It was really quiet inside when we decided to go, this is tucked away from the street in a place called Elk Plaza, the plaza does have its own parking, however, it is strictly limited to when you're spending time at the plaza so do not go elsewhere or you will risk being towed. While the matcha is pre-sweetened, it's just a mix of matcha powder and sugar. They have dark coffee, which is rare. They checked on the sourdough bread for the avocado toast and it was vegan. We expected a long line on a Friday evening and completely understood that they would be busy. What we didn't expect was the complete lack of customer service and basic respect. The problems started immediately. The restroom was a disaster. There were no paper products available, and it was obvious cleanliness was not a priority. We then looked for a place to sit while waiting for our order. Every table in the building was dirty and sticky with dried ice cream. Since it was too hot to sit outside, we had no choice but to use one of the dirty tables. My daughter ordered one milkshake and one scoop of ice cream while my grandson and I waited. After 30 minutes, she checked on the order and was told they were "working on it." We continued waiting.
