I visit this Starbucks frequently. I order something that isn't on the menu anymore because I fell in love with it before I moved to Florida a few months ago. It's a Iced Blonde Vanilla Bean Coconutmilk latte. It is so good and refreshing. Even though it's not on the menu anymore they continue to make it for me and it's perfect every time. The coffee is great. Frappuccinos ate my favorite especially the white mocha. They are very kind and ready to meet your needs. The drive thru is open early and when the lobby opens its nice you can plug up your laptop and concentrate on work. And it has great ambiance very nice lighting and atmosphere. read more

Since COVID this location closed its restau rant permanently. U can only go thru the drive thru. This is disappointing since it's the only SB store in this area. Can't go inside and sit down and enjoy ur breAl fast or anything. DRIVE THRU ONLY is what should be posted on their website. read more

Depending on which direction you're headed on Blanding, this can be a little hassle getting to this location. Luckily, I was headed north this time around and didn't have to pull a U-ie. This location isn't that spacious although it does have a drive-thru and outside seating. The service here is super efficient considering they have the drive-thru. And the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our barista suggested the Holiday Flat White for our beverage and we went with that. It was perfect and delicious. I think it's great when that happens, because sometimes you just don't feel like making another decision. I know, sad... Overall, my rare experiences at this location have always been positive. So if you're ever in this area going the right direction, definitely stop in for your Starbux fix. read more

Ridiculous! Only the drive-through is available, but we'd walked over from our hotel! An employee was sitting outside on the curb playing on her phone but we could not go in and order coffee yet because we did not have a car we could not go through drive-through. Starbucks... I'm in Orange Park quite a bit, so I hit up this particular SBUX fairly often. I find myself mostly going here in the middle of the afternoon or later in the evening after a movie. Because of that, it's never very crowded. Love all the baristas here. Whether I'm getting an iced coffee or a frap, they make my beverage perfectly every time. They are all really friendly too. The only downside to this location is sometimes it can be a pain to get to because of the traffic on Blanding Blvd., but that's not their fault. read more

Super small with a drive through- this is the quintessential Starbucks for Orange Park. It is established and this place has character. Come inside and hang out- the quarters are a bit cramped for long term occupation, so I am not sure this place is good for meetings or school/work projects but there is a cool little patio area which I love. Soak up some vitamin D along with that latte. The staff is super friendly and I love going here because it is convenient. There are some other more intimate locations but they all take more time- and Starbucks is a proven commodity with consistent quality you can bank on. read more

This is such a cute little Starbucks. It looked very clean and the baristas were very helpful. It is in a busy area and it was our first visit. We tried the new cloud foam macchiato. It was fluffy! It is just like an iced macchiato, but there is foam, of course, for those of you who jones for the pillowy layer of milk. I recommend trying this drink if you aren't allergic to eggs, as there are egg whites in it to create the cloud. read more

Ordered coffee, went and took poop. After poop, coffee still not done. I sit down to wait, I am told their lobby is closed. I say okay and keep sitting. They rudely say "that means you can't sit there." Lady sitting at a table right next to me. Should have gone Ron Swanson on em and skipped the courtesy flush. I just want to personally thank every employee at this Starbucks location. Working in the service industry is hard, especially when you have to deal with people before they've had their morning coffee. But you guys ALWAYS have great consistent coffee and customer service. The team has clearly been trained very well so props to management as well. I have been going to this location for YEARS and it's always consistent, Which is SO important when it comes to coffee, and you guys deliver it. I'm not kidding when I say this is THE best location in Jax. This use to be the go too spot for Starbucks. Times have changed. Just ordered a White Chocolate Mocha at the drive through. What I received was a Mocha. I told the barista is was a white chocolate, and she said she would remake it. Came back to the window and gave me another mocha. This is my go to Starbucks and I have seen them at their worst but now I see them at their best. I use to dredge stopping here for the long lines and my coffee was never correct in drive thru but they listened to their customers and the changes they have implemented have totally turned this location around. It is my favorite location to go to now. This morning in the drive thru the Baristas had a visual with me on the order board. I was surprised at first thinking do I look okay?? :) but I love it. No decaf? The lady at the register said Starbucks doesn't carry decaf now, which is BS. I drink decaf at Starbucks all the time. Maybe only Florida Starbucks don't have decaf. There was a long line and it took awhile to order drinks. My coffee was fine, but it wasn't what I wanted. I know the decaf sometimes has to be brewed when ordered, maybe that's why I didnt get any, too much work. read more

Thanks to the Navy, I have ordered a Chai Tea Latte with whole milk at Starbucks all over this great nation. This one unassuming drive-thru has CONSISTENTLY made the most exquisite Chai I have ever had. It's ... -- like the first time I ever fell in love. -- delicious enough to make angels weep for joy. -- a mother's love, in liquid form. They could be cooking black tar heroin in the kitchen and I'd still happily drive up for my daily cup of joy. (But one caveat: it's the AFTERNOON crew that's crafting this art. The morning crew puts out the same milky swill you can find everywhere else. The morning crew also has an older woman at the drive-thru window who struggles with technology, and whose method for employing ApplePay is to smash the console repeatedly on the counter like a caveman pulverizing a walnut with a rock. Manager was very rude. We were simply standing by our vehicle underneath a tree in the shade, friends meeting each other in person for the first time in two years. We weren't bothering anyone, the drive through was empty, (the store was drive-thru only, beware....). He came out and told us his "patio" was closed and made us move, even though it looked like it was more the strip center property than Starbucks. So we took two steps to the left, now in the insufferable heat and ended up cutting our first-ever meeting short. I've never written a review on Yelp but this store deserves one star read more

We have always gotten great service through the drive-thru. This was the first time we went inside to order. Their bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich is delicious---not too much, not too little. I tried a new coffee flavor: maple pecan latte. Yum!!! Hopefully it won't be a seasonal item. Service was great and quicker compared to the five car line outside. Might be an ok Starbucks, however 12/21/19 @ 7:00pm was the worst Starbucks ever. Three employees, two male employees were going crazy trying to do everything while a female employee stood around. You could tell one of them was annoyed with her lack of help. She weirdly kept looking over at me from across the store for a few minutes before she finally figured one of the guys weren't going to take my order for her. If you like being called a thief in the drive-thru, since this store closed its doors to their customers, by an employee called Sage on Christmas day because you can't be trusted not to drive away without paying for a $20 cup, then having purchased anyway having merchandise misrepresented as metal when it is glass. Then this store is for you. Management rude on the phone, never apologized for the employee's rudeness (Conner-shift manager) and actually being rude to me on the phone...but at least he gave me a rude sarcastic "Merry Christmas" as opposed to not receiving one from Sage. He reminded me, a Catholic Church Dir of Music & Music Teacher, that "it is Christmas, you know!" And told me that they are closing and complaining about working on Christmas. Rude, disrespectful, sarcastic, bad attitude, and impolite to say the least. I will never go there again...and I spend $400 per month at Starbucks. I am thinking of boycotting Starbucks all together. I'm done. All the times I order no foam & no room to get cups of foam and filled only half full for $5-6.00. They literally have been stealing from me. Oh, and I was never rude at all. The staff is great and every simple order I place has been fulfilled no problem. I go here often, thanks to all the friend who give me gift cards to go here! :) I've had business meetings here, have tried their food as well as all kinds of drinks. They are pretty good for the most part, sometime in the drive thru they mess up my order. For Example, when I ask for Soy instead of milk they mess that up 15% of the time, but other than that it's like any other Starbucks.
