I'm not sure what's going on at this Starbucks lately, but the last few weeks when I visited the wait times are long (even for mobile orders), and the drink I ordered at every Starbucks, isn't correct and not very good. I always order iced espresso with cold foam and a splash of almond milk. For some reason this location doesn't treat a splash of almond milk like a splash, and instead fills up the entire cup with a ton of almond milk and there's also no cold foam or it's mixed in? Hard to tell, but not sure why the cold foam isn't sitting on top. I also make sure to place my order right before I come so it's fresh, so I know the cold foam isn't just settling into the drink. Additionally, there will hardly be anyone in line and the wait times are like 10 to 15 minutes. What is taking so long? I don't think I'll be visiting this location again anytime soon. read more

I used to have great experiences at this Starbucks, but this is pretty much what my drinks have looked like lately. There were chunks of matcha throughout my drink and in the bottom. There was way too much in the drink and even after I tried mixing it, chunks were coming up through my straw. I understand it's busy, but I'm paying $7 for the drink so expect it to be made right. I went inside to get a pickup order. Several employees looked at me but ignored me standing at the counter. FINALLY, after 3-4 minutes someone acknowledged me and said they would be with me in a minute. That employee never came. I had to ask another employee for help, who took my order. After waiting another 3-4 minutes I got my order. Yes, the drive through was busy, but proper training would say you handle walk-ins in a similar manner. I am not sure this is the employees' fault. It could be their training in order to discourage walk-ins. If true, that's ridiculous. By the way, the order was great, just not great service. read more

This review is POST remodel. Wow. This Starbucks remodel is absolutely dystopian & depressing! I cannot imagine who in this design meeting thought this was a good idea. Starbucks was founded on community, gathering, a place for people to meet and sit and relax. After this remodel there is NO SEATING, no bathroom, no pastry case , no merchandise, absolutelyNOTHING to make one feel welcome. If this is the future it absolutely sucks. I'm sorry. It makes one feel like a cog in a machine. So depressing. Epic fail Starbucks. I feel sad for the people that have to work in this place and for the community that now has nowhere to hang out and enjoy coffee , food and fellowship. read more

This location used to be fine but today I place my normal order. The drink I order at EVERY Starbucks EVERY time. Venti iced latte, extra shot, skim milk. The lady on the speaker repeated vac to me: "Venti triple late with some milk." I said, "No... Vent ICED latte, EXTRA shot, SKIM milk." She assures me she's got it. When I get to the window she scans my app and the. Hands me a hot coffee. I tell her it's not what I ordered and she rolls her eyes at me and repeats the same wrong order from before back to me again. I clarify that I want Venti ICED latte, extra shot, skim milk. So she repeats that back to me except she again says "triple." I corrected her and said "four shots." She smugly says "that's a quad." "I know." "So you want TWO extra shots?" Basically the problem is she thinks a venti has two shots. I assured her that she was wrong and I caught an attitude. So I asked her to explain, if tall has one shot and venti, according to her, normally has only two, how many are in the grande? This lady looks me dead in my face and says tall has one, grande has one, and venti has two. I was done arguing. Okay. Thank you. So basically they think a venti has only two shots in it. Not only am I a former barista who knows from experience that she's wrong, but the app clearly defines the sizes as a 1,2,3 increasing as you go up. This has to be the worst coffee experience I've ever had. The employees are rude, and the coffee is downright disgusting. I have no idea how one can make a coffee so gross. I ordered a simple dark roast. It had a thick sludgy consistency. It was extremely bitter and sour, nothing like coffee. I rarely dump drinks, but this cup tasted so rancid that I had no other choice. I definitely would not recommend this business. read more

I am sorry to leave such a poor review, because I have been a regular here for years (6-7 visits a week). There are a number of great people who work here, but I just can't bring myself to go to this location anymore--I'd rather drive a little farther. First: drinks are rarely as ordered. I have frequently had to throw away my americanos as there is so much Splenda dumped in them, they are undrinkable. (I travel frequently and have not had this trouble at any other Starbucks location, and it is a consistent occurrence here.) The last time, I gave it back--an unusual step because I would always rather avoid a scene--and of course was met with attitude. Second: don't try to order breakfast sandwiches here. Or anything on the menu, really. They are always out. Occasional outages I could understand, but...They. Are. Out. Every. Single. Time. Afternoon cake pop? Good luck. Bacon Gouda at 10a? Sorry, out. Ok, turkey bacon that no one probably orders because it is gross, so surely there must be one left? HAHAHAHAHAHAH I would love to ask their manager what they are doing, because I actually think this would be an excellent case study in how not to manage your inventory par levels. Or maybe they are just trying to get rid of a surplus chicken sausage, because that is the only food item they ever have. At any rate, I give up. Do yourself a favor and go to the one at Hwy 70 and Old Hickory. Or heck, even Nashville West. Pro tip: if you stubbornly go here anyway and intend to order food, check online ordering first to see that handy "Sold out at this store" notification and save yourself the aggravation. read more

The food and drinks here gave me food poisoning. As I was waiting for my order, I was just looking around and I saw they had milk (which looked old) sitting on the counter. Also, they need more staff. I saw only 2 people at this location. I will NEVER come here again. I am not a fan of this Starbucks location due to their slow and snobby service. They do have a drive through so that's convenient, but I find that it's a bit faster to just park and go in. This time I came at 4 on a Saturday afternoon, was the only person in line, and service was SUPER SLOOOOOOOW. UGHS. Come ON. OK, fine, there were a few people in line at the drive through but still. =P Lastly, I had asked for extra caramel sauce on my caramel frapp but they didn't do it so I went back and asked for it. The barista glared at me and as he added the sauce, went jabbering on about how he followed the recipe and didn't leave anything out. Come ON, no need for attitude. Just squeeze the bottle of caramel sauce and I'll be on my way! I didn't blame him for doing anything wrong even though I had asked for it upon ordering. He DID miss something but I wasn't upset. Friendliest service I've ever received at a Starbucks- I was on a long, tiring trip from Texas to Ohio and I stopped by this place to charge my phone. The barista at the register made sure to put a smile on my face and force a laugh or two, and everyone else seemed to chime in. I felt like the baristas here were more interested in my life than I was! I'll definitely remember this stop for future travels. read more

Whether it's the summertime fly infested dining area, the grime everywhere or the fact they never have half the food on the menu, this place makes a strong argument for going to McDonalds for your coffee. I stopped into this Starbucks near closing time, and was told that they were "out of coffee beverages". I ordered a Frappuccino so I can only assume that they meant THAT and not that they were actually OUT OF COFFEE. It was close to closing time, and its possible that the staff just didn't want to bother, but I had to drive to Mt Juliet and a Frappuccino would have really helped. read more

I've visited the store several times not checking in at the time. I've had service from both inside the store and at the drive through. The service I have received has been on oar with good, friendly, fast service. I only get coffee so don't know anything about their drink making capabilities. Solid Starbucks, nice staff. About the same as every other well run Starbucks. They do tend to run out of bagels quickly.

I have been to several Starbucks but this one has a young man named Zach who can make a wonderful drink. Got the same drink at other Starbucks theirs did not even compare to his. He has a great smile and is always very polite. read more

Everything is great except the A/C kicks at 10am to where it makes it too cold to hang out. It has been this way for months and I'm not sure why they don't change it. I would rate 5 stars if the A/C functioned properly. Please fix it. read more

Unlike another reviewer I've always found their customer service above and beyond. If I stop in the morning they are occasionally out of pastries that I like, but that's not that big of a deal. I do notice that the standalone stores are always better thatn the ones in Target. read more

This is a superfriendly Starbucks. I live on Temple Road and come here all the time. They always make me a great Green Tea Frappuccino. Only quibble: parking is so tight and people race in too quickly. The place can be very crowded in the morning. read more
