Fantastic service! This Starbucks location made my mobile order, when I there instead of the correct location! We were traveling & unfamiliar with the area. I stood there for quite awhile & when I noticed walk-in customers being served before me I asked about my order. The barista said she had received no mobile orders. I showed her my receipt on my cell. She smiled & said I had come to the wrong Starbucks. She said she'd make my order bc if I went to the correct location, it wouldn't be fresh anymore. I only gave one star because I had to rate it to leave a comment. This was a display of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We didn't even get our coffees. The girl in the drive though was rude and condescending. When my husband tried to explain our problem her reply was, "are you done yet?!" : I love Starbucks!! Not only are they the only place I can go for my Frappuccino and "NOT" have Trans Fat in it like Dunkin or McDonalds. But I love coming to get the "Grounds for your Grounds". They bag the used Coffee grounds and the plants and grass love them!!! We have had super growth in all our plants we have used them on. This Starbucks is very clean, nice staff and pretty quick service. If you are in search of the Grounds call ahead and make sure your local Starbucks is actually saving them like they are supposed to be doing before making the trip. They have awesome Pumpkin bread and some other great little treats. My Girlfriend likes their Parfait. read more

For nearly 10 minutes we stood 2nd in line while even the two girls ahead of us were ignored by the four employees present. Not once did any employee so much as look at those of us in line. I went this morning and Iliana (I believe that was her name) helped me find the perfect tea for my stomach bug. She was super nice and really informative! Also, I didn't catch her name, but the girl making drinks who had a bob-cut hairstyle, bangs, and the glasses was really helpful when I needed a lot of honey! A pretty typical Starbucks. The parking lot was extremely small and hard to navigate in and out of. They were very busy and the staff was able to handle it for the most part except they ran out of a lot of items, not only for what I was trying to order but also groups before and after us. I wanted to go back to get a refund or change my order but the cashier wasn't very experienced and I didn't really want the hassle of trying to get it sorted out. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in on a long road trip for some coffee around 6pm and everyone was so nice! So much so that as we were leaving, my boyfriend suggested I call and compliment this store. I said I would just give them 5 stars on Yelp and when I came on here, I was shocked to find all the negative reviews! The baristas were all so nice and welcoming! We had a complicated request and they didn't even hesitate once. Baristas like these are what make the Starbucks experience so special and worth the extra money. Absolutely horrible service. The girl at the register was rude and blunt. My frappucino was made wrong, with no whipped cream or caramel and served in the wrong cup. Asking to fix it only got angry states from the guy behind the counter and ignored by the girl who made it. My croissant took TEN MINUTES longer than my coffee to be served. And the girl who served it -- the same who took my order and made my coffee -- slammed it on the counter out of my reach! Don't go here, go to another one in Ocala. And avoid Nancy. It's really obvious that she hates doing anything but restocking cups. read more

I have a serious Starbucks addiction. I am constantly at Starbucks and this is hands down one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff lacked urgency, were extremely nonchalant, and didn't seem to care about the consumers at all. I had ordered 3 things and wait nearly 20 minutes to get them. I actually had to ask about my order- just to be told by one of the baristas "Oh yeah we meant to talk to you about that we are out one of the item you ordered". I work in the food industry, and that's not how things work. When you are out of something that a customer ordered, you inform them immediately and try to resolve the inconvenience. It's not an "I'll get to it when I get to it" type of situation. I received a refund- and my half warmed chocolate croissant and water downed Strawberry açaí. read more

Went thru the Drive Thru early this cold morning very quickly. My first time at this location. Ordered Bacon Sous Vide, lemon pound cake and Chai Latte Grande. Got home and found the chai latte tasting very watered down. What a waste of nearly $5.00. Everything else was good! Went though the drive thru on the way out of town (because of the storm). Ordered 2 iced flat whites. Flat whites are supposed to be made with ristretto shots. Poor service. No one in line ahead of or behind me. I ordered 6 drinks, all plain and straight off the menu except for 1 that was sugar-free (diabetic). 2 were the completely wrong drinks and 1 was forgotten. I had to remind them twice to make the forgotten drink and ended up waiting for ~25 minutes. Unfortunately I didn't find out that the sugar free one was incorrect until later, which was a wonderful ending to this terrible experience. read more

Starbucks' also has great drinks such as a venti vanilla bean frap or a strawberry banana frap. Mix and match your favorite flavors with a variety of coffee related drinks. I ordered a new drink, one I had not previously tried, when I found I was dissatisfied with the beverage, they replaced my drink with one of my liking for free while my fiance drank the one I did not like. That is great customer service. I was expecting to pay full price for the new drink but to my surprise, I received the beverage for free. Its not all about the drinks however, Starbucks has a wonderful atmosphere. They have a lounge quarter with access to internet and outlets, public restrooms (always kept clean), and a regular dinning room with a great staff willing to assist your every need (within reason). Also try their amazing snacks such as muffins, nuts, and fruit parfaits. read more
