I placed my mobile order for pick-up here and it was made quickly. I decided to stay at the store to get some work done. There are a few tables next to power outlets where you can plug in your laptop. I didn't have any problems with the wi-fi and didn't lose connection. The atmosphere was nice, and it wasn't too loud for a morning. The place was clean, and this Starbucks doesn't have a drive-thru but there's plenty of parking. read more

Good, like most Starbucks, but the crew here this morning is what has me giving out 5 stars. After already have crappy morning, I sat down with my coffee only to spill the whole thing all over the floor and my computer bag. I asked for some help or something to clean it up. They said they would take care of it, no problem. I come out from the bathroom after washing up, they had already made me a new latte and had it sitting at my new table for me. I went into the Starbucks around 7:36am. There were just 1 person in front of me ordering coffee and another person waiting for their order. I went to get my acai strawberry lemonade and ice coffee for my coworker and a browning and a cake pop. The women in front of me got her order faster than I men who were waiting for his order. He got in front of me telling the cashier Danny that he overcharged him. So the cashier Danny was the only one in the register.so Danny took long figuring out what he did wrong. Well the men who got overcharged worked for another Starbucks. So as common courtesy the man that got overcharged should have waited until I ordered. I was the only person at the time waiting my turn. I get it. Everyone needs to wait their turn. By the time the cashier helped the other Starbucks worker, there were 6 people behind me waiting for me to order. But when I ordered my stuff, it was 7:50. Then the Baristas ladies were standing around not doing my drinks after they saw I was annoy they left there station and went to the stock room and we're just talking chit-chatting for a minute or two then they came out and one was doing my drink and the other was doing the iced coffee so when I asked one of the Barista if that was iced coffee she answer me rude. When they handed me the drinks, I asked where my brownie and cake pop. She said it was still heating up. Anyone knows you don't heat up a cake pop, and a brownie takes seconds to a minute to heat , and not 6 or 10 minutes. By the time they handed me the cake pop and brownie it was 8:01. I was late to work for this dumb incident. Every morning before work I get my drinks I never had this problem. I won't be going to this Starbucks. read more

I've been coming here to study for about 2 years and continue to do so, I love it here! I love this location since it's super convenient, all employees are wonderful, the facility is always clean, and they're always playing poppin' music. I want to mention that the employees here have great customer service, work well together, and know-how to handle upset customers; they keep their composure & it looks very professional! The service is great and fast, even when there is a long line they really know how to hustle and prevent you from waiting long. Sadly, there are no booth seatings but you get used to the wooden chairs after a while. For those of you who do like to study during the summertime, you'll find a spot! read more

Staff is good, the interior and seating less than just about any Starbucks I've been to. There's a few 2-person tables with uncomfortable chairs, the only larger comfortable chairs are between the bathroom and counter in a very small uncomfortable space, and a single group workstation table. read more

Going in to work a little later in the morning has made this Starbucks ultra convenient !! The place gets a little packed but the baristas are in top of their game and make the lines move quite smoothly so you can get your coffee and be on your way. It's a little smaller than my usual Starbucks but has everything you need including a coupe of tables to get some work done. This location has been one of my favorites for as long as I can remember. The staff exceed expectations to the best of their ability especially during the current circumstances we are in. While in the area today, I came here to hopefully grab a soy chai tea latte and a chicken wrap for lunch. There were only three people in the whole place at 1 PM, unheard of for a SB. This is my local Starbucks as I just moved into the area. Been here various times now that I know it's not just the staff on shift but it's the entire store employees overall. This last time was my last straw, I ordered my typical drink but with sweet cream and they always put the sweet cream inside except this time. Idk if it was because the barista wasn't paying attention to the order or if it was just because he was distracted from the talking he was doing with his coworkers. So I get my drink and it's not made to the way I ordered. So I try bringing it to one of the baristas attention but I was ignored 3 times until finally one of the baristas, without even acknowledging me, just slides me a small cup of sweet cream foam. I love the Starbucks at this location. They know how to make my drink perfectly every time. I order the Venti mocca frapp with CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE AROUND THE CUP Sometimes i stand there looking to make sure they do it correctly chocolate drizzle in the cup first before adding the drink.. Went in after some shopping and I was just thirsty ... . I knew I had to get an ice tea so I ordered the ice green tea with a splash of passion fruit tea in it. The payment was quick. The service was good. The pace of my order being ready was quick . The time I went was around 3ish on a Sunday. No one was in line so I knew I would have my drink to slurp on in no time. . The layout is great. They have lots of tables. One community table by the entrance. Lots of individual tables along the walls with chargers! This is rare I see so many wall plugs along the wall. A nicer than standard Starbucks with an extra touch I loved - very strong AC. That is a necessary thing and I really appreciated it on a super hot day. There is also outdoor seating with umbrellas and this nice fountain. There are a couple of Starbucks in the Pico Rivera area (how unusual, right?), but this one is by far the winner. Today was my second time ordering through the mobile app. I ordered a strawberry refresher and according to the app it would be ready in 1-4 minutes. I like this place only because they're open late, and my buddy and I come here because there's nothing else open late around here, unless you want to sit at King Taco or Wal-mart. uh, no. The coffee is the same everywhere, so this review is for the staff. Having worked as a barista (not Starbucks, at an awesome little coffee shop that is now closed), I know how hard it is to get people's orders right. I usually get the soy latte (boo milk!) and they've only messed it up once. That night was terrible, and worth removing one star. True story, I had one guy ask me one time to serve him 3/4 low fat milk. WTF? Half whole, and half 2%low fat. Ummm, the math doesn't friggin work; that's 52% fat milk. I told him sure. I gave him all whole milk. What a tool. Being a barista is hard work enough without dealing with complicated special orders. read more
