Well, so much for my work location assignment in the Reno area, got cancelled, so here I am back in the Redding/Red Bluff area. At least the weather help for travel. I need me a shot of the coffee, so I pull into this Starbucks location on Churn Creek Rd. It's located just off the 5 freeway at the Churn Creek Exit. Turn left at the In N Out and it's just up the street on the right across from the Panda Express. Parking can be a little tight sometimes, but there's usually something. I go in and I can use the WIFI to check my email and stuff and use the restroom. The restrooms are clean and acceptable. I order my coffee, just the house pikes peak cause I don't wanna wait to have them brew a dark roast or light roast. They will do it no prob if you really want that. Coffee is good and my senses come to with the shot of caffeine. This was an easy problem free visit. Just coffee no food needed. read more

The staff at this Starbucks were super kind and friendly! This is a great quick and easy stop right off the freeway. Lots of seating functional bathrooms with sinks out side of the restrooms which helps speed up the process. I would stop here again! read more

Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch. After the barista told never to drive up to window when ordering from the app, she then handed me a drink with chocolate crumbs and no crunch. I told her first i have never been scolded at Starbucks and this was not the drink as i ordered caramel ribbon crunch. She said she would remake it. I then watched her walk to the counter and add the crunch over the cookie. I was shocked as she just covered up a mistake and was rude at that. I don't like cookie as i ordered the crunch drink. Feeling frustrated i drove away and decided to YELP. I hope the homeless man enjoys the drink. Dont recommend this location read more

Driving down from Oregon to Cali to start our new jobs, and decided to get lunch here, sandwiches plus some Java Chip Frappucinos. They made the sandwiches separately so we had to wait quite a while to get the 3rd one in our party of 3. It would have been nice to have been compensated somewhat for having to wait so long since we were on a time schedule, but that's ok, I guess the "sorry" had to do. What really gets me though, is why the sandwiches, which cost a LOT (roughly $7.00 each), why are they made so damn cheaply? Barely any stuff in it, just bread. And the Java Chip Frapp leaves a lot of be desired. The workers were friendly and nice, I'll give them that. Based on my one experience I would say this was a middle of the road Starbucks, but I would give them another chance if I was ever in the area in the future. Thank you Nikki and Morgan L. for giving us a home to study at. I was seriously injured in a life changing accident. Emily's mom has also been in the hospital and ER, ICU a lot recently. We have housing, food insecurities. We've turned to education and classes to try and improve our situation. Going to school with money and help is a completely different experience than going to school destitute and poor. If it isn't for Starbucks letting us use their electricity, space, and wifi - we often don't have a place to study. Or, we study outside with portable power. It's Emily's birthday tomorrow. I want to get her a laptop, or a cell phone, or give her a birthday party. Or math books or math movies - she loves math. All I could do was a $5 Starbucks card. Morgan L. made the gift card purchase special. She talked to us like friends, helped us setup an online account - so Emily can get "gold points." Morgan even got a sleeve for Emily's Starbucks birthday card, so she could protect it until one day she graduates, gets a job, and can afford to get Starbucks every day. Possibly the slowest Starbucks I've been to. It's slower than Starbucks in a hotel and slower than Starbucks at Disneyland. Why are we waiting? 15 minutes for a coffee? There are 18 people here just waiting for drinks and most of the faces have been here before me. But don't worry they'll have that breakfast sandwich out to you 10 before your coffee. their coffee and service is not good. i ordered a extra shot and the drink was so light still when i received it at the window i had to say something, the added another one because it really looked like chai tea. and this is what i got and a lecture i should order a quad next time. if they make their coffee so light it looks like chai tea and you need to buy a million shots to make it look like coffee and then you get a lecture too?? other starbucks coffee looks like coffee not chai tea. i wonder if this is a way to sell more shots. read more

Good customer service! Good space to study! Very clean and good bathrooms! They have a long table in the middle so if you want a bunch of people studying together that is nice. It is a noisy cafe, so if that is not your style, then I don't recommend studying here. read more

Stopped in here because pregnant woman in desperate need of a bathroom after striking out at 2 gas stations. I rolled in probably RIGHT before they closed, which as a former barista I know kind of sucks when you are trying to break everything down and clean up for the night I ordered a quick protein snack for my toddler and I to continue our 18 hour road trip, and I just have to say that the staff here was super nice, like... above and beyond what I would consider necessary for customer service nice. It makes a difference creating a bright spot in someone's day. If I could give a 0 I would. I went in to order a drink for my fiance', and when the girl behind the counter asked me for my name, I happened to stutter saying it. She started stuttering back at me and I never felt so bad in my whole life. If this is how people are being treated when they have a stammer or speech issue, then I would serious start looking at the culture of this place. I have always had a great experience at this Starbucks location. It is close by my house and I am so happy that it has become apart of our neighborhood. The baristas are all so friendly and they seem to value all of their customers. They appreciate your business and truly want to know how your day is going or how it has been. This afternoon they made my daughter and I had two of thee best coffees just as we ordered it or even better. I want to give a shout out to one of our favorites by name especially since we know him by name and through many visits. Thank you to Carter and everyone else on your team! GOD bless. I normally don't think to review a chain, but I specifically wanted to commend employees Carter and Carver who were berated by a super high maintenance and incredibly rude woman in line ahead of us. She was snappy and mean to both of them and a huge line formed. They were incredibly patient and somehow kind to her, and took care of everyone in line very quickly.
