I love drinking Starbucks! Now that I started my keto I modify my drinks. I have no prob ordering this coffee in different location even in RC. However on time I order same coffee I have been ordering this girl stated oh we don't make that, even the manager doesn't want us to make that coffee. Really??? It's only cold brew with SF cinnamon dulce, SF vanilla and heavy cream blended. She didn't make my drink at all. So she made me different drink which I don't like at all. This is the worst Starbucks I have been too. Numerous times I walk in to be the only one in line and wait for a couple of minutes before I am approached. Upon ordering I wait another 15 minutes for my drink. They make it a point to prioritize the drive through. C'mon Starbucks, get your S*** together. read more

So happy we have a drive thru SB in our town. Even with long lines, they move fairly quickly! Pleasant servers!

Came to this starbucks everyday for a week to work on homework and had a great experience everyday. Baristas were nice and provided good service. Never had to wait that long for my drink. There was always a table open and easy access to outlets. Great environment to get work done! Good vibes all around. Very impressed. read more

Every time I come to this Starbucks, they forget something or make something wrong. Normally it's the person who enters the order that forgets to make the tea or start the food. Two experiences really stand out to me: (1) today when the woman who took our order was both texting and having a conversation in her headset while we ordered. She made us repeat each part of our order more than once, it was literally two coffees (1 handcrafted) and two egg bites. Then we waited for our food and the drip coffee for 10 minutes after my cappuccino came out (we've learned to go to the counter and ask or we won't get our food) before asking and waited another 10 minutes after that before they were ready. Thankfully my doctors appointment ended early and I had time to wait or I would've had to leave without the rest. (2) A couple of months ago, my pregnant self wanted some of the everything bagel bites and ordered them with the app to pick up. My husband drove to get them for me and upon getting to the store, found the bag with my name on it empty. He waited for a while then asked someone at the counter if they were still working on them. They told him that they just leave empty bags for pick up orders when they are out of an item....ugh...so he asked for a refund and they told him they can't refund but will give him plain bagel bites instead (not at all what my pregnancy craving was for). We used the app, they knew we ordered it and they didn't give it to us, why couldn't they refund it? They said they needed my credit card, which he doesn't have. Now, it's been a while since I worked in food service or retail, but for an item under $3, just ask a manager to put through a cash refund. What is $3 to Starbucks anyway. I don't understand the system, do they hope someone in a hurry will grab the empty bag and not realize they didn't get their food until it is too late? This whole ridgecrest experience has made using the app not worth it at all. Rewards for missing or incorrect food or drink are not my idea of a good deal. read more

Terrible drinks and customer service!!!! I ordered a couple cookie crumble drinks and literally tasted like I ordered chocolate milk!!! Not to mention the long wait and the customer service was horrible I ordered extra ice on one drink he couldnt tell me witch one was witch gave me no straws took for ever to get my card back drinks were super watery like if they were sitting for a bit never coming here again!!!! read more

I'm not too impressed with the actual coffee. Most the time the beans taste over roasted/ burnt and haven't been the same since I used to drink there. I would suggest their seasonal drinks that don't contain coffee products though read more

This place used to be awesome. However, I had the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks last night. Me and my boyfriend decided to drop in after a walk around 9:30. Some people were sitting down but everyone already had their drink; so the only people ordering were both of us. I ordered the new Ultra Caramel frap in grande and he got a venti iced chai. We sit down and wait for ten minutes or so and his chai is sitting on the counter so I get it, noticing a lack of ultra caramel frap on the counter. Both of us noticed that the workers behind the counter were chatting with each other, so I wasn't sure if my drink was being made or not. Anyways, we waited some more (with no one coming in to order except for us in the past hour or so) and eventually we get up and say "Hey we ordered a grande ultra caramel frap" to which they say "Oh sorry, we'll get right on that." Nobody has ordered except for us. And yet two drinks was too difficult to remember for 3 people working behind the counter? We finally get my drink and it's just a regular caramel frap. Thoroughly pissed, I leave. I can't believe someone could mess that up that badly. There's some kind of problem with the way they work back there because I know I'm not the only person who has had this problem. It needs to be fixed. read more

They may have relocated to a BEAUTIFUL new store with the drive thru, but this is still is the worst Starbucks that I have experienced across the country. 2x in a row now I've placed a mobile order and after sitting i. The drive thru line for ~ 15 minutes and stopping to yell them my mobile order they still ask again at the window and it's not ready! The size of this SB is huge! Usually nice employees, however, they are pretty slow. The drive through is a nice feature.

OKAY- I know this Starbucks just changed locations and they now have a drive-thru. I know it takes a new store a while to get into the swing of things. I worked at a couple of Starbucks for a number of years and have gone through a transition like this one and understand that the wait times can be ATROCIOUS in the beginning. I can forgive the long wait at the order box and the long wait in line. I expect that when I come through the drive-thru. I'm patient. What I can NOT forgive is what happened today! I ordered an iced beverage. I know I did because I had to repeat my order twice. At the window I was handed a hot drink, and was quickly (too quickly) given a replacement after I politely said I had ordered it iced(I said "sorry", even though it wasn't my fault). I realized as soon as I put my hand on the iced beverage cup why I got my replacement so fast. The barista at the window poured the hot drink she had made over ice in a new iced cup. It was pretty obvious. It felt warm and there were only a few tiny ice cubes floating at the top because the hot milk melted them so quickly.... From my experience at Starbucks I know that THIS IS A BIG NO-NO. It's the laziest thing a barista can do and a RIDICULOUS thing to do to a customer considering that Starbucks drinks are not the cheapest around. Maybe even a possible health hazard?? I pulled around to the front of the store and was about to go in, but it was hot outside, my dog was in the car, and I didn't want to leave my car running and unlocked. I also wasn't about to sit in the drive-thru for another 15 minutes to get another drink. So I drank my luke-warm "iced" latte. It was pretty disappointing. This has not been my only bad experience. Within the last three days I have gone to this Starbucks they have sweetened my plain latte(received no apology), have been all out of matcha(not a big deal but kind of annoying), and this third day this ridiculousness happened. I'm pretty much done going here now. I will go to the Albertsons Starbucks and see how they are. BEVERAGE QUALITY IS SO IMPORTANT! PEOPLE WILL BE MORE FORGIVING OF YOUR WAIT TIMES IF THEY GET WHAT THE ASKED FOR!! read more
