Air conditioned and narrow. Easy going staff. Got a great tasting coffee. Needs new chairs. Rebel review: 4 read more

When I was living in Tarrytown, I would meet my tutor here to study. Plenty of space. Good customer service. Cool music. Fond memories.

This location is diabolical. It was good until it is not. The drinks are NOT what size you said they are. The tall is literally SO SMALL it wasn't like that before. They DO NOT fill up their cups fully i can literally see emptiness in the cup. Also, there was this worker i think her name is Jenn (???) who was yelling the whole time that "THERE IS NO ICE!!!" and complaining while doing her job. This is not normal and the service is terrible except for this one worker she is the sweetest. The drinks are good but they need to work on this. Thank you for nothing. read more

it is a wonderful and spacious place and love that is has free WiFi and the atmosphere is amazing customer service is top-notch. the food impeccable I love the pink drinks read more

Starbucks in general is great! But one complain......they have no gluten free options except popcorn. My friends can not go to Starbucks and enjoy a snack. read more

I come here almost every day and it never disappoints. The staff are very kind and always perfectly make my drinks which are not very easy to make (secret menu) The environment is very cute and the mood is calm. Overall this place is amazing! read more

Your manager marissa is very rude she dropped my drink and made me pay for new one and very overpriced

People that work there are really nice and competent at their jobs. They always go the extra mile when greeting and talking to customers. They also intermittently cleaned the barista area to ensure it was clean. In the 12 hrs I spent there this past week, I did not see anyone wipe down any of the customers tables during service. I don't know if that is corporate policy or if it was because it was very busy the whole time but I ended up just using napkins which was not as effective as I would have liked. I didn't bother to ask anyone to do it so that's on me. Also it was freezing in there, but that may just be me as well. Wireless chargers on the table are pretty cool. Metal chairs are hard on my body. read more

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite Starbucks in the area - whether it is after shopping at the farmer's market across the street on a Saturday morning, or for a pick-me-up after staring at lectures all day. An experience I would like to share: Yesterday I got to the counter and asked for a grande Pike. They were out. No problem, I said, I'll just have the Thanksgiving Blend then. They were out too. I'll just wait for the Pike to brew, it's fine, I told the barista, who offered to make an Americano for me instead. I declined, and said I would wait for the fresh brewed Pike. It wasn't even a huge deal. I didn't mind waiting one minute for a freshly brewed cup of coffee. No problem. However, when I offered up my card to pay, the barista told me that my coffee was on the house, which I can only assume was for my 'inconvenience'. Yes, it was just a cup of coffee, but it made my day just that much better. Customer service: on point. read more

Good service. Plenty of room to sit and work. Music can be a bit loud in the back if hoping to read, but nice vibe.

I'm sorry but this is the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been too . Just walked out disgusted read more

Starbucks - All I have tried say I've never seen anything like this - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Pleasantville, New York

There were 3-4 associates working and the cashier was totally lost and rude He misunderstood the status of the coffee machines and I was forced to wait an additional 7 minutes The barista presented with with one order while the other order was delayed. As this was a to go order I wanted both coffees at the same time. The crew seemed shocked and commented under their breadth. When the order was fit ready I picked up my items and walked out. The cashier rudely and sarcastically called out "happy Black Friday "" Needless to say I will never step foot into that Starbucks again read more

Despite popular opinion, not all Starbucks' are the same. This one in particular has extremely good and friendly service, they are typically fast, and it's actually clean, and the ambience matches. We ordered four frappucinos, a caramel macchiato, and a mocha latte. The frappucinos were creamy and silky; however, they were too liquidy for our liking. The Mocha cookie crumble Frappucino was delicious and my favorite. Mocha is my favorite flavoring and to add Oreo cookies, what a genius idea! The macchiato and latte both had a good ratio of milk to espresso. Overall, I've never had a bad experience. read more

Lady did not provide me with any forks or napkins and had a very rude attitude. I love Star Bucks, it's my go to but that is unexceptional.

Maybe because I am from the City that never sleeps but the service in here is a snails pace at best! I waited exactly 7 minutes for an iced venti red eye. Mind you it wasn't busy. My 2 year old daughter could've done a quicker job. I guess that's the burbs for ya! read more

i ordered on uber eats and when I got it my drink was not there . I called the store and was very calm about it at first. the lady on the phone was being very rude and disrespectful. Saying I need to come to the store and if I want my money back to go. they said it wasn't their fault but it's not my fault they cannot do their job right . Do not order here . fuck that stupid bitch that was on the phone yk who u r read more

The award for coolest, most personable baristas goes to the P-vizzle Starbucks! The drinks are well-made and they make sure you're happy. The seating could be more plentiful. It's not as easy to find a good place to sit & enjoy your beverage with all the laptop-toting millenials who permanently park themselves in the place all day. It's all good though because the coffee is great. Extra high-five for the music! The baristas are allowed play their favorite tunes here too (ex. Prince, A Tribe Called Quest, and Blu Cantrell -- no Sirius station can offer that combo!), which, I swear - results in a better cup of coffee! read more

Highly recommended They totally took care of me the other day when 30 minutes before this I went to a drive thru nearby Starbucks that totally messed up my order twice!!! Love it there read more

It's a Starbucks, so you know going in what you're likely to encounter. They have a much wider food selection than the smaller Starbucks in nearby Chappaqua, which is nice, as sometimes I want a savory item or breakfast sandwich, not just pastry. The staff at this location is always very friendly, and service has always been prompt. I wish there were a few more tables with chairs, as seating can be an issue when it gets busy, which it often can on the weekends. There's certainly room for them to add a little more seating. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. The service is always prompt and friendly. I really appreciate their efforts to get everyone's order correct. Plus, the place is always clean and there is ample seating. And most importantly, their drinks are always on point! :) read more

Yes, I know, aren't all Starbucks the same? Generally yes, in terms of product. The only reason I even bother to rate them is because not all Starbucks locations are created equal. In fact, I have found many Starbucks locations in the Tri-State area to be on the worn down side, with many stores downright dirty. Others vary in terms of efficiency, service, and employee attitude. Happy to say this location is excellent. Service is fast and friendly. Store layout is very nice. And everything is clean. And when your caffeinated beverage costs over $5, you have the right to expect all of these things. read more

Limited seating but comfortable chairs for what they have. Always great music playing But quaint atmosphere Nice location in memorial plaza read more

So I went to order with my friend and I asked for a Strawberry açaí "cooler" and the cashier proceeds to correct me disrespectfully saying " wait you want the Strawberry açaí REFRESHER" and I'm like yes and also can I have a venti caramel iced macchiato and then proceed to give him the $10 and then he says " It would be VERY HELPFUL IF YOU UNFOLDED THE BILLS BEFORE YOU PAY" Then he proceeds to aggressively unfold the bills and let's out a huge sigh and we also saw this correctional behavior with him for the customer in front of us. Also instead of the caramel being around the cup we saw the barista just squirt a bunch of it on the bottom so it made it really difficult to drink read more

By far the worst Starbucks in the area. Been in a few times, seems the employees are always fooling around with each other. I've gotten my order taken and there's no real acknowledgement, they just hear your order and hand you back change no thank you or anything. Another time I was the only costumer in there and the barista made 7 online orders before even paying attention to the fact I was waiting for something. I've been in because it's close to my job, but no more. read more

It's hard to write a review of Starbucks that will be different from any other review of Starbucks. This location is similar to most smaller locations you will go to anywhere else -- limited seating, typical music playing (Jack Johnson, Norah Jones, and the like) but the service I've received has always been superb. Earlier today, one of the barista even asked (as he was beginning to make my drink) whether I wanted it piping hot or hot-but-cool-enough-to-sip-without-scalding-yourself hot. Bravo, Pleastantville Starbucks, and thanks for making me smile. read more

Management at this Starbucks is totally rude and they are often out of stock of their ingredients to make their signature drinks. Head to black cow instead. Much nicer atmosphere and the wifi works much more consistently. read more

I go to school in Pleasantville and this Starbucks by far is one of my favorite locations. The baristas here are so friendly and the service is amazing. I love the hot and cold caramel latte and treats like cake pops and smores. read more

The seating here is quite limited and all but a few seats are near the door. So it is FREEZING in the winter. If you're just here to talk to a friend, there is a nice bar-like area with high stools. Bathroom is very clean, but the toilet takes forever to stop flushing. A little darker than most other Starbuckses. read more

One of my favorite Starbucks when I attended Pace University. All the people who work there are so nice. I love getting a grande passion tea lemonade sweetened in the summer time. I also like their treats including the birthday cake pop, iced lemon pound cake or a chocolate chip cookie. read more

There was easy parking, cheerful employees, and a clean space. Our three drinks were made correctly. What I didn't like about this place was that it felt crowded even though there weren't many people inside. I think the space could be better organized to better accommodate people who are standing to place or receive their orders. read more

Can get crowded in the mornings, but they always try to move people quickly. It's a dream compared to the one in Bronxville, which I went to for years. For the size, they could have more seats. Not a great use of space in my opinion. The regular staff there is great though! Always a smile and make great, consistent drinks. read more

It is a typical Starbucks. The service is fast and they keep the place very clean. I love going there for my Saturday morning coffee.

I went here because we couldn't find the Briarcliff Manor starbucks. It definitely was not up to par with the service I generally get at starbucks. Firstly, I asked for the Caramelized Honey latte iced and ended up getting an iced macchiato. I told them they got the order wrong and the man happily decided to fix it, but fixed it wrong. Instead of an iced caramelized honey latte, they gave it to me hot despite me telling two separate baristas I wanted it iced. Not the end of the world, but I wish they had listened more carefully. read more

Lines too long in the morning plus the parking is a cluster you know what!!

It's a great place filled with good people. I have no idea what the issues are others reference.

such a busy place!! but the people who make the drinks are delightful and accomodate whatever you want in your drink
