Honestly, I don't know why I keep punishing myself coming here. It's always a hot mess. 90% of the time I get horrible customer service. People who don't know how to interact with the public. And the fact that this has happened several times just reflects on management. I've complained to management once, I emailed corporate another time. Why do I end up coming back? I ordered a mocha frap. It looks like a vanilla or caramel frap. (NO chocolate in it at all). I also order a Pumpkin Spice frap. It came out to be a CREAM frap with pumpkin syrup. No coffee. Not what I ordered at all. If you're going to charge $6 for a frap, you shouldn't have kids playing around while they're working so people can actually get what they want. read more

Everybody knows that Starbucks is busy in the morning which does not bother me what bothers me is while it is pouring down rain outside they don't even have a cover to block you from getting water poured into your car through your window while you're placing your order into the speaker. Additionally the girl had to read my order back to me three times because she was wrong the first two. So while I am sitting there getting water dumped into my car repeating my order that was not very complicated, I probably should have just parked my car and gone inside. The coffee was fine as to be expected by Starbucks when you pay $6 for it but maybe the owners should consider putting some coverage over the drive-thru speaker and make sure if it's raining outside and they know people only want to roll down the window for just a few moments perhaps they should put their best people on the window during the rain so that customers do not have to read back their order three times. All in all of course it's convenient to have a drive-thru but if you're going this way I'd recommend pulling out your umbrella and running inside. read more

I give five stars only to praise a barista named Leigha. She was very friendly and took the time to read over my order. She made my drink and I was already happily drinking it, she came over and said she made a mistake and forgot an ingredient in my drink. I would have probably never known it wasn't in there and she took it upon herself to make it right! I find attitude and customer service in the workplace very important, so I really appreciated this! I usually study at this location and always have great customer service here, even during their rush. The baristas have always been very nice (even when these rude customers come in and treat them like shit). Keep up the great work guys! read more

It's just a Starbucks, so it's nice, but its location is horrible and getting in and out of the lot can take longer than getting your drink. But these have taken over the country now so you'll probably start seeing Starbucks served in zoos and churches and daycare centers and funeral homes and chemotherapy centers. read more

Amazingly friendly service at the drive through. I was called "Sweetie," greeted with a smile at the window, and the coffee was fantastic! Only issue was that as I drive a car, not an SUV, I had trouble reaching the tip jar from my seat. The service was worth me getting out of the car though, so I did. :) read more

I have gone to this Starbucks for over 10 years and it used to be a lot better. They often screw up orders in hazardous ways. On one occasion, my drink was made with milk that was noticeably sour. This past Sunday, my friend and I went. Ordered two drinks: one iced with nonfat milk and one hot with almond milk in a reusable cup my friend had brought, and a breakfast sandwich. They mixed the drink orders and made my drink hot by accident. My friend, who had ordered the hot drink with almond milk in the reusable cup has lactose intolerance and didn't realize the mixup at first because the cup had no label on it. When I called attention to the mistake, the barista rolled her eyes at me and turned away. Meanwhile, the breakfast sandwich was utterly forgotten so we had to ask again for it to be made. If you insist on hiring so many new people, make sure they are trained in customer service. Make sure they understand that some people literally cannot have dairy and so they need to double-triple check drink orders. After each mistake, the staff has made it right in one way or another, and I know everyone makes mistakes, but these mistakes are happening more and more and are bordering on a health hazard. read more

We have been coming here for several years. The manager is Awsome, very friendly and on the ball. The lady with long blonde hair is equally great. Problem is if one of them is not present, the store runs poorly. The staff is lazy and slow. Just today, 2 staff sitting down while the line is 10 deep. Oh yea, they can learn from the manager and the blonde, a smile and pleasant greeting goes a long way. read more

The worst Starbucks on earth. The store must do well because of its location, and has lots of regulars. But the staff is terrible. You can barely hear the loud music over their conversation which is essentially a steady stream of yelling. They discuss their personal lives, the customers, you name it. Try to read, relax, or even talk on the phone and all you hear is the yelling, laughing and high school antics of the people working there. And, they're not college kids. Add to this that there's trash everywhere and regularly filthy counters, and it's the exact opposite of what most Starbucks are like. I've been a Starbucks drinker for almost 10 years now. I moved to the area last year so the Perry Hall location is closest to me. They make drinks so terribly at this location, that I drive 10-15 minutes out of my way to go to the Nottingham square location where they can actually make the drinks the correct way. The current staff here literally cannot make any drinks the right way. I've ordered several different things and it always tastes HORRIBLE. For example, lately I've been into the pumpkin cream cold brew, and I kid you not, this location cannot make it!!! It tastes COMPLETELY different than from any other Starbucks I've ever been to. I've ordered cold brews with a splash of half and half and what they give you is a cup of half and half with a splash of cold brew. What the heck! I've been a paying Starbucks customer for years, and spend money here every single day, and have to literally drive out of my way to a different location just to get a decent coffee. It's beyond me how they mess up everything I've ever ordered. Not to mention the wait is always FOREVER and the drive through is always backed up. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time going here, it's more worth it to drive the extra miles to another location if you want a drink that's edible. read more

The employees are inattentive and slow. I usually order a black iced coffee. They manage to mess up the (simple) drink and (brief) experience by taking a very long time to acknowledge me and prepare my order, leaving way too much room in the cup, and serving me a wet drink. A third of my visits end up with the wrong drink made. This morning I went through the drive thru to order a grande black iced coffee. I got to the window and they gave me a hot blonde roast. I politely reiterated what I had originally ordered and I got a MAJOR attitude from the blonde woman on the headset. "So you didn't order this?" Nope. It's not my fault that she misheard and didn't repeat my order back to me, as most drive thru employees are taught to do. I then got hit with a "Are you sure you don't want this because now we have to throw it away," I guess to make me feel guilty. No apology, no nothing. Other times in the past when they've messed up my order I get an apology and they gladly remake it/fix it. Not today. I work in retail so I understand the value of a smile and good customer service. I will be going elsewhere for my coffee fix so I (hopefully) never encounter that attitude again. Very offended to say the least. read more
