time so careless and the cashier who can not understand a simple drink order! I order a hazelnut frappe chino decaf! Why does it look and taste like vanilla bean? I don't believe they got the order right and when we told them they said it's right there's no coffee.... Um am I crazy or is the hazelnut frappe decaf suppose to be brown not white? It's not what we order and overall service is slow. I'm surprised this was 3 star. Not what we paid for. Didn't want to fix the order and didn't go out the way to help out. Needs more man power too. Service 1/5 Taste/ 1/5 Accuracy which is a new guideline... 0/5 you are better off with instant coffee. I am not normally one to post reviews about chain businesses, but i must say i was so taken aback by how stellar the service was and how friendly the staff were. I don't live in the area so i just went to the closest starbucks to our hotel and ordered mine and my boyfriend's usuals. At first my drink didn't arrive with his, and after a little bit when i went to inquire they realized the ticket hadn't printed and remade both parts of our order. Cesar, Desiree, and Quinn are a magnificent trio and deserve the highest of accolades. I will be coming back here every time i'm in the area now :) read more

This location has gone extremely downhill since they remodeled. It is now a grab and go location, no seats and no restroom. I have been to this location 3 times since the remodel and 2 out of 3 times has they lost or forgot about my drink. First time I mobile ordered and when I arrived I noticed it was crowded. I stood in there for over 15 minutes waiting for my drink after mobile order 10 minutes prior. So waiting a total of 25 minutes. When I asked about my drink, they said they lost the ticket. The second occasion, I mobile ordered again and waited a total of 20 minutes to get my drink. It was not crowded and people that were ordering in store were getting their drinks fast. I went up and asked and they just said they're a little backed up. Even though I saw my cup with my sticker on it sitting there for 10 minutes unmade. I understand they get busy. However, they get annoyed when I ask about my drink, and if I never asked I would have been standing there for hours. This location was 1000xs better before the remodel. read more

All the electric sockets are covered with a plate so you cannot plug a laptop in. The place also looks a bit rundown. They charge enough but apparently; they aren't friendly to having people with like most coffee places. They weren't crowded. They are just greedy and want you to pay and leave.
