Just needed a pick-me-up, so I popped over at the Starbucks drive-thru. It's on Blanding and fast-paced on Blanding always, however going through the drive-thru there was 5 cars ahead of me and it was going through very smoothly. I wasn't even in line more than 5 minutes which is pretty insane to say. That tells you that they work really well together. The Barista that I was working with to get my order Not only was his customer service phenomenal! He was funny witty and a breath of fresh air. So that made my experience very pleasant (he was like a cup of coffee early in the morning when you're having a bad day and it just makes your day better) so thank you Alex! If I lived near by this place I be coming here pretty much every day to get my matcha Frappuccino which is absolutely delightful to get. Two thumbs up and five stars to go slapping on this Starbucks! I have been ordering Starbucks for many years and for some reason the past 2 years they have been on a slow decline of quality. It's so bad that at this point I think I'll switch to someone else which makes me very sad to say because I love the product when they make it right. Every single time I order the exact same drink I have been ordering and getting correctly for years they are now making it wrong. Either they make it with caffeine when it's supposed to be decaf for medical reasons or they leave the ice in when o always ask for no ice. But what they seem to mess up the most is the ratio or espresso to milk. Sometimes they put almond milk. Sometimes whole milk. Sometimes skim It's supposed to be 2% milk. And yes Starbucks. It does make a difference in what the drink tastes like. Oh and y'all. If you are out of 2% don't mix whole with skim. It really doesn't come out like 2% when you do that. Also I have noticed a lot of times the amount of shots is different. In a venti latte you are supposed to get three. Not 2. Not 4. When did you stop Properly training your employees. Why do you not emphasize to read and follow the direction when your business is wrapped around selling a product that is always slightly modified by its customers. And here's a thought. Do you even have the slightest idea how frustrating it is to order your food and drink thought Uber eats because you can't leave the house only to get it there wrong and the only thing you can do is either race or the wrong thing or get in your car and go get it fixed which defeats the entire reason you asked for it delivered in the first place. I'm I travel from Hawaii I searched most of Middleburg and Orange Park for a Starbucks and I have been upon this one. I like it they're playing good music it's very clean the workers are very active and very attentive to customer needs. Even spoke with the manager very good guy awesome sense of humor they made my fruit Botanical tea to Perfection. The outside of the building is the cleanest Starbucks I've ever seen. Bisco located from a Walgreens a bank a Marshalls. There's an apple amount of parking and seating space free WiFi for multiple sources but of course the Google WiFi is the best that Starbucks provides.
