Went into the Starbucks 1/1/2026 around 8amish. Due to coming from the sunrise and Ramon location. This experience I am adding is from sunrise way. I ordered my regular and at the window I added a last min. pastry due to forgetting. I have a newborn that was crying while ordering so my brain fog was running me. So while ordering the pasty at the window (note it was not busy at the DT at all) I heard one of the Starbucks employees literally shout out (OMG AT THE WINDOW) I mean she sounded so unhappy/annoyed she was working. I have never ordered anything at the window. So I canceled my drink got a refund and not even an apology for the rude attitude/worker. So headed over to the n sunrise and vista chino location and my drink was made perfectly and my pasty was warm. It was a better experience. read more

OK, this is now my most favorite Starbucks west of the planet Saturn. The shop is extra ample, bright, clean, and oh so inviting. The location is close to my daily stops and the employees are superb and upbeat. The espressos and specialty sandwiches are my favorite items to enjoy. Usually Starbucks will fill up a cup of ice water for you upon request ..., Today ... they decided to set up an insulated thermos box water station. This would normally be ok except for the fact that you now get No ice with this idea and also .... Unfortunately.... The water tastes contaminated with whatever was stored in this insulated container from before ... the water tastes like coffee .... And I'm not okay with that. read more

THIS IS TO THE MANAGERS OF STARBUCKS AT THIS LOCATION. As a business owner myself I think it is important to know that your Starbucks has a reputation of having the worst Starbucks drinks in town. Much of your staff seems to be incompetent and lack training when it comes to knowing how to make a properly balanced drink and following instructions. We are locals and this is our closest Starbucks location unfortunately. We usually avoid it because their drinks always taste gross and the people working there are all young kids walking around like zombies who don't want to be bothered by customers. On rare occasion we HAVE to come to this location out of urgency. This AM we mobile ordered 2 London fogs.. one with almond milk one with Oat milk and two potato bite orders. My partner is allergic to Oats and I am allergic to Almond. We are both lactose intolerant. Upon entering I saw our food and grabbed it while I waited for our drinks. I saw the employee pouring a one gallon milk jug and steaming... I immediately wondered if it was for our drinks but the employee walked away. Then I just said to myself maybe their milks all come in those containers cuz of order volume. I then saw them pour the same milk into both drinks and they called my name. Since I'm trying to catch a flight I ran out the door. Once I opened our food... I found bacon egg bites not potato bites. Did I mention we are vegetarian.. Then our drinks were cool enough to drink at which point we both thought they tasted weird. Now I sit in the airport with an upset stomach because this inconsiderate lazy employee poured regular god knows what milk in both our drinks. I want management to know this because I know we are not the only ones this happens to. This is a regular experience at this location. We hope you fix the issues laid out above. read more

The staff here seem rushed and don't take time to explain things. The tip jar is right up front, which feels a bit pushy given the inattentive service. I also wanted to use my points but had no idea you use 200 points for even a very small (tall) drink -- they should really explain that better. Overall, the experience felt rushed and impersonal. I'm giving this three stars because the staff was nice and they got the drinks correct. I think the staff needs a little bit of education on when they should be washing their hands. One of the trash cans in the workstation was overflowing with trash. The barista would pick up trash. The location in Palm Springs at Vista Chino and Sunrise condoned the theft of my wallet on their counter in 2024 and refused to reveal the thief even though their security cameras confirmed it as one of their employees. This year they twice failed to provide Italian roast coffee even though their anonymous voice said it would be available when we pulled up their check-out. read more

There were literally 10 employees making drinks and the only person at the register was new and very clearly struggled. Everyone was perfectly nice but that's just about as bad as management can get. Someone needed to come over and help the guy every step of each order. At least put a 2nd person at the other register... I ordered an ice coffee with oat milk....of course it was terrible. Not sure if I can say it was technically "wrong" but I did in fact return it. I was up charged for oat milk but it was super bitter with very little oat milk. I said not too sweet, which can fall on me but...I suppose if there are 10 people making drinks I expected them to be able to get an ice coffee relatively easy and know the sugar is to cut the bitter, but I don't want a milkshake...not enough sugar either. I could've added sugar but you pretty much can only count on simple syrup and not sugar packets with ice coffee. I wouldn't really bother to leave a review if I didn't think it was bizarre how many people were making drinks for online orders and no one to help to help at the register. This is the worst Starbucks in this area. I'm a huge fan of Starbucks, always have been, but this one is bad. Tonight I arrived shortly after 8 pm and it the lobby was closed and locked, despite the Starbucks app allowing me to order for pickup inside. When I got to the drive-thru window I was handed the wrong drink. I had ordered an iced espresso and the drink I was given was hot. The drink was remade and I was handed an iced espresso in a tall cup with some ice, when the order was clearly in a grande cup with extra ice. This store was recently remodeled and the staff there now is new to me. The previous staff wasn't great, but they got better over time. These new guys are a little clueless. And, I have had, on numerous occasions, problems with this Starbucks closing unexpectedly, seemingly at random. There are two other Starbucks within a couple of miles of this one on Sunrise and Ramon, and they are both light years better, in terms of staff, service, and overall appeal. read more

My mom and I just ordered two coffees from Starbucks. While we were ordering through drive thru the gentleman taking our order asked my mom twice if she wanted it iced and said yes both times. Once we got to the window they handed her my coffee which was fine but when they handed her, her coffee it was hot and she then let them know she asked for it iced. They ended up just pouring it into another cup and iced the coffee. When she took a sip it only tasted like blonde when she asked for a vanilla blonde latte. She then went back in to ask for it to be fixed. They added a pump vanilla and shook it and then handed back to her. We're pretty discouraged after this visit. We come here all the time and haven't experienced them being foul before. read more

I wish I could give zero stars and will never come back to this location again. Today 11/19/23 went through drive through ordered a late I'm assuming they overfilled this hot drink that the foam and liquid got on my leg and hand which burned, naturally I yelled hot can I get a napkin the cashier looked dumb founded and that the shift manager stepped in and began to argue with me that she was doing three things at once and she couldn't give me a napkin you would think that if someone got hurt or burned that they would treat this respectfully and apologize oh no he just argued. I was so disgusted by this behavior that I called corporate at least they are taking this seriously and district manager will get involved so least I hope that other people won't experience what I just experienced. Managers are supposed to step in and resolve problems not get into customers faces. So won't be back there I will drive extra 5 min to a location I know treats customers will respect. read more
