Love this store for its dedication to its regulars. While I visit this location on a regularly basis, I (foolishly) accidentally placed an order for the wrong Starbucks location. Like a doofus, I showed up to the 589 spot expecting to find my perfectly prepared drink. Welp, upon discovering that my drink wasn't ready (and me expressing my utter dismay at my own idiocy), the store manager immediately hopped in and helped me. He had his baristas make me my missing drink. I will forever be grateful for his hospitality and I will continue patronizing this location as long as I am in the area! read more

Talk about a nice feel-good, light and positive atmosphere with nice comfy chairs. We stepped in at 7pm for a nice evening coffee and dessert which they had available and hit the spot. Last weekend, we went to the Trinity Lakes Crossing Starbucks location, at the same time, and we were told they were no longer serving coffee cause they were in the process of cleaning up an hour prior to closing. So yea, even with the store vibes, you can really feel the difference between the two. We were so happy with the Suncoast Crossing store that we'll drive the extra miles to there. They're more personable and the coffee was delicious. We appreciate Brandon, the store supervisor, for hospitality and the crew's great customer service. Even the layout is more uplifting at the Suncoast Crossing (this location). It seems more depressing at the new store location at Trinity Lakes Crossing, uptight and indifferent. I can see why overall this store is a 4 star and I am giving it 5 stars. read more

I was staying at the Marriott on the other side of the expressway so I swung in here a few times to grab breakfast on my way into work. The place opens up at 5 am even though it looks dark and nobody is there, its open. Nobody was in line when I came through both mornings so I made my order and got it in mere minutes. My impossible breakfast sandwich was delicious and my iced chai tea latte was killer both times. I will definitely return next time I'm in town for work. 5/5 read more

Love my Starbucks but hate that there is a nationwide shortage of a lot of the items I prefer --- a lot of locations are out of cold green tea, chai tea, peach and guava flavorings, and oat milk. This is an small Starbucks in Odessa but the close one to the Lutz Area. I am very excited about the service and attention today. My coffee was prepared to perfection. Joe, the manager was talking with the customers today about the remodeling of the store and what we will expecting at the end of May. He graciously passed out some samples of sconces to all the guests. I can see how hard he is working to make sure that are employees are nice and attentive to customers. I thought oatmeal was just add hot water‍ a couple week ago I came to the same store it took me 20 min in Drive through. They made me a hot coffee when I ordered iced. I come here almost daily and enjoy my very consistent iced chai tea latte! With that ring said, most-to-all the staff is very friendly. The only negative thing I can say about this specific location is the dining area is almost always dirty and the trash is always full to the point things are sticking out. Hands down, the friendliest Starbucks I've visited. I'm proud to call this place my neighborhood coffee spot. The drivethru is my go-to for extra tough mornings. It's like the staff knows that mornings are rough and they are extra nice because of it. The patio is big with quite a few tables. Inside there's plenty of space for everyone. Don't forget to check out the sale table near the bathroom. I love unique coffee mugs! My favorite drinks are the white mocha latte and pumpkin spice latte (always with an extra shot to balance out the sweetness), and the passion tea, iced and sweetened. I've lived and used this Starbucks since they opened (I live right behind in Tuscano). For the first few years, this place was the BEST. Fast, always correct orders, and the staff was awesome. Today - it's different. ALWAYS a line - even at the slowest times. Staff is not friendly, even seems to go out of their way to ignore and avoid customers, and the drinks usually tastes subpar. I don't know what happened. I used to be a daily customer, but not I stop in every few months (always a bad experience too). Sad. Wish they could get it back to how it used to be. :( read more

Love the location because I literally live 3 minutes away so that's a plus. From what I experienced, this particular Starbucks is very generous. On the few times I get my orders wrong/drink out of stock, they'll graciously offer me a free drink - with a positive attitude as well. :) I like to study early in the mornings but it does get crowded so if you want to have a quiet space, come in the afternoon. This is my usual go to Starbucks that's located close to home. The location is large and spacious and has a great outdoor area. The drive through lane can get taxing at times, so pack your patience. I am a huge starbucks customer and I have to say that this is my all-time favorite Starbucks location. I've gone to this Starbucks location for probably four years now and have never been disappointed or had any issues with the service. All of the employees are extremely kind and welcoming, the space is always very clean and well-kept, there is plenty of space, & the service is superb. Joey, who I am assuming is a manager, does an amazing job of ensuring that the customers are taken care of and leave satisfied with their visit. When I do come to this specific Starbucks location I am usually there for multiple hours doing work and I find myself choosing to come to this specific location over any others, even if it is 15 minutes away while a Starbucks is right next-door to me, just because I enjoy this location that much more. I've been going to this location almost everyday for a couple years now and I've never had a problem with the service until recently. Lately I've been waiting in the drive thru line for at LEAST 10 minutes, and when I finally get to the window, the employees are rude and act like you're an inconvenience to them. My order is wrong 3/5 times, and again, when they're asked to fix it they give you more attitude and tell you that the way you ordered the drink is the problem, not them.
