It was hair on the bread like it was toasted in. I called several times and finally got an answer. The managed was nonchalant and not empathetic. His name was Miles or Myron, start with an "M". The staff here are 5-star all day long with their interactions and the environment, but I will be damned if it seems impossible to follow the directions on someone's order who literally comes in every day. I used to work at Starbucks it isn't that difficult guys.. please stop over filling drinks and diluting mixes with milk.. if a customer ask for a tall in a grande cup.. it's just that. Im not wanting a grande of steaming milk. Im done coming to this location, there seems to be only one staff member who gets it right. When it's right its 100% but that's 25% the time. I love coffee and especially if it's Starbucks! I visit this Starbucks every single weekday morning. I always order the same thing. Located off of Peachtree industrial in the shopping center where the FedEx office is, this can get quite busy in the morning, with all the traffic! There is a tiny patio setting and the inside is a bit spacious. That being said, I always visit the drive up. This location is pretty busy with it including a drive thru option. I am a pretty big fan tho. I am a Starbucks gold member, since I'm always there. I did find out about the system from a coworker as the employees never seemed to inform me of it. I get a free item off the menu here and there. The price for my grande coffee is $3 & I don't mind paying for it. This location has friendly employees. One of them has recognized my voice through the drive thru and it does add a special touch to my visits. I throughly enjoy visiting Starbucks as they are very efficient and get the lines moving pretty fast. I have only had one bad experience but they were quick to make it right! This location consistently delivers for me - as in drinks made right, on time and ease of pickup. The Jay Bird Alley location is closest to me but they constantly disappoint and I can't tell you how many orders I've made on the app and left there / I will be doing that NO MORE! This location has friendly staff, my drinks are almost always made quicker than expected and the store has been consistently open to come in and pick up a mobile order instead of waiting in drive thru. My go-to Sbux location. I'm a frequent mobile app user and they're always super friendly here. Let's talk about this Lightly Sweetened Chai. I've seen mixed reviews, but I really like it. As with every time I get a chai, I order it with soy milk instead of regular milk, which I don't drink. Adds a nutty sweetness to the chai that almond and coconut milk do not. So I enjoyed mine a lot. It was spicier and nuttier than usual, which I really enjoyed. And it was good to not have such a sweet chai as a change of pace. I hope it stays on the menu! read more

Just when you hope things have improved.... I understand this is a busy time of year but when you order a "Tall" sized drink, you don't expect them to hand you a Venti size. The girl at the window acknowledged the mishap but even still, the cup was spilling over since it was so full. Since it was almost 20 oz more than I even asked for, of course the drink was weak. As far as other Starbucks go, I usually just go here for my morning coffee run. And I am always in and out in a matter of probably 3 minutes! This is why I'm a fan of this location. However, judging the venue, it's very spacious, there is outside seating, the baristas are nice even in the morning, and it is well-lit. If I lived nearby, I would come hang out here. read more

Went to the drive through, you have to wrap around the entire building but the signs guide you well. Grace took my order. Everything came out great, usually the sandwich I order (spinach feta) isn't available at most locations but this one never fails me. This location is nice if I need to pass by quickly for a pick me up! Yumm, not too much peppermint syrup in my coffee. Although my coffee wasn't as hot as it should've been b/c I forgot to specify hot soy milk instead of cold. 3 stars for the coffee, but 5 stars for the paintings and mural. I like this location because of the interior - the bar and register takes up one side, and the other is full of decoration. The place has a chill feel to it that makes me want to get my laptop and come here to relax. On one of the walls is some abstract artwork - 2pts to how the interior put me into a positive mood (not every Starbucks looks as nice as this one!). The place looks great from the outside, with a small parking lot that is share by other stores. In regards to the service, the employees were happily chatting with the regulars, I assume. Standard Starbucks. I got a Joy tea while bf got a Venti Caramel Brulee latte with an extra shot of espresso. We chatted with a good friend for almost 3 hours and got no evil eye during the entire affair. Convenient location added the 1/2 star to boost my rating. I just don't get what people expect from a chain coffee joint and cannot comprehend the low ratings. Obviously, you may get cooler varieties, better quality, organic fare from a neighborhood café, but in my experience, I get consistency when I visit Starbucks. I feel like I should update this review after 147 check-ins, as I obviously come here more than just when I don't feel like getting dressed these days. With the exception of a few people, the baristas in the drive-thru are friendly and have been getting my order right 90% of the time. This could be partly because I abandoned my high-maintenance drink and it's harder to mess up iced coffee with sugar-free hazelnut syrup and cream. The drive-thru line gets pretty crazy at peak morning commute hours, so be sure to add 10 minutes of wait time if you're planning to stop here. read more

Today, the music is up too loud. That often happens. I think it is the plan so I won't stay too long. This is a significant problem for me. I wonder how much Starbucks has studied the use of music to improve profits the way grocery stores have. I'm available to run that study. I could use it for a Ph.D. thesis. I like sitting on the easy chairs rather than at a table. At this particular franchise, there are only two. Some of the ones I go to have a bunch. The good news is they recently got some new furniture and replaced the very modern, but uncomfortable chairs. They also added a larger table where the high schoolers can work on group projects. Starbucks has become a place where motivated students hang out and work. They buy some coffee I guess and are not rowdy, so I expect they are welcome. NOTE: The students do not bother me and are well behaved. Please don't run them off the way some businesses do. The WiFi works reliably here, but a couple of weeks ago many Starbucks seemed to have a problem keeping people connected. The WiFi connection was up and down a bunch. This Starbucks reminded me what great customer service can do for your day. I went here this morning and ordered their bacon wrapped dates along with my usual caramel latte. After a bit of a wait for my dates after I received my coffee the representative stated they don't have the glaze for the dates. She offered to refund my order and I declined and are the dates that tasted like pure heaven. The rep then comes to me and says we found the glaze. I stared at my empty plate and said its ok. She came back and offered me a free plate of the dates with the glaze to recompense for the wait and wrote on the box my treat. It was a great experience that made my day. read more

Worst experience ever at this Starbucks. In the drive thru I ordered a Venti iced green tea with no sweetener. The girl taking my ordered was explaining that they don't add sweeteners and it's already sweet. This has never happened and I repeated to confirm it was iced green tea, she assured me it was. I was not given a total at the speaker then I was not greeted or told the total at the window. I paid and when I got my drink it was a green tea latte, I cannot have dairy so I know this is not at all what I wanted or ordered. I had already driven away before realizing the mistake. Huge waste of money for something I cannot drink. NEVER coming back to this location. Very Disappointed to say the least read more

This location has fantastic service with friendly employees and quick service. I just wish it weren't so tiny inside. The drive through is also extremely narrow with a very sharp turn to avoid the other side of traffic. I use the Starbucks app to make a mobile order literally every Monday through Friday. At some places I have to wait for the barista to pull the order and I still end up waiting. Not here. At this location my drink is sitting there waiting when I walk in the door. Plus, the staff knows me by my drink and they just hand it to me. I haven't gone here to do any work but people are always in there working, meeting, chatting, studying, etc. It is a pretty popular spot but it's not super loud and obnoxious either. They have a drive thru too so if you're on the run this is a good option. read more

I wish the place was a bit roomier and had more space for the turn going up to the pickup window. Other than that, it's your typical Starbucks. My husband and I just had an almost comically bad visit to this particular Starbucks location. So bad that it has to be shared. We ordered our usual drinks (tall green tea latte, extra scoop matcha, no classic - his hot, mine iced). There was a group of three girls ahead of us and a couple cars in the drive-thru. I waited as the girls ahead received their drinks and two other customers walked in and also received their drinks in the span of about 7 or 8 minutes. Then watched as a line formed and three other customers picked up their drinks ahead of ours. At this point we asked about our green tea lattes, to which the girl behind the counter said "Oh, someone else must have grabbed them!" (despite my waiting by the drink stand and not seeing any green tea walk out). She proceeded to mix up a hot venti green tea and went back to the other orders. Two more drinks went out before I had to get back in line and ask after the iced green tea latte. Which they then made (venti), again saying that someone else must have picked mine up. They did not try to make the situation right - did not apologize - just made venti drinks with tall drink ingredients (ie, all milk; weak). The iced drink wasn't even mixed, and had big chunks of matcha powder floating in it. I'm aware that this is a rather long-winded recount of our visit, but I just had to get the story across. I have never visited a Starbucks with such apathetic employees. No one seemed bothered about the complaints; no one stepped up; no one owned it. What a shame. read more

Last Visited: 02/16/2016 Love how this location has a drive-thru! Sad part is that I wish they had one closer to the city of Norcross or even in that general vicinity. I know that it's considered in Norcross, but not really... :D Never had any issues here, minus, lack of seating whenever they are really packed, but that makes sense since it's kind of a small building. I love this place it's so convenient and they always get my order right. They have very fast service even though the drive thru can get backed up at that time. if I had one complaint I would say that sometimes they run out of stuff my favorite snack is the marshmallow bars and sometimes I can't get one because they're out but overall it's a great Starbucks!
