My wife and I enjoy sampling as many coffee places as possible. I'm sure we've been to Coffee Labs previously but after having it today, I figured it's time for a review. It's a very nice coffee shop in a great walking village. Great vibe, comfortable seating, and a nice person behind the counter. My wife enjoyed their cold brew and I enjoyed the Brazilian exotic drip coffee. They mentioned that they often swap out the drip coffee of the day. Silly long lines during Halloween festivities weekend but the service and goods were worth the wait! I was greeted by a pleasant employee who despite greeting hundreds before me was still smiling! I ordered a traditional cappuccino and was surprised to find by the time I arrived at the register my drink to be ready and so delightfully decorated with latte art designed to look like a puppy!! The coffee was nutty with the slightest hints of chocolate.... So great! By far the best I've had in town this holiday weekend! Coffee Lab Roasters was close by to where we were staying in Tarrytown. It is a small place, with street parking. We ordered two ice coffees, a herb bagel with cream cheese and a muffin. The herb bagel was delicious, but it was disappointing that they do not have a toaster to toast a bagel. I've never been to a coffee shop that couldn't toast anything. Service was fast, almost too fast as we were unable to review the menu fully before placing our order. Due to it's small size, it was very loud and there were people standing everywhere. If we were to return, I would take my food to go or eat outside due to the amount of people and noise. read more

In addition to the drinks, the pastries looked really good. I was full from lunch, otherwise I would have definitely gotten a sweet treat too. I decided to go with a simple latte and was very happy with my cup of joe. Look how pretty it is! The Coffee Labs Roasters are true artist. It's a destination spot! It's art! It's coffee! I love this spot so much that I always include it as part of my Tarrytown tour. People wonder why I visit so often and to me it's because it has all my favorite little things in a couple blocks radius. Coffee is a life force for me. But some years ago they presented me with a skull art in my coffee!! I was blown away. And from then on a regular in a sense. My boyfriend was an angel and drove my parents and I to Tarrytown for a day off. As soon as I could escape I went to snag coffees and pastries for the crew. My mom could live off of Almond Croissants. Or at least she likes to think so. I got the most amazing cat latte art. The guy in front of me was a portrait of himself. My favorite was the next morning, my mom was presented with an elephant latte art. I could not believe my eyes! They out did themselves. My mom was super happy! She's such a little doll. And appreciates this little things that make life memorable. The flavor is on point too. And the treats are the perfect compliment. She also snagged a reusable coffee to go cup for my sis. Such a cute and charming spot right in Tarrytown. My husband and I made a pitstop here on our way up to Albany. We ordered some iced lattes with their small batch syrups. I tried the lavender and my husband got maple. Both were good! We also tried their everything croissant with cream cheese filling. Definitely recommend. Ask for it to be warmed up! What a difference!! The baristas and staff I had already seen as miracle workers, but how they were able to handle and perform during the Halloween parade rush from this weekend was incredible! The amount of people that were in that shop yet somehow they managed to handle the rush so well. It was definitely crowded but it didn't feel crowded, if you know what I mean! Not only that, but I had gotten an iced Pumpkin Spice Latte from them... Star-who!?? Incredibly delicious and by far the best PSL I've ever had from anywhere! Such a cute little spot in Tarrytown! Very busy but the service is quick and efficient. The coffee is great quality; they have an extensive menu of variations, and you can also buy a bag to make at your house freshly roasted. Stopped in here before a show to a grab a couple coffees. We both got a mocha and I was very pleasantly surprised that it was made perfectly and had just the right amount on chocolate - most mochas are heavy and cloying but this one was just delicious! I love the dog themed branding, it's so cute. We didn't realize it at the time, but we stayed a little past closing. The staff did not ask us to leave and they were extremely pleasant. came on a saturday 1pm. huge line. only like 3 workers. they dont have almond milk. i was informed the espresso was strong. im not from here everyone kept staring at me. bathroom is nice and clean. i was waiting on my drink and young male worker kinda snapped at me. The line was out the door but moved quickly. We did a full day of site seeing in Sleepy Hollow and surrounding areas and my son talked about how good his latte was the entire day- long after it was gone. Our scones were fabulous. First of all, everyone who works here is delightful. I mean, seriously, where do they find these folks? All were so incredibly lovely when I was in. Came here recently to get a little work done while caffeinating. I ordered their vanilla latte. They don't have almond milk, so I went for their coconut milk vanilla latte. It was beautifully creamy with a lovely nutty richness from the espresso. They're a great spot to get some work done with several well placed outlets and comfy padded bench seating. I was able to comfortably work in here for a couple of hours. It can definitely get busy at times but never stays packed for long. The parking is street, metered parking but I was able to find a spot within half a block. All in all, a wonderful first experience. I would absolutely come back the next time I'm in the area! One of my favorite places to treat myself! My current obsession is their cold brew with a little maple syrup, cinnamon powder, and a splash of oat milk. Especially intriguing - they have a wide selection of teas as well as CBD products. I haven't tried any of those yet! You can't go wrong with any of the sweet treats. They have a nice rotation -- there's always something new / seasonal. I'm still dreaming about a cinnamon scone I had there once... hoping it comes back one of these days *hint*!! I especially love that they have a certificate that indicates they pay their employees a livable wage. We love to see it. The photo I've included was when I stopped in on Valentine's day and the barista surprised me with a little "lovely" latte art. It made my day! And still makes my day just thinking about it.
