This is my go-to Starbucks in the mornings as they have a convenient drive thru and are right by my kiddos school. Mainly writing this to shout out Michael who was the store manager for years. He's moved onto bigger and better things, which is amazing, but wanted him to know he's missed! Truly one of the best! read more

This Starbucks Has a confusing drive thru for a first time visitor. I've been stopping here off and on the past 5 years so I feel like I have it figured out. Parking can also be difficult since a few restaurants and business are all close by. Other than that my drinks are always perfect. read more

Mobile app ordering: 5 Customized Fraps: 5 Clean: 5 Open at 430 am: 10 stars I have been here early morning for several weeks now and I am able to get studying done while slurping on my favorite customized drinks. Everytime I come to this location the energy is off. Today made it clear that the workers do not want to be there. I understand having a stressful day but to mean mug a customer for no apparent reason and to not even be acknowledged with words is completely rude (girl with pink hair in claw clip). Wont be coming to this location again. read more

This is a great location to get a cup of coffee, sit back and watch the world go by. It's in a very busy part of Frisco, the space inside is small and the barista's do their best to make you happy. Haven't had a bad experience but once. We all know that a good Starbucks experience depends on who's behind the counter that day. I visit this location because they host a "Deaf Coffee Chat". It's a Deaf Community Social held every 3rd Friday each month from 7pm-11pm. It's free and open to the public. It's a mix of hearing and Deaf people who are wanting to enrich their learning experience in both directions. Excellent environment for those who are trying to practice and develop their ASL. read more

Sorry Starbucks, you're the location that finally broke my back and I just can't accept it anymore! On my visit today (4:35 11/9/20) customer service here is non-existent. I ordered a nearly $8 specialty coffee and register attendant rang it in, told me to go ahead with credit card, and literally turned her back to gossip with colleagues. No 'thank you', no 'would you like a receipt', no nothing. After paying and realizing that was it, I stepped back and the barista had my drink ready lickity split! I thanked him and got a napkin from the filthy table they had some napkins on. (From the restroom to the tables to the floors and beyond, this place is GROSS!) I took my drink outside intending to sit at one of the many tables on their patio which were so fricking filthy too! Look, I'm used to wiping down a table or chair when things get busy but this staff team wasn't busy, they were full on lazy and couldn't care less about taking care of the people paying their salaries. There were barely any patrons coming in the front door at all, granted perhaps the drive through stayed busy, but seriously -- someone take 5-minutes and grab a rag and disinfectant!! I took the drink to my car, disappointed yet deciding to sit in the parking lot to drink it. And that's it! At the VERY least I should be able to get a drink at Starbucks that tastes like the drink at Starbucks but this nearly $8 drink (Venti non-dairy Peppermint Mocha with Coconut Milk & an extra shot of Espresso) tastes like sugary hot water?! Totally disgusting!! It's disappointing how Starbucks as a brand has continually lowered quality and increased cost over the past decades since launching but that's what often happens when good businesses scale. What's unacceptable is not holding the individual locations and management accountable to minimum quality assurance standards. I had hoped while writing this that some staff member would touch the patio but here we are at 5:15 and they haven't. Alas, I shall post. read more

A great place for a meeting with my boss before the meeting with our customer. Man this was a busy Starbucks! Showed up and there was not a single table open to sit at. Eventually we were able to grab one, but wow people like hanging out here for sure. The rest is as Starbucks usually is... for as busy as it was they are fast efficient and competent. Delicious & quick service! I was headed into business meeting and had to get my coffee in a hurry. Ordered Venti White Chocolate Mocha and within what it felt like 2 minutes my drink was ready! Speed did not compromise taste, was delicious & got my day started on the right note. Staff was friendly with warm welcome and smiling throughout quick visit, good atmosphere & as Starbucks does very well asked my name and made it a personal experience. Clean and relaxed atmosphere. Parking is ample in the morning, but I could see capacity getting tight around busy hours, since it shares the parking lot with several other businesses. Service was friendly! Eddie (am army veteran) served me with a great attitude and energy. I appreciated his customer care during my visit here. Restrooms are clean as well. read more

I recently moved to a new area, so I have been stopping at this Starbucks that is on my way to work. And I have to say, this is among the worst service I have ever received from a Starbucks. The first time I went, a few weeks ago, they had the mobile orders sitting out on the counter. So, I looked for my name and grabbed my drink. After I grabbed my drink, a worker came up and moved all of the drinks as if I was stealing one... I was like, ok, maybe they're not used to seeing people that look like me around here. I'm new to the area and it is not very diverse, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I returned to the store a few more times and they always acted funny towards me even though I had shown myself several times, intending to become a regular. Today I did a mobile order (as I always do) at least 3 minutes before I arrive at the location. I entered the store and once again got no greeting. I just stood there at the pick-up area waiting. Meanwhile, no one acknowledges me. They're just preparing drinks. I wait. Other customers then start to enter, older Caucasian men. They were all greeted, asked if they had a mobile order, and then were asked what the name on their order is, received their drinks and off they went. Finally, after maybe 3 guys enter back-to-back, they FINALLY ask me if I have a mobile order and proceed to help me. This just felt very insulting and disrespectful. I didn't want their behavior to faze me, which is why I kept showing my face. But after today, I would rather not deal with the nonsense. It feels so intentional. I won't be going to this location anymore. I'd rather wait until I get to the Starbucks near my job,they are MUCH more friendly. read more

I love this Starbucks location. The atmosphere is lively and my drinks are always made to perfection. This is a great place to get some work done and enjoy a coffee beverage. I've had good service in the drive thru here, but I haven't yet gone inside. The navigation of the drive thru is a little tricky as others have mentioned, but there's adequate room for most vehicles. My usual drink is a venti iced coffee with three Splendas and light heavy cream, and they've always delivered for me here. This location is smack in the middle of some of the most popular retail/entertainment shops i the area, so there are plenty of options for shopping after your coffee as well. read more

I visit this Starbucks at least 3-4 days each week. My last several visits have been met with frustration after leaving. I always order a Grande One Raw Sugar Latte. The last 3 times I should have known by the weight of it it's more cappuccino like than latte. The last 3 times I've gotten something that has more foam than froth and the cup is 3/4 full and doesn't even taste like a latte. It's strong and bitter. I'm usually not one to complain, but this is now a consistent issue. I also attempted to call this location 4 times and no one has picked up. I don't know where else to voice my concern or displeasure. My company is right down the road and we frequent this location often but I may be driving the other direction to Lebanon and Legacy from now on. I don't need coffee to add to my frustration of the day, I have work to do that- coffee should be my happy place. :) read more

This location is great but they're overwhelmed they purposely don't update inventory on mobile order app so you can't order anything via mobile order. I guesss they aren't allowed to turn it off. The employees were nice but i ordered a Pink Drink with 3 scoops of matcha and being an ex partner at Starbucks when i got my drink i noticed it hadn't been shaken at all and there were no strawberries or anything so i know exactly what they did, just poured the strawberry açaí juice then coconut milk then matcha powder added some ice then put a lid on it and swirled it around then gave it to me. Given they were really busy i understand how that would be easiest but i would've rather waited longer and my drink be made right then gotten a drink with a pile of matcha at the bottom and strawberry inclusions missing from my drink. I wasn't going to be difficult and ask them to remake it or anything bc like i said they were busy read more

Our experience was appalling at best. We came in the early afternoon when it wasn't busy in the drive thru and we're immediately greeted with "Hey I was about to take my break but my coworker told me to take another order so what can I get for you?" Well, okay I get that could be annoying but whatever maybe it was just a joke that was meant to be light hearted and came off wrong. Nope. We ordered our first drink as a grande and I proceeded the order the same drink as a venti for the second. She proceeds to say "oh so not the same." Well the drink name is the same so yes it essentially is. Or maybe we're just idiots? So we finish our order with that drink and she finishes with "great I hope it was worth me delaying my break." So, Melissa, was 2 minutes of your time that much of an inconvenience? I pity everyone you have and ever will work with. If that's the standard set at this location we will never be returning and continue visiting other locations. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any coffee shop, ever. don't get me wrong, i love starbucks and i will continue to give them my business. BUT yesterday morning this location gave me bad milk in my coffee. i didn't notice at first bc i had never gotten that drink before but about 20 min after i started drinking it my stomach started getting super upset, and the taste of sour milk stayed in my mouth ALL DAY. i worked an 8 hr shift last night with FOOD POISONING!!!! FROM COFFEE!!!! and no, i literally did not have anything else from anywhere else bc after that i couldn't even eat. read more

Went through the drive thru and the service was fast and I give them that except that the customer service was crap. Went through for the BOGO deal today and asked the drive through employee if they were participating in this happy hour deal which she verified but then followed by charging me for both drinks... --_-- wtf. Also wanted to use my reward but as soon as I asked about the happy hour she turned away. Maybe it's because we had amazing customer service at another SB location in the Plano area the other day, but this employee just didn't want to give us the light of day. No "hello," no "goodbye," or "thank you," or "have a good day." Quite honestly I was like "do I drive off now?" The drinks came out as ordered light ice and all but taste was sad. Iced caramel macchiato barely had any coffee and was heavier on the milk and the iced vanilla latte just tasted watered down. This place is well organized, neat and very clean. The only complaint I have is that there was no place for us to sit and enjoy our coffee every table was taken by customers with their laptops open, smoking etc. The baristas were all very welcoming, friendly, sweet smiles and very efficient. My standout was Ms. Perla who did an awesome job as well as Ms. Arrisa and Ms.Sky. I had their drip coffee which was really good as well as their cream cheese Danish, my friend had the hot chocolate which she revaved over and she also had the almond croissant. Staff here are awesome friendly but not enough sitting cause everyone was just lounging around with their cell phones and laptops etc.

In addition to regular coffee drinks, they also offer middle eastern beverages like Adeni and Turkish coffee. If you want a pastry to go with your drink, you can try their croissants, Danish pastries, or honeycomb bread. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The place is clean and comfy. I like their padded, rustic-looking wooden chairs. I also like the hanging plants from the ceiling. They're fake, but they work well to liven up the space.
