I refuse to order anything other than cold brew treats at Starbucks because I think their coffee generally isn't great. That said, the barista staff here is so friendly every morning and recommended a drink similar to the modified cold brew I'd been drinking. They said, "hey you know how you get a cold brew with vanilla, cream, and extra espresso every day? How about you try the vanilla cream cold brew with the extra 'spro" ... life changing AND it saves me $0.60 a day now. Plus Vin Diesel (dog) gets a pup cup every morning so he's very thankful. read more

50/50 with me, depends on the day really. Sometimes i can order my drink online 10-15 minutes ago and it still wouldn't be ready. Besides that staff is friendly and my drink is always good though! read more

Starbucks - a pink drink with a straw in a plastic cup - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Norristown, Pennsylvania

The couple times I've stopped here have been positive overall. The store is spacious and relatively clean; ample parking. The baristas deliver service with a smile, and make the drinks to standard. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait when they get busy, but it's not unbearable. (Tip: Try to order ahead on the mobile app if possible, to save some time waiting.) I'm sure I will be back. read more

I go to this location about once a week and I really enjoy the barista's. They are super friendly and accommodating to my off the menu orders. My daughter loves the Pink Drink and other fruit beverages. I gravitate to different iced coffee or cold brew concoctions. Also the egg white sou-vied bites are a great option for those counting calories. I love the ample seating, outlets, but hey can you turn up the heat in there. I always need to keep my coat on while I'm there, even if drinking a warm beverage. :) read more

I usually visit this Starbucks at least once a day. I get 2 drinks to go. The drinks are placed in a bag with a 2 drink carrier. It really helps to have it this way when you walk with a cane. The staff is usually very very pleasant. Today, in this dreadful heat, I went earlier than usual. I asked if my 2 drinks and 3 sandwiches could be placed in a bag and was told no, that this option is only for drivers. I was handed sandwiches in their heating bags, and a carrier for the drinks. Wow, how does a person using a cane carry this. I was very disappointed with the people working there at 10:30 on Jun 20. You need to train your staff better. This was my worse experience at a Starbucks. Now I need to get help to carry everything. Shame on you. read more

Starbucks tables are still closed. Every single one of them. This is unacceptable, given that there are only 2,210 new cases in the state and more than 50% of the population has received at least one dose. No, Yelp, Starbucks is certainly not "doing their best". read more

Starbucks as a company sucks lol..... drinks shouldn't be that much for not very good quality... and they should treat their workers better

Starbucks as a whole has gone so downhill it's unreal. First peach green tea is gone, now black tea lemonade is ridiculously hard to find. No consistency. This store is drive thru only now and like 9am-1pm. So now I get to wait 10+ mins regardless of if I order ahead or not. read more

Not all Starbucks are created equal. * Many have tiny, nasty, difficult parking lots. This location is in a plaza so parking is a breeze. * This is a busy location and after you place your order you need to wait for your drink to be made. The area for waiting here is very small and I get mildly annoyed when it's crowded. * The people here are great. * Starbucks has partnered with a new bakery and they are rolling it out all across the country. It's called La Boulange and they are from Fan Francisco. It's easy to tell if a location has it because their signature color is pink. This location was just rolled out so you'll see lots of different tasty treats. I stop in here most weekday mornings and overall they're great! read more

This is an average Starbucks location in a shopping center. The staff is friendly and the drinks are to be expected. The strange thing is it's completely hidden unless you're looking for it. I lived nearby for a long time before I even realized it was here. I'm glad I found it! read more

Been to this location over a dozen times. Nice size and feel. Unfortunately for at least the last 2 months, various outlets have been broken and not working. Went today and tried sitting 3 different spots. None of the outlets worked. After asking 2 different staff members and having them not even try to flip a breaker switch, I left, unable to plug my computer in. Bad service, broken outlets but good coffee. This is a new location, let's get these things fixed! read more

Friendly staff and they almost always get the order right. My only complaint is occasionally the coffee isn't as hot as it should be.

I love this Starbucks. It's the most spacious one I've been to. I never have to worry about finding a place to sit if I chose to stay and drink my coffee. The service is friendly and fast, and my drink is always how I want it. I highly recommend the pumpkin spice latte, the iced cinnamon almond milk macchiato, or a Frappuccino. I hope they bring back the mocha cookie crumble and s'mores frapp back next summer! read more

I like this Starbucks!! For one, it's a decently sized Starbucks with plenty of places to sit down, and is usually not too busy (c'mon - this is Audubon, after all.) More importantly though, the people who work here are SO nice! They take a personal interest in their customers. My friend asked for them to make an Oreo Frapp, which is kind of like a secret "off-menu" item, and they followed his instructions and made it right! These baristas are the BEST! read more

Great service! Doing their best to accommodate every opinion during COVID Restrictions! I, like other yelpers, am also bummed that their hours have changed, however, I know first hand how difficult it is to hire and maintain staff right now, so let's all give each other a break on this. read more

It's a pretty typical Starbucks location. I noticed the baristas are pretty nice here, compared to a couple other locations. They make the drinks pretty speedy too. I also like that the baristas engage with you and really take care into making your drink. read more

I came in after work today. I work outside so I needed a cold drink. I got a vanilla iced coffee and asked for a cup of ice water which they gladly gave to me no charge for the cup of ice water. My iced coffee the barista made it, he looked at it and then goes this doesn't look right too much cream let me fix it and he re did my iced coffee for me! I thought that was super nice! It was a nice experience all around, friendly staff! read more

Why is the music so loud at this location? The acoustics are already awful, so it's noisy from talking, phone conversations, blenders, timers, and chairs being dragged across the floor. The music is just added annoyance. read more

Both service and quality are consistently good. I felt like a regular after only a few trips. Like any retail establishment, Starbucks especially, when they hire a new employee there's a good chance this employee will not know all the subtle nuances of the pricing or understand the strange ordering habits of the patrons. read more

Disappointed in customer services at this location as often as I am at Starbucks and I purchase these expensive drinks, I've never been told I couldn't replace a drink that I did not like for something else. That's one of the perks of even going to Starbucks. The policy clearly states "If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your food or beverage item, let us know and we'll gladly remake it for you."...I was denied and told I need to purchase another drink if I don't like the one that was made for me. read more

(4.5) ~ Very Good Overall Coffee & Service. This is one of the few locations in the area to have "Nitro Cold Brew" on Draft:). You can either get it Regular or with Sweet Cream. Because I like strong coffee, I prefer the Regular;). Now the only reason I didn't give them a (5), is because they don't currently have a Clover Brewing System, which is the best way to brew hot coffee buy the cup and allow you to try their Reserve beans;) read more

Mixed reviews for this location. Friendly staff except for the manager. She comes off like a snob & rolls her eyes if you don't order something perfectly or if you ask for something specific for your order. I was also in line once & the Girl Scouts asked to set up inside to sell cookies because it was pouring rain outside & she said told them no & she answered very condescendingly and ran off as if she were busy when I was the only person there. As I said before most of the staff other than her is friendly. The store is bigger than most other Starbucks that I've been in & appears very clean. Glad they have a drive thru now too. read more

Among the more modern designs of ANY of the hundreds of Starbucks I have entertained from California to London, it does have some drawbacks. When people are camped out for 7-10 hours in one spot, it begins to drag on space. Everytime I go there it is as if JK Rowling has cloned herself and 15 people are writing the movie script of our lifetime. That clogs up space. Its open atmosphere is very nice and so that helps, but I feel like it can be a bit stuffy with business execs talking like they are 80's stock brokers making the "Greed is Good" deal. Young, hipster crowd that does not talk to you because they are so busy on INSTAGRAM or FB. So if you want to enjoy yourself sitting down, good luck. As far as the coffee prep time, top notch. Staff is A+ and manager on duty always takes care of me if any issues. read more

The employees do nothing but complain about working at Starbucks. At least they got my coffee right.

I will miss this Starbucks very much. The staff at this location was there for me every step of the way throughout the last year of my degree while I lived in the area (at the lofts). They always remembered your face and your preferences. Very friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean and works like clockwork. I never had to wait for my drink unless I was chatting it up! I will miss it very much. read more

Multiple workers were rude and unhelpful when I ordered a drink from the Starbucks website that I wanted to try that they weren't familiar with. I understand it can be frustrating if people order difficult drinks from secret menus that the baristas were not taught, but again, the drink I ordered is currently on the Starbucks website. The barista talked about me negatively as if I couldn't hear from the pickup window, and I felt like I did something wrong when I clearly hadn't. No one apologized to me and when I offered to read them the description from the website, I was shut down. read more

I've been a customer at this Starbucks since about 10-15 days after they opened some 15 years ago. As an everyday (literally!) customer, I feel I have a duty to point out when there seems to be a problem. There have been rumors that the newly appointed district manager (Rose, I've been told) has taken it upon herself to flex her managerial muscles and make BIG changes to "my" Starbucks. This surge of managerial minutia / micro management was first apparent when the well-liked and seemingly very effective manager was shown the door. The next catastrophe was the mass exodus of FOUR employees that have been there since the store opened and one who had only been employed a few years. I apologize for making the following rodent based analogy when discussing an establishment that serves food . . . BUT I believe the rats leave just before the ship sinks! (not that I'm referring to Missy, Kelly, Ed, Ng and especially Carrie as rats but the analogy fits!) I can't be the only one who sees a problem here . . . ROSE! read more

On Oct 6 at about 3pm, sent my 12 year old daughter in to order a Frappuccino and a cake pop while I stood outside holding our small dog. Although the food was good, I'm giving it 2 stars because the staff had so much attitude when handling her order. I guess because she's young they can treat her like she is less than. She asked if they had strawberry cake pops and they rudely told it it was only seasonal. Then she asked for a birthday cake pop and they told her they only had chocolate but with attitude like she was bothering them. Finally they filled other orders of people who came in after her and left her standing longer. read more

The store is okay but I don't agree with the tip policy. It's not fair to divide tips weekly by how many hours someone works. Tips should be decided at the end of each shift among the workers who worked that shift read more

I'm not sure how and why everyone else had such positive experiences - sure, this place generally gets the coffee right, but their customer service is horrendous. I think I've encountered one nice employee, while the rest are just entitled little millennial brats. I really don't appreciate you rolling your eyes at me, or acting downright annoyed when I try to order something. But really, maybe I'm the problem - I should have realized that these delicate little snowflakes from the self-esteem generation have never had to do any kind of real work in their lifetime, and that their poor little souls have to take a couple hours from their usual routine of playing with social media and complaining at their parents just to work at this place. You poor things - I hope your minimum wage paychecks buy you all of the hipster glasses and Bernie 2016 stickers your little hearts desire. read more
