Ok, Starbucks Palm Springs on N. Palm Canyon Drive.... I. See. You. And I like, no, I LOVE what you've done with the place. Yes! This location is the Gold Standard of Starbucks. And it puts the BUCKS in Starbucks! It's an open concept , completely Modern, wall to wall windowed coffee shop that will make you want to sip that coffee just a little slower just so you can stay a little bit longer. Of course, they've got all your favorite sweet treats, pastries and specialty coffees that we've all come to know and love; the only thing left to do it decide where you want to enjoy them. As for us... My family of 5 visited on October 3rd, aka mean girls day aka my Birthday and you know I got my free B.D. Treat. And you know we picked the huge round table front and center to sip on our brew. Located right on the main strip of Palm Springs... This location is Prime Real Estate for all the locals, & visitors to come and get their morning started off right. So if you come to P.S. you know exactly what you need to do! ;)
Solid stop in downtown Palm Springs I was excited to visit this Starbucks on Palm Canyon Drive because I thought it was a Starbucks Reserve, but once I arrived I was told it's now a regular Starbucks, which was definitely a bit disappointing. That said, I was already there and had a free coffee to use, so I decided to take advantage. I ordered the limited Valentine's Venti White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew, and honestly it was really good. Smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. The space itself is very spacious, modern, and mostly empty, and you can absolutely tell it used to be a Reserve at some point. Inside felt open and comfortable, and the outdoor seating area is really nice as well. While sitting outside, there were some... interesting people out and about nearby, which made for an entertaining and memorable experience to say the least. Overall, despite the initial disappointment, it was still a good experience. If you're in the downtown Palm Springs area, this is definitely a solid Starbucks stop worth checking out.
A Starbucks that has a for here option with proper plates and cups/glasses! Wow. It's a very large, modern looking space and packed with people sitting both inside and out. The staff were super friendly and efficient.
Always a great time hanging out with friends and family as we listen to the live music in front of the place. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.
Clean place, including the restroom. The drinks are always good but this time I ordered the lemonade berry with boba. Delicious but......... there were no boba straws. Had to drink all the drink first and then the all the ice 3/4. Then the boba. I wish the server guy would have told me first that there were no boba straws because I would have ordered something else.
This Starbucks is a total standout. it's huge and right in the middle of Palm Springs down town area on one of the main streets, so it gets a big cross-section of the city, always buzzing with energy. The staff are lightning fast, and you can even order ahead, which is a lifesaver when it's busy. I grabbed an iced coffee, and it was good, just the right pick-me-up. The whole space looks really nice, modern, and clean, and even the restroom was clean though it is a bit busy since it's on a major thoroughfare, so a lot of people swing by just to use the bathroom. Overall, it's a great addition to this area, reliable, friendly staff, and just a solid Starbucks when you need a quick caffeine fix. I'd definitely stop by again!

The space is open, airy, and thoughtfully laid out--no cramped tables, no shoulder-to-shoulder seating. You can settle in, spread out a bit, and relax without feeling rushed. It's the kind of place where you can linger over your drink, have a real conversation, or just enjoy the calm without the usual coffee-shop chaos. Cozy without being crowded, and honestly a breath of fresh air.
This mermaid giant picked the perfect spot in the heart of the tourist zone. It was time for my afternoon coffee buzz and this place was buzzing crazy with caffeine addicts. We ordered two drinks, one being my venti iced coffee and the other one of the new refresher drinks. As busy as they were it didn't take long to receive our drinks and they were made just the way we like them.
Service was so fast and friendly! Sabrina took my order (she's new) was yet was fast and friendly! This location is limited on parking but that's expected since it's in a prime location. Wasn't too busy on this lovely hot Monday, I ordered a white chocolate mocha latte iced with oat milk, blonde shots and strawberry purée. Think of the taste like a white chocolate covered strawberry ;). This location is definitely spacious with tons of seating space, walking room!
This is the Starbucks Reserve coffee shop located in downtown Palm Springs. I could be wrong but I thought they used to advertise it more that this was the reserve location but aside from an easily missed "R" outside on the signage, it was less obvious to me then it had been in recent years. This is the meca of Starbucks as it's truly huge and unique looking inside: You could fit 50-70 people in this Starbucks it's definitely gigantic and the coffee bar area is stunning. Wraps around into a large L shape they easily have to have at least 5 people working this location to keep it afloat I'd imagine. I got a kick out of the fact that they have exclusive drinks here and was eager to try the Palm Springs Breeze which essentially was a creamy version of their pineapple refresher. It was tasty and all of the other unique drinks that were coming out did look heavenly. The concept is cool and I definitely dig that it feels like a treat to stop here. The reason for the docked star are the crowds as it's just too big for me to feel comfortable frequenting here. There were twenty people hovering around waiting for drinks and the lines to order were deep. However, I was beyond impressed by how fast they moved here! The crowds thankfully didn't equal a huge wait time so that's a bonus, I just don't love a coffee shop that feels like a subway station. Also this makes me laugh as I type this but the writing on the board is itty bitty. I felt blind! I seriously couldn't read the majority of the drinks from the back of the line. Why did they write the exclusive drinks in such a tiny font?! Haha. I promise I am not that blind but I literally had to walk up to the front of the register (looking like I was cutting people off) which was the only way I could kind of see the menu. I didn't want to risk waiting until it was my turn to order as I would be holding up the line but I seriously don't know how the majority of people could truly read the menu board. Thanks for making me feel old. Cool location and its unique, just more of a tourist coffee Starbucks location then one I'd be a regular at.
It's Thursday night and you're wandering downtown village fest but need a pick me up for the hot street. Normally I recommend going to one of the local vendors, but I needed a little bit of caffeine so opted for an iced coffee. Most of the time your experience is consistent, but mediocre. This was no such time. Enter the most most friendly and helpful barista "Bobo"! Props to the amazing friendly attitude, despite it being such a busy day. Iced coffee in hand we were ready to take on the rest of the street fair. Indoor this place was well chilled and very clean despite high traffic. Starbucks will always just be Starbucks, but this one has a little something extra thanks to the amazing staff! read more
Why is it that everywhere you go you alway end up at a Starbucks. Even though there's loads of amazing coffee places, Starbucks is a must. Especially this one, right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. A beautiful outdoor seating area but if you walk out, you have more seating that's along the courtyard. Shops, restaurants and hotels all seconds away. Inside is pretty big itself. A couple of large communal tables for sharing and small group tables. Just be warned that it's alway busy at this location. Service is alway great each and every time I've visited . Bathroom and wash area is alway pretty clean. FYI, people do come in often daily for the restrooms so just a heads up. Regardless if you're sitting inside or outside, it's a nice little break. So many people with their fur babies in and out. It's also a great place for people watching. We've literally sat for an hour once just people watching. It's Palm Springs, you come to lounge and relax. No plans but go with the flow. Of course, doing that at this Starbucks is a good start. read more

This place used to be an amazing Starbucks reserve. When I had went a few years back, they had all sorts of ice cream options as well as fancy creative drinks. 2 years later we went again only to find out that they don't have anything too unique compared to you're typical Starbucks. They only had some special espresso... Because I was so lost I asked the worker to recommend me something and he chose the mocha latte thing. My bf got the dragonfruit mango lemonade. Both drinks were super good and the workers were very nice. There really isn't anything special abt this location anymore aside from how pretty it is inside read more

Zoinks @corporate needs to come check on this location. Ordered a toasted white chocolate and I got some sort of chocolate milk concoction. My man ordered a Carmel latte and got a bland cup of soy milk with a lot of ice. If I am going to wait 20 minutes for a drink, please have it be worth the money. read more

My favorite Starbucks in Palm Springs! High end, modern, elegant - as it should be for a reserve! The people who work there are so nice and accommodating! I ordered the cloud espresso on the special reserve menu and it did not disappoint! Also got the matcha and peach tea that was super yummy! Great location to stop at if your in downtown Palm Springs! read more

Pretty clean place but not as exciting as the other starbucks reserve. There was only one booth serving starbucks reserve special drinks. It appears to give more of a regular starbucks environment. read more
The hours of operation on Yelp do not align with what I saw at the storefront. They are only open on Fridays and the weekends. Also, Google Maps say it is temporarily closed. I hope I'm correct about this info. When the pimp's in the crib ma TROPIC LIKE IT'S HOT tropic like it's hot. Tropic Like It's Hot is a regional test item. According to a Reddit user, it is 1/4 mango dragon fruit base, 1/4 uncut lemonade, blended with a cream base, and then guava poured on top afterward. An AMAZING drink to try, especially in a sunny and warm environment like Palm Springs. Would I order it again? The answer is YAS. The store also had another regional item called Iced Coachella Chai, which I need to try on my return. read more
I think ever trip I've been to in Palm Springs, I end up going to this Starbucks location which is right in the mix of the business of Palm Canyon Dr. I ended picking up some Reserve Coffee beans & Caramel Brulée Latte. I believe this is one of the winter Starbucks drinks which is not new and I do believe I've had it before. I'll mention like I often do that I like strong dark roast coffees and this is not really that. Not a bad flavor though, for sure sweet. I'd just think it was a caramel vanilla latte if I was given it. I wanted to again get the Iced Hazelnut Bianco Latte which they only carry at reserve locations and is probably one of the best (or best?) lattes at Starbucks. But I sadly did not see it on the menu and when I asked an employee he mentioned rumors that they are getting rid of all the reserve items, and this Starbucks will soon be converting into a regular Starbucks. Sad day.... Since it's Starbucks and it's located in the middle of everything, be prepared for it to be busy here. But hey at least you'll be walking distance from the photo op at the ever-so-popular heart PS sign. Oh and don't worry if you can't find really close street parking. There's a close, very walkable parking lots towards the direction of the museum. And it's still free (so shocking) for I think 3-4 hrs. Cheers! read more

The first thing I noticed about this Starbucks was that it was much larger than your average Starbucks. The layout was spacious and open, but also - packed full of people. One nice thing of note was that while we did order coffee here, you could use the bathroom without ordering, and it did not seem like a big problem, which is nice. The drinks were on-brand, as you might expect. I'm giving it 5 out 5 stars because as Starbucks go, it certainly was a Starbucks (we had no issues). read more
This Starbucks Reserve is in the heart of Palm Springs, great for people watching, this is a huge one too. I'm really not an Starbucks fan its just i have an Issue paying an arm and leg for a good cup of coffee, but its convenience when there is no 7- Eleven or small business mom-and pop coffee shop around. The decor and atmosphere vibe is a lot different then the reg. Starbucks there are a lot of seating inside as well as outside too, a huge and roomy with umbrellas. They offer a wide variety of exclusive plus specialty drinks and more expensive Items to purchase, the lines were long as heck, I just needed a cup of coffee to keep me alert being in the 80 zone, it was almost 30 mins. before i got out there. The staff were so nice and very to everyone. read more

I just gulped the signature Palm Springs Experience drink. It is so tasty and refreshing! It is an ice blended tea with lemonade, dragon fruit, plus another flavor(I believe it was guava). Anyway, I wish every location served it. I drank it so quickly that I forgot to take a photo of it. The large interior space is awesome, as this is a Reserve location with a fun atmosphere. Lines are commonly long, but the staff manages the pace well. Will return. read more

Not your average Starbucks. We went to the Palm Springs Starbucks Reserve location every day during our trip. We ordered: - Starbucks Cold Brew Malt (*favorite) - Tropic Like It's Hot - Iced Hazelnut Bianco Latte - Golden Ice Every drink that we tasted was delicious and a step above your regular Starbucks beverage. The Cold Brew Malt was a standout for us though - it is basically an elevated espresso milkshake with the perfect amount of creaminess. This was the only drink we just had to order twice because it was too good to not sample again. Just a note that this Palm Springs location didn't have the Cascara drink that's on the menu-I was disappointed, as that is one of my favorite Starbucks syrups and I was really looking forward to trying it out. I really wish they'd roll out more Reserve locations, but for now, I'll let this one be a special treat next time we visit Palm Springs! read more

We tried the nitro float and Tropic Like it's Hot. Both drinks came in reusable cup and tasted amazing! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It can get busy, but it's nice that it's a reserve store, so there a bit more options to pick from. We can't wait to go back! read more
My favorite Starbucks! It's the only Reserve Store in Southern California. Whether you're a Starbucks regular or not, this Reserve Location is a must-visit while in Palm Springs. Here they test new recipes and products, feature exclusive menu items and also pass out samples sporadically throughout the day. If you order a cold brew drink from their (awesome) coffee bar, they serve it in a special souvenir cup! The BEST Starbucks I've ever been to. This is the only reserve location in California at the moment. They test products here before they're launched storewide. Order a cold brew, and get it one of their special reserve cups. The vibe is always so cool, staff are always so friendly and of course, the coffee is amazing. My favorite breakfast - americano misto + turkey bacon and egg white sandwich! This is THE Starbucks to visit if you're in Palm Springs. read more
