Well I had to update my re'view so this past Friday I tried to stop at the local Starbucks to get a pumpkin spice latte. I specifically asked for a skinny, what does this translate to? please use nonfat milk and no whip cream I know I said it because I was sitting in the car when I said when I got my pumpkin spice latte something just seemed really off so I took a swig and knew instantly it was not nonfat milk so I asked the cashier did you make this a nonfat she said oh we can't make it skinny we can only use nonfat milk I looked at her she looked at me I just said never mind took my pumpkin spice latte and went on about my day not to mention when ever I do go to this place it has been a consistent with messing up my orders so from now on if I want Starbucks I will just get it from The star bucks that is inside Barnes and noble. I've noticed there seems to be a air of negativity within the store sometimes. Miss the hearing impaired girl, she was nice and bouncy. The drinks normally taste decent, unless they don't pay attention to the shots, sometimes they pull badly. Drive thru was extremely long, so we decided to go in. Very small but clean. I ordered the Bacon & Gouda Artisan Breakfast sandwich and a Café Latte. I received both really quick. The latte was made perfect. Not too hot, and great taste. The sandwich was hot, fresh and delicious. Staff was super friendly and efficient. They have their own private lot, so parking is easy to find. read more

This Starbucks is very clean and well managed. Even with a massive drive through queue, I've never seen the employees stressed out or frazzled. Nor have I ever received an incorrectly made drink. Free wifi is also always a plus. read more

Coffee tastes like dog poop! I wish I could say it didn't but it really tastes very acidic. The lines are super long and they have a horrible system in place for Covid 19. They are dirty mother f'rs if you know what I mean. I see there long ass witch fingernails touching everything. Its really gross. I would save your money and get way better quality of coffee that you can make at home. I do not drink that girly crap so I cannot say what that stuff is like but regular coffee is complete dog shIIIIIIIIIIIIIt. Stay away if you are a man, a straight man. read more

I mean, it's Starbucks. Hopefully you know what you're going to get--decent coffee, decent service, some okay pastries and food options, etc. It's always overpriced, the place is small, and it's constantly busy. But, it's a relaxed enough environment to work out of, I actually really like the atmosphere, and despite the coffee being average at best, it's still not bad. I definitely enjoy their iced coffee during the hotter months of the year. I haven't worked out of here a lot (I telecommute), but I plan to more going forward. I definitely like the spot, and I'm a constant snacker / coffee sipper. read more

Waited in line 15 min and started and started my 6 hour drive and when I got on I-79 I went to take a sip of my long awaited Carmel Macchiato to only sip a terrible version. Ok...I can't believe I am giving Starbucks such a great rating, but here I am, doing it. The service was super friendly, and fast. The drive thru was my bonus for the extra star. There is nothing better in life than getting to stay in your comfy drivers seat, and sip on a Venti Cinnamon Dolce Latte with extra Whipped Cream. I am so glad that Morgantown is finally growing up a bit. Now when I visit back home, I can enjoy some of the bigger city bonuses that I have come to know and love since moving away. I come to this Starbucks at least twice a week! I'm very good friends with one of the managers! Have never had any problems until today! Upon ordering at the speaker she was very obnoxious corrected me mispronouncing the brumlee frap i ordered & i get that is M & asked for the cookie crumble i order in L got a small!? Upon ordering the crumble at first the girl said she couldn't make that and told her i was here often i always get it! This is a nice, small and clean store! Of course the coffee is fantastic, I've never had an order go bad. The employees are friendly and so upbeat, especially at 6am! My son, who is 8, really wanted a coffee. I mentioned to the cashier that he wanted something frozen, but I needed it to be no caffeine and no coffee. She took her time and gave us choices outside of the normal vanilla bean frap. We discovered that they can make a hot chocolate frap by making a mocha without the coffee. I ordered a Venti Iced Blonde vanilla double shot espresso. I changed the iced from regular to light because of last time( I got ordered three drinks and the other two were correct but mine was not. The entire cup was filled with ice and the drink did not have the right amount of espresso shots in it.) Another time I got the same drink and it was not filled up all the and was stilled filled to the top with ice and still didn't have the right amount of espresso in it. This time it was only filled with 5 shots of espresso and iced fill to the top it came with no sugar or vanilla syrup. I paid almost 7 dollars for the drink and i had to go to school and i didnt have time to go back. Now i have to go back at 6pm and try to get a refund. I reccomend not ordering from the app and i wouldnt order this drink anymore because it seems like they can't make it. read more
