Good drinks, service was a little slow. Really good holiday drinks and it is the best when they warm the cookies.

I asked to kindly leave the lid off my coffee because I have to add cream and it's often difficult to put on and after doing so. I was told they cant do that. Thats pompas BS. 3.00 for a coffee and a Buck for a tip I really dont like Starbucks these days. I will go to Wawa now. read more

We probably have like 10 other Starbucks that are closer to our house than this location, but now I will only go to this location. It takes about 15 minutes to get to here, we live in Plymouth meeting, but it's worth it. Every other Starbucks I've been to they either forget the whipped cream or some drizzle or toppings that's supposed to be on my drink, or get the drink messed up, or it tasted watered down. This location gets my orders right most of the time, I think there might have been one time they forgot a drizzle but it was only that once. We also always do the mobile ordering when we come here. It's always ready when we arrive. The drinks taste balanced and not watered down. They also have the food items stocked pretty good. Other locations either run out of items or items I want aren't available. This location always has the random items that I like to get there, like the sugar plum danish or the sous vide egg bites. read more

I always pass by this starbucks on the way to and from work. I finally decided to stop in yesterday morning. It was a drive thru, so I ordered a grande summer skies beverage without raspberry pearls. I'm not much of a fan of the pearls. I wasn't sure if they had it since it was a seasonal drink but then I saw their signs advertising it. I felt more confident about ordering since I know that it would be available at this store.The barista was understanding and extremely friendly. She had a cheerful personality even at 8:00 am in the morning. I drove over to the pick up menu and they This starbucks is very convenient as it's located right before the highway. It also has a parking lot and clear directions as to where the drive thru is. The place looks clean and the staff look welcoming. They greeted me with a smile and I went on about my day. The summer skies beverage is to die for! I would say it's comparable to the pink drink, except blue version. It tastes like blackberry and blueberry mixed together. It does have 50 mg of caffeine so be careful if you want to sleep! It took me a while to head to bed, but nonetheless it was a super refreshing drink for lovely warm summer day. read more

There were 4 associates this morning before 10 A.M, 2 African American females, 1 African male and 1 white male. The white male and one of the black female, the one in the glasses were rude. Both my lattes were sitting out no stoppers to protect where you put your lips, I simply asked if they were sitting out like that? There was another drink there with a stopper. The white male said yes but no one touched it. He then started to speaking about me to the black associate who wears glasses, both laughing, I was right there. I calmly told them they were rude for doing that. The older black associate said something but honestly I don't know what because I was tasting my drink that was ABSOLUTELY NASTY. I had to take my husband's home and fix it. That was rude and unnecessary, I will never go back there, I'll just go to the one in the Giant or, Wawa. Rudeness is never necessary. read more

I am very disappointed in the service at this Starbucks location. I greeted the workers with nothing but kindness and I was treated terribly by a woman with blue hair. She yelled at me when I was trying to scan my app and then when I called to speak to a manager she proceeded to hang hp multiple times and finally she answered and I asked to speak to a manger and she said she was the manger and proceeded with potential threats telling me to come back to the store. I am fearing for my safety and this facility will NEVER receive my buisness again. I have never made a review or complaint before. I had to download yelp simply because of this interaction. I really hope Starbucks corporate does something about this. I also want to mention how the other worker looked shocked and taken back by her coworkers attitude and looked uncomfortable. read more

I've been coming to this location, and others, for decades, and historically it has been a good experience. Over recent months or longer, I've noticed that customer service has substantially slipped, here and at other local SBs. Examples include standing at counter and waiting several minutes to be greeted when 7 employees talk among themselves or are distracted otherwise. Also, getting a simple coffee order wrong 50% of the time. It's become an unpleasant experience. At least one of three things must be true. Either these folks are bad hires (I don't believe this), or they are not well trained (possibly), or poorly managed (probably). If anyone from Starbucks reads this, please take not as it is a general criticism application many locations. read more

Sure, you can get your beloved Venti non-fat latte (my drink of choice) and whatever seasonal flavored beverage your heart desires (peppermint mocha, anyone?), but you'll also get service from a group of darn nice folks who care about your coffee experience. Always closed and never update the app with the actual times they are open! It's fine if they have to close early, but update the app and customers! Ladies and gentlemen, I implore you to find a better Starbucks than the Flourtown PA Starbucks. YOU CAN'T DO IT, NOPE! I've been coming here at least 3 times a week for the past year to do work and I have to say that the workers here are exceptional. What can I say, they run a tight ship. Howard is in here every day making coffee and keeping everything clean like a barbarian! His work ethic shows and he seems to know everyone's name. Jon is also killing it. He's dedicated to his craft and is a helluva guy. All the other workers are true warriors as well but I forget their names. Come here for coffee. read more

The service is excellent. They staff goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. I came with my two children and dog. We sat outside and one of their friendly staff members came outside with two cups of water for the children and a bowl of water for our dog!! read more

I LOVE this location. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and my mobile order is always ready to go when I get there - doesn't matter if there's one customer or 30. When I take my order they always acknowledge me with a "thank you, have a good day" and a smile (which pretty much no other location does). It's a pleasure to go to Starbucks Flourtown! read more

The employees at this starbucks are awful. Simple requests made drinks worse. All i ask was for to shake the drink.. one dude said he did when clearly the green tea sat on the bottom of the cup. And the girl dumped out the drink out of anger, and remade a drink that was no bueno. read more

I come here every morning. I would say 4/5 days a week I'm waiting around for my order which I place when I leave my apt. Which is ten minutes away giving them plenty of time. I don't mind waiting a couple minutes I know it's busy but waiting 15-20 for a breakfast sandwich they pop in an oven for two min and a coffee is redic. Recently, on two different occasions, they said someone took my order by mistake. Some of the girls are really good consistently make my drink well and are quick. Haven't been in this Sbux since pre-covid so it was a bit traumatizing to walk in around 1:45 to see the totally empty food display and the eerily quiet line up of customers waiting along the wall, One very nice, although sort of stressed cashier, and one very very angry ready to filet you barista. Don't make her day but she does have a "be a kind human t shirt on". Everyone in that store was quiet as a church mouse and respectful. She called a drink and the man responded that was not what he ordered and specified his drink. This happened 3 times and then instead of remaking it she went to the register (with about 15 drinks lined up to make) and checked what he ordered. Then she saw he wasn't lying? Rolled her eyes, remade his drink and I guess thru that out and without a word handed it to him. 10 mins later it began to clear out and the man next to me asked if she had a cup for a hot chocolate. She looked in disdain at him and informed him she had "thrown it out" because no one came when it was called. Well that man had been sitting next to me listening the entire time. Something was not right. She didn't say anything else to him so he just stood there wondering for a few mins and the enter place was on edge. I wondered about my drink because someone got their drink before me who ordered after me. I thought about using humor but thought better not....latte not worth it. The little guy got courage and asked for his drink and "excuse me b" response of course she was making it. Right then and there. He should have read her mind. I come here once in awhile when I'm in that area but, when I do. I get greeted by my name and the only two are Patrick and Stephanie I believe her name is pretty tall red head. Both are very pleasant know my favorite drink and just very friendly. I love Starbucks and these people work hard making all the different flavors of coffee and tea. i usually come here every morning to have my spinach feta wraps, and have delicious tea with it as well ( i will drink coffee after this pregnancy) but the staff is very kind and takes time to make delicious drinks. They are also willing to hold a conversation with you and learn what you like and knows most of the locals. truly a wonderful place. read more

Absolutely the best Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. The friendliest and cleverest staff on the face of the earth. My drink (a very complicated misto with three flavors and velvety soy foam) has never been wrong. If you have a choice between here and wawa, it's worth the extra dollar and the slightly higher caffeine content. I run into someone I know from the neighborhood most times I come in, and even people I don't know are friendly company when waiting for my beverage. Great place to feel welcome.
