If I could give this a zero I would very disappointed I ask for one thing and got the total opposite on my way to work this morning I stopped by this Starbucks in Giant located in Odenton I asked for a coffee with french vanilla and caramel drizzle with cream and sugar I get on the highway sip the coffee it was horrible I got black bitter coffee with cream ONLY...no sugar, no French vanilla and Definitely no caramel Yuck Starbucks yuck the coffee was old not fresh by the way smh read more

The person at the register just kept looking at me when I walked up, it was very strange. I asked her if she was able to take my order. Placed my order, kept waiting, never heard my name, had to go ask. The inside is very dirty. Trash left on tables, tables not cleaned with crumbs, dirt and drink markings from probably 50 other customers. The floor was very dirty with obvious lack of cleaning. If your tables and floor are this dirty, what are your machines looking like? Are your hands clean? I realize you have alot of traffic, but coming inside was a mistake. read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for many years now, and although some days are better than others, overall the service is great as expected from Starbucks. I have had issues where occasionally my drink will be made with dairy (I'm severely lactose intolerant) and I'll be in a rush to get to school/work so I don't realize until it's too late, but most days are perfect! It gets busy very quickly during the morning hours, but that is to be expected from a smaller location! read more

Amber is the reason this place doesn't get 4 or 5. It took me ten minutes to get my drink (only one person ahead of me) because she ran out after helping the person in front of me and apparently the old man who works there has dementia because he forgot I had ordered. I've been there a few times and it's a pattern I've noticed. The young man that worked there luckily came back from break and made my drink because the old man had forgot after Amber ran out to give out samples. Clearly paying customers don't matter to her. If I see her behind the counter, I'll walk out and take my ass down the road. ETA:They really need to fire Amber. Seriously. read more

This Starbucks is the worst one I've ever been to. They always seem to be understaffed and have poor attitudes. It feels like they're annoyed at me for coming up and ordering something. They never make any drinks correctly and take a while even when there's barely any customers. Just today I ordered a Strawberry Green Tea Lemonade with 5 pumps of cane sugar syrup (to make sure it's actually sweet) and it was absolutely horrid. There was no lemonade, syrup and barely any strawberry flavor. To say the least, I'm disappointed. It's very clear to me that the employees don't care about their job and would rather be doing something else. It's such a shame because the location is so close to where I live and I'd go there way more frequently if they stepped up their game. read more

Long lines, my drink was completely incorrect, I don't even know if it had coffee in it. They didn't have any food available but the baked case was full of sample items that they couldn't see me. Very disappointing visit to a store with the Starbucks name. read more

Located inside giant grocery store, it's a pretty good starbucks. On grand opening weekend staff was friendly. Everything as expected. Nothing exceptional. But a good note is that the grocery store's grab and go is right in the area so one could grab a reasonably priced sandwich and sit down and enjoy it with their overpriced coffee :) read more

When I went to the counter I said hello and asked the gentleman how he was doing. He said "Happy you are here!" Wow! What a greeting. I asked for my usual Grande, Iced coffee with Caramel and cream. At that time he proceeded to tell me about Giant's promotion. With your Giant card, buy 6 venti's get the 7th free. I smiled and realized he thought he heard venti but I said Grande. Anyway I had already charged my app, so I got more coffee than I wanted. I also asked for cream and they gave me milk, but it was all good. They were training two people in that tiny space back there. Maybe they were overwhelmed. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. At first, I was willing to give it a pass because it was new, but after 3 times of problems in two weeks, I will take the extra 5 miles or so and go to the waugh chapel starbucks. The first night, the cashier was trying to charge me for ice in an iced drink, and then they proceeded to ask me what was in my drink. The same night, they proceeded to try to overcharge me for my drink because they couldnt find the button on the register. To top it off, they had to ask me what was in my drink, and they still forgot the caramel in an iced Caramel Apple Spice. The next day, I waited in line for over 20 mins for an iced passiontea lemonade. The manager had to ask me what my drink was again. He gave a gift card to the woman in front of me for waiting, but didnt give me one. Fine, that doesnt matter to me. Because this place is literally behind the road to my house, I decided to give it a try again. The young girl who took my order tried to reload my gold card, and she took my cash for the reload. Then, i ordered my sister's drink, and using my gold card, i paid for it. Well... The reload didnt go through, so she called over the other" barista" to help her figure out why it said that I owed money for a drink that was supposed to be covered by the reload. This second girl proceeded to tell me I owed her money for the drink with an attitude. By this time, my patience was shot. I told her that I just paid $10 for a reload, and that a $4 drink is NOT $10. She told me that I still owed money because the reload didnt go through. At this point, i requested my $10 back, and she told me that she couldnt do that. So, she proceeded to tell me that there was nothing She could do until I told her again to give me my money back. By this time, the third time, she finally reloaded the $10 on my card. Oh and the best part... She never asked me what I WANTED TO DRINK. So Im ticked off and Im without my dang coffee. Horrible place. Give it a while for them to train people before you go here. I went back there 2 days ago to get the new Caramel Waffle frappuccino. The young girl was working by herself for starters. Next, she made my drink without the coffee or caramel, so I asked her why there wasnt any coffee. She said they dont make it that way. I pointed to the picture with the actual frappuccino on it, and she still made it without the caramel. I took it home before tasting it, and That was a mistake. Not only was the caramel missing in a caramel drink, but it literally tasted like chemicals. Ive been giving this place chance after chance, but only 2 times out of 15 has my drink been made right, and both times it was made by a brunette woman who was super nice and who actually held a conversation with me, unlike every other associate ive come in contact with. I'm getting tired of wasting my money. $5.80 on average for a drink is not cheap people. This is sad because I literally live 1 minute from the Giant. read more

It is one of the worst Starbucks service that I have been. Order a tall Cafe Mocha that took me about damn 15 minutes with only a few customers waiting. It need a better manager to serve better and faster. read more

I like the people there. A few more months and I can probably bump this up to 4 stars. But everyone is new. They don't know how to make all the drinks, especially the more obscure ones, and they mess up orders sometimes. They've always been friendly to me working on it, though, which goes a long way if you're a patient person who has worked a service job before. Their dumb Giant register can't take Starbucks cards, meaning you have to manually read off numbers, and they can't take Starbucks rewards. Fair warning. read more
