stopped by for my daily fix and I knew it was almost closing time so I figure either the server was lying so as not to serve me or this location needs better management. I cannot see a business of this nature running out of hazelnut and French vanilla and also telling me they had no donuts. that's how you loose customer's. fix your staff and better management needed read more

You have to take care with the extra large lids. My coffee lid popped off after the attendant appeared to secure it resulting in HOT coffee all over my hand, seat and console Bring back the Styrofoam cups Never had an issue He apparently didn't know how to reasonably respond to the situation. Dunkn going downhill! read more

While this location is well kept and clean, I was not impressed. I haven't been to a DD in forever and I now realize why. The product is extremely watered down and after wondering why it seemed like my drink was so expensive, it turns out I was charged for a more expensive drink! I ordered a small green tea and received it but they charged me for a Small Fruited Mango pineapple drink instead of my order (about .50c more I think!) While .50c won't break me, poor product will and this watered down green tea still tasted like nothing after I added 6 sugars to it. Definitely not impressed. I'd take the extra 2 seconds to go to Starbucks in Target if I needed a green tea fix. read more

Dunkin' - My small green tea (correct order) and receipt charging me for a Fruited Mango Pineapple tea. Does it look like there is any fruit? - Donuts Near Me - Oaks, Pennsylvania

just ordered a chicken bacon croissant stuffer felt hot but i bit into it and it was cold that i don't mind waiting a little long as long as it's actually done and hot all the way through read more

Went there today and had a bad experience. I went in the store to order and there are several people ahead of me. Couple of them said they have waited for 15-20 minutes with no one taking the orders. They said they tried to ask the employees and no one even bothered to answer. Finally, another customer and I called an employee over and she started to take orders. I ordered bacon topped avocado toast along with some other items, and there is no bacon on it. They charged me for it but give me the plain avocado toast instead. I was already out of store and didn't have time to go back and wait again. Anyway, seems like they are either very understaffed or just don't care. read more

I ordered caramel iced coffee with oat milk and my iced coffee was water down insanely disgusting. I went back and asked them to remake it and she told me I'd have to pay for it again. Terrible service on that woman's part today. read more

Brand new Dunkin Donuts in the area and this one is really nice with friendly employees and plenty of seating inside. Additionally, most of the power outlets near the tables all have built-in USB ports, which is great if you need to plug in a device. As for food and drinks, it's your typical DD. I'm not a big fan of their donuts but do enjoy their coffee and some of their breakfast sandwiches. All in all, definitely one of the better Dunkin Donuts in the area. read more

The service was good but I'm not sure if it's this location or all dunkin locations, however the avocado toast was inedible. On my first bite I gagged! The "avocado" tasted like rotten, sour lime. It didn't even remotely taste like avocado. I was super disappointed. read more

DO NOT LEAVE BEFORE CHECKING YOUR ORDER! I go here because it is extremely convenient to my house but they almost never get my order correct... even if it is just one item. It is not a matter of them not understanding what I ask for, they will repeat your order back to you when you place it. Yet, somehow, things are almost always missing or you'll get something completely different than what you ordered. read more

Spacious DD with plenty of seating, friendly and attentive staff, and it's brand new so it's still nice and clean inside. This location is right behind Uno's off of Egypt road by the 422 ramp. The employees all seem eager to please, let's hope that doesn't change anytime soon. It appears they make the donuts here in the back, I'll verify on another trip. read more

Service here is awesome. Nice staff and courteous. Coffee is excellent. Bite size pretzel though is sad. 5 pieces for $2 sad looking as well. It's not this Dunkins fault but the whole management at Dunkins Donuts head office that is giving us this sad looking pretzel for $2. read more

wonderful! always perfect whenever i come. wonderful staff and people. friendly environment

They had no donuts for my order through the app (which I could understand a little during covid I guess) but then they handed me a hot coffee that was room temperature and like 90% foam. Epic fail. And to boot, I had to contact customer service for a refund on the order because they couldn't do it. If you go here, don't use the app. Hopefully the location close to home is a little better because I've always been a Dunkin fan. read more

1st time I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and they gave it to me black.... The 2nd time I ordered they must've gave me decaf instead of regular because I had the worst headache for the rest of the day. Don't mess with my caffeine. read more

In the span of 2 minutes I watched the cashier wipe his nose and mouth with his bare hands, then he picked up his phone and touched that for a bit, then wiped his mouth again before grabbing my drink and straw from another employee and handing it to me. The staff at this Dunkin' Donuts always takes the time to double check my lid and wipe down the cup which most Dunkin' Donuts locations do not do. I come here almost every day for coffee read more

This dunkin started out being so great when it first opened. Lately every am when I go, I am handed a cup with the lid not in place, most of the days the bagels are stale and I mean stale to the point where you cant eat it and I order iced coffee and 9 out of 10 times they forget the straw in the bag. I go for convenience in the am as I start work early and nothing else is open aside from wawa but I dont think after today I will be returning. The lid from my coffee was not on and it spilled all over me, my work clothes and my car!!!!! read more

I go to Dunkin' Donuts all the time. This by far is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I ever been to. I went in through the drive-through and ordered a sandwich coffee and a donut went back because they forgot my donut. No apology like it was my fault. I will not be going back there ever read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered my usual-a medium iced coffee with a caramel swirl and cream. They made it perfectly as some Dunkin locations are stingy on the syrup and don't put enough in. The drink was also made promptly. I only wished the workers there were more friendly. The woman who took my payment and gave me my drink didn't say a word to me, not even a "hi" or "have a nice day." I would still go back because my drink was perfect but they are lacking people skills like most Dunkins in the area. read more

This location is absolutely fantastic. It's extremely clean, they get my order right 100% of the time, they give my little guys free munchkins sometimes, and are always smiling and so happy. The store itself is huge with plenty of seating, including outdoor tables and lounge chairs. I wish all Dunkin' could be this perfect. read more

Very friendly staff, however I was highly disturbed when I saw an employee drop hash browns and put them back on the tray and into the oven. I used to frequent here on my way to work, but will at the very least stay away from the food if not avoid this location altogether. read more

I was waiting in the drive through when the car in front of me parked and Dunkin Donuts employees came out of the store and approached the car. They took pictures with the driver (who I saw was a Hooters waitress) when she got out... in the middle of the drive through lane! It is incredibly unprofessional to hold up a drive through to take selfies with a customer. I hope this isn't a regular occurrence! read more

Best DD that I have been to in a decade or two. Terrific coffee. Great new location and new building. Very clean. Great service with friendly and attentive staff. Nice place. Comfortable seating and prompt service. Things are usually always good when I come here.

So glad this location opened. This is the only DD store who gets my order right every time. The employees are all so polite and pleasant. Store is very clean. It's a shame that this isn't the closest location to me...but considering the horrible service and product I get at my home location (phoenixville) as well as a not so clean staff.. It makes it worth the drive to oaks. Great job Oaks DD!!! read more

I hate that this Dunkin is so convenient and one of the few things open when I'm on my way to work or I would have stopped going here entirely. The employees are rude, rarely ever say hello or thank you, and 9 times out of 10 are talking on their cell phones when taking orders or payment. On at least 3 occasions I have not gotten what I actually ordered. I really think I'm done with this place read more

Watch your change/.... I gave a $20 and got change back for a $10 and when I questioned they said they checked the register and said I only gave a ten but know it was a 20 nice scam... will never go to this dunkin donuts again.... Great DD. Come here a lot and always go inside for service. The staff is awesome. Very friendly. They usually give me an extra donut for free. Not always but more than not. I never asked for it. They just throw one in as a gesture. Gotta love that. read more

I was just in this store and received horrible service. I wanted to use a coupon to receive a promotion (free mug), however the lady who served me barely stood at the counter to take my order. Rushed me and didn't give me a chance to ask about the coupon until after the fact, and then refused to apply it afterwards even though I had absolutely no chance to get a word in after my order. It was a free mug it's not like she had to change the amount of the order or even my drink, absolutely unacceptable. It's a shame because I work around the corner from here and it's convenient. I won't be back to this location. As for the actual food and drink, it's all the same. Standard fare. read more

If I could give this Dunkin a 0 I would. You can barely understand what they are saying and they are by far the rudest people ever!! My friends and I went here and we had awful customer service. I have worked in a customer service job and you do whatever to make the customer satisfied, however this was not the case. We ordered latte's and it wasnton the promo coupon so we asked to switch so we could get the "free coffee and she said nope we cannot change your order! I cant even believe that,, I go to starbucks all the time and they gladly will change your order and have you leaving satisfied even sometimes with a free coffee or coupon!!! I will not be returning to Dunkin again.. what an awful experience and let me say this.. this isnt the first time they were rude to me.. so I will never be returning again!!! These people should not be allowed to work in a customer service role. read more

Drive thru is either messing up simple coffee orders or serving up burnt coffee. Definitely the worst DD I've experienced in the area.
