Visiting this location late night, there was no line. I felt bad as it was close to closing time, but the employees were upbeat and helpful. I ordered a drink with two shots and they made it just the way I needed it for a long ride ahead of me. As this was just a drive thru visit, it deserves two thumbs up. read more

No issues with the product, at the end of the day Starbucks is Starbucks. My biggest complaint is the lack of service for customers inside. Habitually they only work a single register for walk-ins even when the drive thru is slow. For the last 5 days, the same individual is standing idle while the inside line is long (at least 5 people waiting). The store is directly off & advertised on I-95 so I expect the congestion but the lack of employee initiative to correct wait times is frustrating. read more

These people do not listen. I work nearby and come thru when I can't make it to my regular coffee shop and my orders never right. I ordered a venti iced whites chocolate today with LIGHT LIGHT LIGHT ice because I hate ice and my entire coffee was ice. After I removed most of the ice my coffee was less than a tall. Absolutely not acceptable when I tip and spend $6 on a single coffee. read more

Ordered a tall skinny vanilla latte which I always order at starbucks and a breakfast sandwich. Latte was burnt and tasted gross and breakfast sandwich was also burnt. Will not be going back for awhile. read more

Always too crowded. Today - weekend day next to an interstate - they decide that only one register is adequate. Line out the darn door, while four people attend to the drivethru window. I'm a frequent customer and a shareholder and this is really frustrating. Please pay attention to the normal cafe customers! Not everyone is a lazy drive-througher. read more

Used to frequent this location almost daily, lately it's gone down hill. Always a mess behind the counter, rude employees who all clearly dislike each other and the slowest service ever. I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order, tried to get an employee to help and the 8 people behind the counter were more interested in yelling/blaming each other for the upset customers in the store. The new manager has a lot of work to do. Won't be back to this store. read more

I go here VERY often - like multiple times per week at all hours of the day too b/c I work on-call. No matter how long the line is, the service is pretty much always great! I mean people are addicted to coffee, and Pooler is getting crowded in general, so it gets quite busy to be honest. If you go at lunch time there's more than likely gonna be a wait b/c a lot of Gulfstream workers frequent there at that time, but if you have just a little bit of patience, it's totally worth it. The drive thru moves pretty quickly too even during their busiest times! Also, if they happen to mess up your drink, they will actually fix it and with a smile, but don't worry it's only happened to me once. read more

Wife and I stopped by for the first time. First thing we noticed was the air conditioning was on pretty low. Polar Bear low. There were customers with hoodies on trying to stay warm. Ordered a tall cup of coffee with an espresso shot. That was delivered in acceptable time, 3-4 min. Wife ordered a Mocha Latté. Sadly I hate to say this but maybe it is just the South and its coffee makers. Coming down from Chicago and being blessed with a swanky cafe and a Starbucks on every corner I am probably a bit more critical because if a city with millions can serve a good coffee i wouldnt see why a small town like Pooler couldnt do that same. Yes my coffee was not good and yes it took a long time and that can be understood but to the manager of this Starbucks you need to teach your employees that a coffee house isnt just about the coffee its about an experience of walking into your morning, being treated and surrounded by a special energy, and a unique and individualized attention that makes getting through your day a bit easier. You can do it better you all just have to care enough to try. :) read more

the reviews are correct...took 30 minutes for an order inside but only because of the mass of orders--online, drivethru and inside. employees were busting it as always at a sb...this location is in the middle of a dense area. plan ahead for a wait or app order and pick up in 20 minutes. only solution is another sb in the same area, in my opinion.. read more

Ive been to Starbucks all over the country. This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. They also charged me $.60 for a splash of Soy milk. I've never been charged for soy unless I had it steamed. That is a small amount of money but at the same time if you go there a lot it turns into a lot of money. Ok, so I have been going to this starbucks since it opened. I have had many orders wrong, billed incorrectly and even waited 30 min in drive thru...yet I haven't felt the need to vent until today! Not only did I wait for 5 minutes for someone to take my order through drive thru...no one was talking so I had to drive to the window. With only 2 cars a head of me I sat there for 15 minutes! Ok, I get to the window and the starbucks employee who I have to say didn't have any sort of name tag, greets me with an eyebrow raised seeming annoyed that I didn't wait for her and the 4 other employees standing next to her chatting away to acknowledge my car. I start of by apologizing, maybe she will get the hint and realize I wasn't at fault...I said "I'm sorry I drove up without placing the order but there was no one talking". Nothing! Not an "I'm sorry ma'am" or an at least an "oh it's ok" and give me great customer service...no! She proceeds to have a condescending attitude and whispers to her co worker and they both look at me and laugh...his reply "u r so mean" it took all I had to not pull this girl from her hair out that window...it really offended me. Not only it's unprofessional but it's childish and rude. Upbringing problem or not I wish she had the cojones to tell me to my face and see who will be laughing. We'll I am disappointed with this company hiring immature, unprofessional kids and they have no supervision!! No manager in site...or so they said... SMH Well I feel better after my rant...i have my coffee and she still has her $8an hour job! Needless to say I shall be taking my businesses else where...and so will my colleagues. read more

Being a Starbucks lover I've been to many Starbucks, and they are usually pretty consistent. Unfortunately this location sucks. We chose this location, because it was near the highway. We did check the time before we arrived, it is 30 minutes of closing and they have locked the store. Nowhere does it indicate that only the drive-through remains open pass a certain time. Also they had were out of items to prepare the drinks we truly wanted so we had to order different drinks. We're hoping to find the you are here cups, and the attendant on the speaker said they are out of those as well. In addition to not being properly stocked there are other disappointing factors. They attendant had us wait 5 minutes to order. People who had already received their drinks had to walk up to the window to request corrections. Overall 20 for drinks we didn't even wish to have... If there was such thing as giving zero stars, believe me, I'd give zero stars. I went to Starbucks on Pooler Parkway today before work and ordered my drink with soy milk, drove out of the drive thru as I was taking my first sip...and it was chunky...naturally, I looked at the bottom of my drink to see what was going on and there were CHUNKS OF SPOILED SOY MILK in the bottom. I only wish I would have had enough time before work to drive back and get my money back. Never again will I go back to Pooler Parkway Starbucks. read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have been to. When I came in there were straw wrappers, napkins, and crumbs on the floor. The bartender didn't even greet me before I said something, so I didn't know that he was ready for my order before considerable time had passed, even though I was standing right there and making eye contact. In addition to getting my name wrong, my order was wrong as well, after waiting much too long for a simple matcha latte. I had ordered hot but they gave me iced, but I know they had heard me because I remember the cashier saying "okay, hot." When my order finally came out I told to them that I had ordered a hot one, but I was in a rush so I explained that I didn't have time to wait for another one. They didn't even offer me a refund and just said "oh okay." I understand that this situation could happen if they were busy, but there were three customers in there at most, so the way they handled this situation is just ridiculous to me.
