This Starbucks and the the Starbucks at Bradshaw and Kiefer refused to make you a extra hot drink what they serve you is something at 170 or less and then they both locations. Tell you that that's just how it is. That's how the machine is set. I'd like a drink I can pull around the corner and wait five minutes for it. This is why Starbucks is in the toilet. I just had a bad experience here. Today is my 17th birthday April 6th, I had trouble on the app setting up my birthday. It couldn't save. I ordered a drink at this location and had the drive thru worker scan my code, his tone immediately shifted when he told me nothing was popping up. I asked him how to work the app, (since I haven't much before). I got completely ignored. He talked to a coworker saying something along the lines of "This girl is saying it's her birthday" in a very condescending tone. Like, do I need to show you my ID or something? I was very sad I couldn't get my drink and no one offered to help me with the app. I payed myself since I felt bad the drink was already made. I cried leaving the drive thru, honestly just sad my birthday ended on a bad note. My boyfriend tried to call back 3 times to discuss the interaction, no one answered. I stop at this Starbucks EVERY SINGLE MORNING for the last 3 years for my favorite caramel macchiato and I am always greeted happily by name with the most pleasant folks. If you're old like me, think when Norm walks in Cheers (old tv show). I always leave with a smile and feeling great which is the perfect start to my day. Bought 3 drinks and the drive thru lady handed the first one with 3 straws, I grabbed the drink with the three straws in one hand then tried to hand her back the straws, she had the other two drinks in hand and didn't grab the straws, so I took the other two drinks and said we don't want the straws, she said she couldn't take them back because I touched them, I said then you should ask if we want straws, she replied well you took them and walked away from the window. Ca has a law that says you are not supposed to give out straws unless the consumer asks. And all 3 drinks have the sippy lids. We ALWAYS give a tip, but not this time. Quick and accurate drive through experience. First time here and it went great. Iced Guava Passionfruit and Iced Green Tea were ordered. They have a smooth operation where the order fulfillment went smoothly. Three baristas inside seemed right on task. There was a positive attitude in greeting but clearly they all get along inside. I ordered at the drive thru on 9/23/25 close to 4pm and the employee kept putting in the wrong items such as a size grande instead of a tall and instead of vanilla latte just caffe latte, etc. Also, I ordered a tall decaf Carmel Frappuccino and was charged an extra fee to make it decaf. The amount for that charge was $1.25 so I pointed out that I always order a decaf frappuccino and never seen that fee. The total for a tall decaf Carmel Frappuccino at this location is $7! After I paid and received my order she told me next time if I am "rude" they will not serve me. I wish she told me before I paid for my order, which was close to $30, but she waited until after? The employee then was very rude when speaking with me, she was talking over me, and interrupting me. The employee came off very unprofessional and did not seem like she knew how customers need to be treated. I suggest employee training on customer service. I have no problem going to a different location or someplace else to get my coffee and food where employees are not rude. The best thing about this location is the drive - thru. If you are lazy like me, then this is the Starbucks for you. LOL. For the most part, the people working the drive thru are friendly and always seem to be in a good mood. Only downfall is that lately there is a bit of a longer wait, maybe because they are not staffing as much, who knows. Just plan extra time if you use the drive thru. If you are looking for a refreshing (non-coffee) drink, you have to try the Dragon Fruit Refresher. It is sour and sweet with a hint of citrus. I don't believe the customer is always right but when the drink specifically says "no whip" and you start putting in it, you're wrong. It didn't stop there. This girl gets an attitude and starts throwing a little fit slamming stuff when we were saying, "no whip!". She also got the customers drink wrong before us. Try to pay attention instead of flirting with your coworker and maybe you can get a drink right that's literally on a sticker on the cup. This Starbucks is located in such a convenient location right across the street from Costco with the cutest and friendliest employees. I've never seen a long line in the drive thru which is always nice . The drinks are made fast , always to my liking , and never once have I ever had a problem here . I have been coming to this location just about everyday for the past 2 years. The staff is always friendly and the orders are always correct. The only down side to this location is the parking infront is very crammed making it very difficult to exit. That and the Q in the morning can get crazy long and although your order is going to be correct , your not going to experience the fastest service. They can be rather slow , it's a popular spot and they just get overwhelmed at times. Not a big deal, just dont bother with the drive through if your in a hurry. I've had to skip it a few times myself because of this. Beyond that, it's a great location with a great staff. read more

Everyone is nice,but the slowest in town and always out of things! IE cold brew and all breakfast sandwiches at 9:30 am.

Still hasn't changed, this is the worst possible location to go to. Lobby is ALWAYS closed and you'll be lucky if they get your order correct. Drive up to sunrise and Douglas the staff there is warming and always have my order correct. Good luck ! read more

Great service and yummy drinks. My favorite is the salted Carmel cold foam cold brew and nitro. They are always pretty busy and the line moves as fast as can be expected drive thru, especially with the amount of customers going through. So, I'm new to the area for work and this will be my permanent Starbucks to go to! Why??? Because they are super friendly, kind and fast! We all need our coffee fix in the morning and majority of us love our caffeine whether it be tea or coffee! And, I need my coffee always every single day, it is a MUST! Especially for work, my Monday through Friday to go to drink is an Iced Americano with heavy cream! Thank me later! And they make it just right! They don't skimp on the heavy cream. The biggest thing that stood out to me was when they asked me how I spelt my name! That is a big thing for me, cause it is a pet peeve when someone misspells my name and it's especially more so when I tell them how I spell it beforehand and they still wanna spell it wrong. But not here, they were more than happy to get it down right the first time because they know their customers. And you can tell they are a very close work team and watching them work at it with the morning rush is crazy, they run that ship tight and smoothly. And don't be intimidated by the long drive thru line on weekday mornings, they ZOOM right through it and they have NEVER messed up on a order of mines yet. I ordered a drink with light ice, they hand me my drink with the cup filled with Ice. I give it back and say I wanted light ice please, she gives me my drink back seconds later. It looked like they took the ice out and poured water in it to fill it up to the top. The sweetness of the drink was completely gone. My drink tasted like complete shit. How hard is it to just make what the customer asks for? She also looked mad because she had to "remake" my drink. Located in the new Sunridge Plaza Shopping Center on the corner of Sunrise and Douglas in Anatolia, there is easy access from Sunrise Boulevard.
