I just stopped by for a quick drink. I met a barista who made me the best latte ive had in a minute, I think his name was Spike. Everyone was pretty cool here, I'll be coming back read more

I really hate the remodel of this store. I hope SB does not start doing this. It's too damn hot in Florida for stores with no inside seating. They have chairs in the front and along the side and there is no drive thru (never was one before the remodel which is also unfortunate). Barring that, I typically order on my way to work and pick it up. Sometimes there's a short wait at the counter but I've never been annoyed. Side note: nothing to do with SB but when I stop, there's always a group of older (what I guess are retired) gentlemen outside enjoying their coffee and socializing. When I walk up, they just be looking and I just be jealous! Cause why I gotta get my shxt to go and then go to work ughhhh read more

Starbucks - Addicted! Refresher strawberrry, extra lemonade, light ice, extra spicy chili powder blend - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

This has got to be the worst Starbucks in Palm Beach County.... Especially after their renovations. The size of the lobby is over 50% smaller with no cohesion to picking up your orders Mobile or otherwise. There's no napkins to be found on either of the counter space. And I'm multiple occasions when I order the pesto egg sandwich, I received the mozzarella Caprese sandwich. The customer service here is poor... It's very difficult to have somebody make eye contact with you to get the support you need to fix the issue. read more

Smallest Starbucks I think I've ever seen, the ones inside of a Target are larger. No "Been There" mugs, which I would've gotten one if available. No bathroom either. read more

Stopped by on our way to Juno Beach. The food and coffee were warmed up and prepared well, what lacked was the customer service and attentiveness of the cashier at the time. He never acknowledged us and he seemed bothered that we had to place and order. The girl cleaning outside the coffee area did acknowledge us and was friendly. This store is mostly easy to get to but there is no drive thru, funny how the Chipotle next door does! read more

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and unfortunately it's the only one close to me. First of all, they did a reconstruction and made the store smaller, so everyone is camped inside shoulder to shoulder. Why they did this? No freaking clue. The staff is extremely rude, all liberal Marxist who refuse to say "welcome" if you're wearing any sort of American flag apparel. And on top of that, the drinks suck! Their espresso taste like drip pot coffee. I'll be going to the north lake Starbucks, even though it's further, where people say hi, your drink is correct. What a joke this location is, pitiful read more

Never seen a Starbucks with zero seating. Just a counter right by the door. It's too hot in Florida to sit outside.

Ordered 10 minutes ahead a simple iced coffee. Waited 25 minutes for my drink while watching people come in, order on the spot, and walk out with their drinks before me. Avoid this location. Staff here is friendly but slow af. read more

This Starbucks used to be a great place to go and grab your daily coffee. Unfortunately, they have remodeled rendering the store completely inefficient. The system is so terrible that it simply is a horrendous experience for the both the customer and the employee. There is no clear flow and the bathrooms are blocked off, causing the customer to have to leave the store and go outside around the corner to find the bathroom. This store needs a complete overhaul and it needs to return to how it once was. Who knew those were the good ole days? read more

This Starbucks is amazing. The barista are super nice and the ambient is wonderful. What made this Starbucks great for me was the customer service, especially the barista. At any time of the day they are so polite and amiable. No attitude or sass which is common in the Starbucks chain of employees. Definitely recommend this Starbucks if your in the area. read more

The redesign of the store is awful. There is No seating and no space for even a line at the counter. I'm never coming back.

Great service and atmosphere, highly recommend. I got my drink and food right away and the staff is so friendly.

Just writing a 5 star review because I lost my favorite marc jacobs watch 2 months ago. I thought it was gone forever but I randomly decided to ask Starbucks months later if they happened to have it. And guess what... THEY HAD IT! They kept it safely for 2 months!!!! Props to the workers for keeping it in the lost and found, and also to whoever returned it. Also all the workers are very friendly at this location and there is always great service :) read more

Walked in this am - 3 people working and not one hello- waited 3-4 minutes Looked 2 busy doing mobile orders So Waiting in line at 1 register and people walk in behind us to another register and get helped b4 us with a monster order I don't mind waiting but hello! Otherwise good drinks as usual ! read more

This is a busy location! Every time I'm here I'm impressed with how quickly the team can get my order ready and with a smile. I enjoy how many regulars there are and how customers and employees know each other by name and there's always a warm and friendly banter of conversation. read more

Friendly staff, good drink, cozy place. This is such a really good Starbuck I have ever been to.

Absolutely my favorite north PB County Starbucks. The staff is courteous and efficient. The customers are friendly and as talkative as you' d like. The brew is always the best. I have the Starbucks app on my phone so not only is it easy to use the app but after every so many coffees a free food or drink gift is put on your card. I'm looking forward to their remodeling this shop in the fall 2014. read more

One thing I hate is when you buy something from someone and they don't say thank you. Today's society I guess?! The younger guy working didn't even try and get my temperature as hot as I like it and when I asked him if they ever taught him how he said they didn't. EVERY OTHER Starbucks I've been to across the Country can do it. He even tried to lie and say I don't think our machine can go that high. B.S.! Even when I asked for double cup it was like I was asking him to take on the world. Smh. The lady from Jersey who's worked here forever got it to 187 this morning and I'll give her 5 stars. This happened at 4:30pm on the day of this post so if Starbucks actually cares enough to read their reviews. I've come to this Starbucks for about 4 years when I come down here on vacation except for last year and COVID and everyone has always been able to meet my request. I guess this guy just doesn't care and he probably thinks because he never saw me there before that he won't see me again. Maybe. I might have to find another afternoon Starbucks to patronize read more

I have to say that this is probably the smallest Starbucks I have been to. There is more seating outside than the inside. Maybe it's a Florida thing. The employees were very nice and helpful. They made great Fraps and they came out very quickly. A couple things you have to note when coming here are: 1. The largest table they have inside is a three top, unless you want to sit along the bar separated from your party. 2. There is a rude old lady that comes in expecting to get her drink the moment she walks through the door. The employees know her and her drink. They can get it done fast and they understand how annoying she is to the customers as well. I didn't mind it when she was there. When she left, the employees did strike up an interesting and funny conversation about her. They apologized to everyone in the store, which at the time was just my family and I. 3. The parking seemed to be scarce. What I mean by this is that, on a weekday during work hours, I had a hard time finding a spot. I came upon my spot out of pure luck! Other than that, the whole restaurant was clean. The workers seem to care and take some pride in what they do. As I said before, their drinks are good as well. I would definitely recommend coming here! You will have a great time! read more

VERY good service This location IS open on Sunday Small Stools only Busy but it doesn't matter because the service is so good. read more

Amazing drinks but horrible service. Me and my friend got here first and they let people cut us. Took to long.

Great staff and pleasant customers! Clean and quick too! I can't wait to check out the preorder app.

Starbucks Starbucks Starbucks they're all the same they smell the same they look the same the coffee is the same which is why we shop there. I only go to Starbucks because I feel cool holding their cup in public instead of a Dunkin Donuts Cup. read more

EXTREMELY unfriendly staff. They all seem so miserable to be working there. We've been to this location on several occasions and it's always the same. The guy taking our order today rolled his eyes at my husband when he mispronounced " macchiato". Not very welcoming staff. The girl that has really dark face makeup is very unfriendly also, she won't even look at guests or even offer a simple hello. read more

Have been going to this location for years. Have always had a pleasant experience. For the past two months every time I go there I am always treated very unfairly by one of their staff members. The girl always has a bad attitude, glares at me, has yelled at me for asking for a vent ice water and has even refused many times to serve me. In the cases of refusing to serve me she doesn't make a scene, she just walks into the back room and eventually another barista will end up serving me. Over all the baristas are great besides this particular on. read more

Over priced... yeah. But you know what, they make it good. Way better than the coffee I make from home. So yes, it cost me 5 times the amount compared to me making it at home, but it is also 5 times more delicious than what I make myself, so what can that. I'm not a coffee addict, but when I am in the mood for some coffee, I like their smores frap the best. That is my new go to frap read more

You could not find a team of staff members more willing to provide an excellent experience. Everyone of them know me by name. If your order is not perfect they will make it perfect. read more

It's a starbucks. This is a relatively small store and it's sometimes kind of busy, but the baristas are all really friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy! Four stars just bc it's sometimes hard to find a parking space in this lot and there's not much indoor table space (although they have more outdoor tables than many starbs do). read more

Of course the usual great Starbucks products and service; however, this little coffee shop is by far the friendliest of all.... puts them at the top of all reviews. It's no doubt, they put you first. I love this place and so glad I stopped by to try the cold brew coffee for the first time. Absolutely delicious! read more

Stuff awesome and amazing ambient. Quick customer service! As soon as I ordered the coffee was already waiting for me! Amazing

Horribly slow. Unfriendly staff. I waited for 10 minutes but the line only moved forward by 2 people so I left. I have tried this Starbucks 3 times and it is always the same. Really slow disorganized and unfriendly. read more

DO NOT FREQUENT! I love Starbucks...spend waaaay more than I should, but it's my one indulgence. This location is pathetic! The last three or four times I've been there (over the last two months) the wait time after ordering has been in excess of 15 minutes. Today, 2/4/18, was the final straw for me. After waiting 15 minutes or more I asked where my drinks were in the que. I was told I was 9/10, but there are a bunch of mobile orders ahead of you. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order when the manager, 45 yr old white female, rudely said it'd be quicker to wait for the drinks than to wait for the refund. I said no it won't and they refunded my money. I'm telling everyone I know to please not frequent this below average slow and rude Starbucks. Four strikes is more than they deserved! DO NOT FREQUENT! read more

My favorite starbucks in Florida! I'm a gold card member and this one and one in warren nj are the best !

Starbucks, my name is Michael Bridges. Starbucks know only knows me as 1792951. After coming in today to turn my two weeks notice in I was dismissed. Today just happens to be the anniversary of my father's death. I never received my last review, oh but I was given an award for performance. I'd just like to thank David Nardi my boss. I plan on telling everybody that will listen read more
