I'm so surprised I haven't left a review for this Starbucks yet. I always order via mobile pick up. Typically, I'll pickup inside but I had the dog with me this morning and decided to go through the drive thru. In-store pickup was my default selection in the app but this was no problem at all for the merry baristas. The ambiance of the drive thru was a fast and cheerful caffeine craving conga line and the baristas gleefully handed me my coffee. I was surprised they didn't offer me a pup cup. I don't usually give my dog one, but before we pulled up to the window I looked over at my sweet little pooch and told her she'd be getting her first pup cup today. She looked back at me and said nothing since she's a dog and had no idea what I was saying. Since they didn't ask about the pup cup I took it as a sign that maybe we shouldn't try a pup cup today. I'm always hesitant to give her one out of fear she may get a tummy ache like my previous doggy once did so I didn't ask them about it. At any rate, the service was great and the staff was cheerful. Thanksgiving and Christmas at Starbucks is always so festive. My coffee was perfect. The strength of the espresso, the heavy cream splash, 4 pumps of sweet sugar free vanilla. At $5.47, it was my caffeinated keto dream (smile). Surprisingly I just discovered this drink yesterday when going to 'bucks for an afternoon pick me up. It was so good, I abandoned my typical cup of home brewed via Keurig, McCafe medium premium roast. I fear I may now be addicted to my new Starbucks find. Please send your prayers. read more

So the last time I came here they messed up my order, I didn't complain to them, this time I ordered the same thing hot chai latte warm banana bread, I had mentioned the C well before my band bread was supposed to be warm and was not warmed at all and kindly asked for it to be warm today, the. Then kid replied "got it" no other meals were being prepared at this time I received my hot venti chai before the bread when the bread came out the wise guy had put it in the microwave 4x, making the bread excessively hot. Customer service is definitely not the forte here. Just wish I would have gotten his name. I'll be back this Sunday on my way to Texans tailgating to see if 3 rd time is a charm and post names this time. read more

I came here for my studying time on the weekend. The food and drinks serviced too quick as much as I expected.

It is quite place for studying and meeting with friends. This one favorite visit on the weekend.

I get that it's a very busy drive through and you have to focus on keeping that moving, but 25 minutes to get a grande mocha ordering inside?!?! I got my sandwich in less than five minutes. read more

My coffee always taste burnt or bitter from here... and it's constantly. It's rare I get my coffee to taste how it's supposed to.

I love this location! I drive out of my way (passing another Starbucks) just to go to this one. All the baristas are friendly and some remember my name and order. This store is always clean and never extremely cold when I do homework. The nitro cold brew is also a bonus of this location, so yummy! Drive thru is also super fast. There could be a line wrapped around the building and it would only take 5min or less. They always get my drink order correct, plus my drink comes out in a timely manner every time. This store has tons of seating options as well! And a great patio. 11 months later, and this location is still the best Starbucks in Pearland. I love how they greet customers as they walk in. They play great music at a good volume level, and continue to remember my name and my drink order and know that I get a water every time. This store is always clean! I still like this Starbucks over the other locations because of all of the different seating options that work for people who sit by themselves or in a group. read more

This is my second visit. Once through the drive through and once for a mobile pick up which both took less than 4 minutes. It really felt good to be greeted and asked how they could help me rather than look me upside my head like the other Broadway locations (only other good Starbucks in Pearland is in the Shadow Creek area). They also serve cold brew and have a bar feel by the pick up area which is innovative and different. This was definitely worth the drive. I look forward to coming back and hanging out. read more

The quality of service and customer service is horrible. The baristas are rude. Multiple times I've had this encounter. I do the call ahead and the last 2 times I've ordered, I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before they would stop and look for my order; which was sitting there the entire time I was in there AND 3 of the workers were just standing around waiting for coffees to be done. Ordered hot chocolate with whip cream, it tasted very bitter and unsweetened. We assumed it was just low quality hot cocoa powder or watery milk, but after 30 mins experienced stomach aches and threw up. Definitely never choosing milk products at this location again. read more

This place is a great place to get your coffee fix. We stopped by for some refreshments & was greeted with an awesome person. Alexander made us feel very welcomed & we will be back. Today I came into this Starbucks that I have never visited with my brother and sister. I placed my order and it was not up to the standards that I normally get, so I asked the barista Kate the remake my drink in a polite manner. I instantly got a rude attitude as she threw my old drink hard into the sink and began remaking my new drink. She was fussy the whole way through making it. I wasn't rude back but I'm sorry you work at Starbucks, people like their coffee a certain way. Have some customer service. read more

Three times in one week I have had two beverage orders completely messed up after repeating myself twice or three times when making each order. I don't understand. They were not busy inside but they are slammed at the drive thru. Why can't they get the orders right for the people that are ordering face to face? The lady taking my order didn't thank me.
