This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They randomly close with no explanation, they turn off mobile ordering and if you try to call, don't bother cause they never answer the phone. You can sit 30 minutes in the drive through for one coffee. It's awful. read more

On our way back up to Indiana from Savannah, we stopped here for coffee. The staff was so friendly and greeted everyone as they walked in. Drinks were perfect and prompt and so were our breakfast sandwiches. As a former Sbux barista, I can tell management is awesome here! read more

This particular Starbucks oh man, I have put off writing a review about it because if you have ever been here you already know the drive thur line is hideous at times. You can sit there at least 30 minutes depending on the time of day. However, today's adventure I ordered my usual coffee but I decided to change my food item and get a trusty oatmeal, a blueberry oatmeal. Cool!! I was happy and at the light I decide to open the blueberries and have one or two but the blueberries were expired! I made a u-turn at the light and went back to the store. All in good spirits I handed the blueberries back to the cashier and told him they were expired. He was helpful and handed them to the manager, I waited for some new ones. I chuckled because I told the other cashier I bet they are all expired. Low and behold they were! So in short make sure you check the expiration dates on your food items. I haven't given up completely on this Starbucks yet. read more

This place is absolutely filthy. The restrooms clearly haven't been cleaned in days. The paper products were out and only one restroom had toilet paper sitting on top of the dispenser. The dining room tables and floors were dirty. The coffee bar was filthy. The serving area was messy and dirty. I had to ask for my personal cup to be rinsed out. The customer service at this location is awful. I waited in the drive thru lane for 25 minutes before being able to place my order. I waited another 20 minutes after that to receive my order. I sat in drive thru for 45 minutes, not the purpose of drive thru. This was on a Sunday at 2pm. This location needs to work on speeding up their drive thru service. This isn't the first time I've sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes. read more

My group ordered three drinks: a nitro cold brew with just a splash of milk; an iced americano with just a splash of milk; and a Clover black coffee. Starbucks's failure rate on these beverages was a solid 100%. The first drink up, the nitro cold brew, was made with at least 40% milk (in spite of our request for only a tiny amount of milk). After seeing the results of that drink, we politely requested that the americano be made with just a splash of milk. That request was ignored and milk galore was poured into the drink. For our third beverage, the black coffee brewed on the Clover machine, the barista had to go to great lengths to screw that one up. But, apparently intent on maintaining the 0% success rate, he waited for the Clover to finish dispensing the coffee into my cup, then inexplicably he dumped about 20% of the coffee into the drip tray, stared at the cup for a few moments, then brought the cup over to the hot water dispenser where he added plain hot water to the cup, diluting the coffee. As a bonus to this circus of errors, it took forever for all of this to take place. read more

They are out of COFFEE at 8:30, the day after Thanksgiving. There are at least 20 bags of coffee in the display case, maybe they could use one of those bags to make coffee? Going to Dunkin since they are never out of coffee. read more

This is the worst star bucks we have been too. Not just one but we have had terrible experience 3 different times. Super long wait times and the staff don't communicate about what's not there before hand, they took the order and made us wait for 15 mins before they told us that they ran out of nitro brew. Though nitro brew is advertised greatly everywhere around , these guys are out of it most of the time . read more

The slowest drive thru I have ever been through. It took literally 3-5 minutes between each car. We waited over 20 minutes for our coffees! And it wasn't even that busy. Unreal wait times, no apology, nothing. We were coming off the highway on a trip for a quick coffee stop and that turned out to be a big mistake. Looking at other reviews, this is a common problem. I really don't understand the bad reviews for this Starbucks location. I go to Starbucks more often than I care to admit, and this is probably the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. The drive-through line was terribly long so I went inside only to find an insanely long line, but I needed my fix. The line moved at a reasonable pace, although some people were sighing and being rude about waiting in line. (Honestly, do you think sighing is going to make the employees work any faster? Or make them happy to serve you? Think about that for a second and stop acting like toddlers next time you're waiting to place an order for $5 coffee.) The store was clean and well organized. The bathrooms were also nice and clean. The guy who took my order actually asked for the spelling of my name so he could get it right, and for the second time in my life I had a cup with my actual name on it! I know that's not a big deal to most people, but it was really nice of him to care enough to get it right. My fairly complicated order was made promptly and correctly and I left a happy customer. read more

My husband is bald and his hair grows back faster than these people can make drinks. On top of that we got the wrong food after waiting 25 minutes in the drive through. Nice. I always thought I had bad luck and kept arriving at their busiest hours. Come to find out no matter when I place an order (walk-in or drive thru), the wait will always be a minimum of 30 minutes to get my beverage. Went inside this morning for my usual order (I go through the drive thru pretty frequently) and wanted to surprise my best friend with a coffee as well. After I had ordered, there was a revision I wanted to make to my friends drink and when I went to kindly ask the manager who was on drink bar (so I could tell her before she started making the drink AND after she already saw me talking to the cashier about the revision but I told the cashier I'd ask the barista so she didn't have to) the manager then raised her voice & in the rudest way possible responded "we aren't on your drinks." And that was it. I don't know if I'm crazy or if this was a "you had to be there moment" but honestly just wanted to say I felt disrespected as a customer and kinda wanted to make me say F this and walk out. (I'm to nice so i stayed BUT you get what I mean) I didn't appreciate the attitude Ms. Kayte had with me or the attitude she had with her employees (outsiders opinion) and I think this Starbucks may have lost a costumer! I hate that I love Starbucks so much that I allow myself to go to this location when I'm craving coffee and nearby...they always disappoint me. Typically with an hour long wait in the drive thru or wrong drinks but just now I made a mobile order and waited 20 minutes which is fine because I have nowhere to be...multiple people kept checking mobile order area and we were all standing there. Finally I walk up and ask the barista, is there a reason they haven't been made yet or maybe they're just behind which is fine....he said the cold brew machine was out of order...I understand things go down but the barista refused to make eye contact with anyone and didn't notify all the people standing there waiting for their mobile orders. Come on! I told him the least he could have done was say something instead of just letting us stand there. Refund was given by the woman at the cashier and she was very apologetic and nice and I understand things happen but at least have the courtesy to say something. And because they didn't get my drink, they didn't even bother to get my pastry I ordered so I told her I no longer needed it either and received a refund for both... read more

We have been customers at this location since it opened. It is extremely busy and we have cheerfully waited and put up with wrong orders and 30 minute waits for years. I understand that when you come to this location, just be patient and have a good attitude. However, when you confirm a correct order at the drive thru then completely mess it up at the window, you don't get a smart mouth and roll your eyes at the customer. We were very understanding but let you know that was not our order. I am officially done with this location. My advice to the owner/ management is some serious costumer service training before they lose anymore "regulars." read more

I usually order pick up from the app. The last four times they did not have the food I ordered then gave me something else just for me to realize they gave me food that was at least $2 cheaper than the food I paid for on the app. It would have been nice for them to give me a gift card with the difference. I also have ordered bagels with cheese three times and there was no cream cheese in the bag. Starbucks is not cheap, it would be nice if you could at least give me what I pay for. I also always order less pumps of flavoring than comes with the coffee that I always get and some days they make it they way I order and other days it is clear they didn't read my requests. Driving South on 95, looking for my Starbucks fix at least 150 miles when this beacon of hope shown across the bleak gray sky. Then I read the reviews and was worried I had made a bad choice as we were quickly locked into the drive thru. Whatever kinks this new store may have had in the beginning appear to have been worked out. The wait time was no longer than I would expect anywhere else and was in fact shorter than a Starbucks we visited on the first leg of our journey. They were quite busy however, but that is to be expected when the only other starbucks for 100 miles are tucked inside the nearby airport terminals. Coffee tasted fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Predictable. Exactly what I want from major chains. Maybe time to give them another try. And boost that rating so as not too scare off any passing travelers. Perhaps the owners will recognize a need for a second location. Maybe even closer to the freeway. read more

I do appreciate there being a Starbucks here, and the staff is friendly, but geez...... This is the slowest location I have ever been to. I'm in town a couple weeks a year and I visit this place twice a day while I'm here. 20 minutes to get my coffee is the standard. I have been stuck longer in the drive through several times with no escape, so now I park and go inside. Even when the line is short I can't seem to get out in under 15 minutes. Having said that, my coffee is always perfect and the baristas are very pleasant. You won't be sorry you visited, just don't be in a hurry! read more

if you belong to any minority or diverse group ...avoid this place. the people working at the register will humiliate you and will not provide you with the same customer service provided to the rest of the customers. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. We waited in the line for the drive through for FIFTEEN MINUTES just to get coffee..... So not only are we paying for expensive coffee, we are waiting for it too.
