Y'all, this was the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of Starbucks. The parking is good. There aren't a lot of businesses that surround the Starbucks so they essentially have the parking lot to themselves. Upon my arrival I couldn't help but notice the clean store and the beautiful Art that's was displayed on the walls. The baristas and cashiers probably knew everyone by name that walked in there; some people even trusted the cashiers to pick a drink for them (to me that shows loyalty). The lady that checked me out was so pleasant + nice. She gave me a compliment. While I waited for my drink I took in all of the nice art and the organization of the store. The workers just weren't there to work they genuinely wanted to be there. So happy I stopped in.

By far this Starbucks is a favorite as I'm also a regular! When you go places and they greet you by name because you frequent so much is a good feeling, yet a concerning one because it says I go a lot lol! In the recent situation with Starbucks, I find great pride and joy to know that there are times I've went in and didn't purchase and they treated me perfectly fine... I'm a African American so that matters. The staff here is PHENOMENAL! Oh and they already know my drink order and gets it to perfection... ahhhhh so good!

a toilet in a public restroom with toilet paper on the floor

I came here to study. Bathrooms are extremely disgusting. I told one of the girls working that there was pee on the walls, toilet paper everywhere, had a gross smell. She said they would clean it. An hour passed and no one cared to clean it. It was not even busy at all, workers were just talking. No toilet paper either. The absolute dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to!!!

Grand iced soy tiramisu latte, no whip. Very sweet, super delicious.

This Starbucks meets the "a-okay" descriptor of three stars, but it's definitely not any better. The drive-thru is convenient, theoretically. Unfortunately, the wait tends to be extra long at the drive-thru which kind of negates any convenience of not getting out of your car. Some employees are friendly, some are not. But ultimately you'll get your drink made correctly, and that's what matters.

Tall Iced green tea and iced americano.

Most horrible latte I've ever tasted. Avoid this place at all costs. Will absolutely never buy another coffee at this location.

This location is connected to a medical office/building and has plenty of free parking. There's a few tables and chairs for outside seating and a more open concept for indoor seating including bar stools. This is a great location for quiet remote work. I've yet to see much socializing at this location but others definitely have that vibe. I love how they have various seasonal offerings each month. The syrups are homemade and not overly sweet. And they offer several nondairy options including macadamia milk. Service is always friendly and prompt. Definitely a part of my regular rotation.

The barista was friendly and prompt in service and thoughtful in the coffee prep. The ambiance was a small and quiet coffee shop in an office complex during a work day. We were the only customers there for that period. Parking was easy and the shop was quiet. There were a handful of pastries wrapped in plastic which did not look particularly fresh and therefore we did not order. There were a handful of sandwiches in the fridge which were obviously premade that made us wonder how fresh they were and so we also did not order. The barista poured us a plastic cup of water to share. The butcher block table that we sat at was high quality as were the chairs. The decoration in the window of small air plants hanging in each window was understated and charming. We likely will not be back thru no fault of the shop. We live 23 minutes away in North Raleigh. This is all to say it was a bit of a trek all the more notable for what i would say was a simple if high quality experience.

A bialy (bee-AH-lee) is a traditional Polish-Jewish bread roll, similar to a bagel but with key differences: it is baked, not boiled, has a dimpled center filled with onion bits and poppy seeds, and is generally softer and less dense. Originating in Białystok, Poland, these rolls are traditionally served plain or toasted with toppings like butter or schmear. 2. Rye shortbread. Not too sweet. Just perfection! 3. Bran biscotti. I like the idea of a high-fiber bran biscotti over a refined flour one. 4. Buchi Tepache. I got the mango-pineapple flavor. This is a local NC brand. It's a mildly fermented drink that originated in Mexico. I got the ingredients from their website (drinkbuchi.com): Organic Tibicos (Water, Organic Fair Trade Certified™* Cane Sugar, Organic Kefir Culture), Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Mango Puree, Organic Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Organic Whole Lemon Puree, Organic Mango Natural Flavor, Organic Pineapple Natural Flavor, Organic Monk Fruit Extract. 5. The baguette. Unlike a refined flour white bread baguette at La Farm Bakery, this one is made of a red wheat flour. Turkey Red flour is an heirloom, organic hard red winter wheat brought to Kansas in 1873 by Mennonite immigrants. Prized for its rich, nutty flavor and superior baking qualities, it is often used for artisan bread, sourdough, and pasta due to its unique, sometimes more digestible, gluten profile. It is commonly stone-ground and available from local Kansas millers. 6. The star of the show was the Everything Croissant. Like the Everything Bagel but soft and buttery. Topped with all the sesame seeds and seasonings with a cream cheese interior. So good! I do plan on returning!

My partner got the iced version--which was somehow even better than the warm version. I don't like my coffee drinks too sweet, and they struck exactly the right balance. It tasted like there was real strawberry (and not just a super-sweet syrup). Unlike many coffee shops, they gave us a number to bring to our table, so we didn't need to stand around and wait for our coffee to be ready. Instead, they brought it to our table for us. Unfortunately, this is probably because the chairs were the equivalent of sitting on a guitar pick. The rest of the decor similarly resembled a mid-century modern insane asylum. All this is child's play compared to the drinks. I was hoping they would redeem the experience. I was rooting for you, iris coffee lab. The matcha left me wanting more. I couldn't taste even a whisper of matcha flavoring, and the price was laughable for a glass of green milk. When my flat white arrived, I felt that twinkle return to my eye. Sadly, about 3 sips later, as I neared the end of my beverage I was shocked to discover a texture component I was not expecting. After a lot of contemplation, I have decided I am not a fan of coffee grounds swirling around my mouth. The customers are hip and trendy, the employees exceedingly friendly and speedy, the drinks bespoke and innovative, but I think we need to cut out the frills and go back to the basics. Why play 3D chess when you've yet to master tic tac toe? I think the experience was net neutral, but for how steep the pricing is, I feel it's my duty to let the world know what they're getting into.
