There is a drive thru at this location. It is a smaller location in a shared plaza with shared parking. It is well decorated with a couple cute spots to relax and enjoy your coffee and read or do some homework. The service was good and quick. It wasn't super busy inside so it was easy to order and get your drink. Starbucks is a normal option for me while traveling for consistency if I haven't found a local place I like. My morning white chocolate mocha hit the spot. read more

The workers told us they didn't know how to use the Starbucks app. So we could not get the 3 dollar drink deal.

On May 1st I went to this Starbucks to order some coffee ( keep in mind ) it was pouring down HARD! There was no one in line. I didn't want to order my order where they have you order because they didn't have a cover so I didn't want to get wet. I go up the window ( no one was in line) thinking I can order here they have a cover over me. The three girls at the window looked at me weird and said did you order at the order window. I said I didn't bc it was pouring I asked nicely can I order here ? She stated " well that would take longer to do".. you have to be kidding me ? So I decided to leave because I thought it was ridiculous. She obviously saw it pouring .. was really upset with this location. read more

Drink/food was great, per usual. I visit Starbucks frequently and have never had disappointing service. So I was completely shocked that the drive-thru attendant was unpleasant and rude. Just very unprofessional and definitely had something going on with her attitude today. This is about go to location when we are in the Norman area. The staff is nice at this location. The drive thru is not too busy like other locations. When it does get backed up it can go into the parking lot. The drinks are normally on point here and I have not had a drink messed up at this location. I order the same drink at Starbucks every time all over oklahoma. Then of course when I'm in a hurry and driving from Blanchard just to go to Starbucks they tell me That my drink is unable to be made. Like seriously? Then I explained the drink and the girl goes back to her manager I assume. Then this lady throws open the window and is like what's the problem?? Why so hostile over a drink?? Especially when Ive never gone to a location that has given me an issue. This location has great curb appeal but then you see the actual employees...yikes. This Starbucks location is by far my favorite in Norman. While it does help that my office is just down the street, this location has never let me down. No offense to one of the other locations on town, but you don't have to deal with hundreds of high school kids ordering, like, a frappucino. The crowd here is mostly made up of college students and working professionals which I appreciate. The staff here are ALWAYS friendly and attentive. Everyone always has a smile on their face, but are never over obnoxious. Come on, you know the type. My drinks have always been made just as I wanted them, and I guess I come here too much because they are getting to know me and my order! I appreciate that. The coffee was great. The staff was so consumed talking that the orders weren't a priority. I ordered two drinks at the same exact time as a mobile order- they gave me one, made a few other people's orders. Didn't say the other one was being made. The staff continued talking while I politely waited. I finally asked about my drink so they didn't seem to notice that I was still waiting and hadn't gotten both of my drinks. When I asked the manager sasses back that she was working on it. When the order was done she just yelled my name out, didn't make eye contact, and continued working even though I was standing right there and she knew who the order was for. Don't let the long line of cars fool you drive thru is pretty quick. Only way faster, is the MOBILE APP. Hands down the MOBILE APP is the way to get your order as easy as walking in the door. Not having prior knowledge of the conversation I was having with my husband, the personal taking the drive-thru order was too serious and extremely rude. The personnel working at this establishment are too serious and don't know how to have fun with their PAYING customers!! Do with this what you will but I witnessed the 3 closers on Dec 26th walk right past a woman sitting alone in the cold outside of the doors and not one of them asked if she was okay or if she needed any assistance. It was freezing that night. These 3 men walked out the door, glanced at her and walked straight to the car drinks in hand and jetted out of the parking lot as fast as they could. I personally feel it wouldn't have been the worse thing if your employees would check on their feeling human beings to make sure that they are in fact safe. read more

I really like this location! It's relatively new- so the interior is very updated & clean. The employees are always very friendly & my order accuracy is usually 100% (with the exception of a few times). The only downfall is that sometimes the drive-through line is INSANELY long & takes forever to get through. I understand that it's typical for a place like this to have long lines, but I've seen busier Starbuck's go through long lines like it's nothing. Everything else about this location is great! I am very disappointed in this location. Saturday they lost my order and didn't give me a cup holder. They were too busy talking to each other. Today I ordered two iced drinks. They gave me both of the wrong orders. I will not go back to this place. They do not listen carefully to the orders. Don't waste your money here. We have other better locations. read more

I got an iced caramel coffee. The coffee is awesome! The order taker was nice, but she didn't ask me if I wanted milk or cream which caused the drink maker to start yelling in an annoyed voice I told her milk and soon in the same voice called me out to pick up my drink. After moving here from a Big Ten university town with numerous fabulous coffee shops, I was horrified to find that Norman, though larger than where I lived previously, had a terrible selection of coffee houses. They were fraught with unappealing ambience, uncomfortable seating, rude baristas, dirt, bad coffee and espresso, or all of the above. Which left me with Starbuck's, where I figured at least I would know what I was getting and quality is usually pretty consistent. This Starbucks is by far the best one I've visited in the OKC metro. Staff are consistently super friendly and seem like they are enjoying their jobs. I go in 1-2 times a week, am greeted by name, and most of the baristas remember my drink order. This is a huge deal to me. Though other Starbucks stores consistently screw up my drink, this one always gets it right. I have not noticed any issues with quality of the espresso, though Starbucks does use automatic espresso machines which probably makes pulling consistently good shots of espresso easier. The baristas hustle, too. You won't be left waiting while they stand around around chatting (an infuriating issue at a couple coffee houses in Norman) or taking a 5 minute stroll across 10 feet to get you some more half and half. The store is usually very clean, though during really busy peak times, the coffee condiments area can get messy, but that seems to happen everywhere. Bathrooms are also usually very clean and stocked with paper products. There are big comfy chairs to sink jnto as well as hard chairs at tables if you need to work or study. It can get very busy, but there is usually seating. Parking is plentiful. Yes, it is Starbucks, but it is THE BEST Starbucks. I drive out of my way to get an Americano here instead of somewhere closer. The staff will make you feel welcome AND give you a great drink. read more
