This Starbucks is on River Hwy in Mooresviille across the Parking Lot from Lowes and Hobby Lobby. Generally, do not stop because I fill up a big yeti cup with coffee at home before heading out to work in Statesville. If my wife is out of town and I have to take the Corgi to Doggie Day Care and if I am not running late, I'll go through the Drive Thru. Normal order is the Dark Roast Coffee (large) and the Turkey Bacon, Cheddar and Egg White Sandwich, although I can also recommend the Bacon, Gouda and Egg Sandwich as well. After I get my order, I drive up to Statesville which is about 15 minutes away and enjoy at my desk. Service is excellent and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. Staff is very friendly. read more

i wish i could remember her name but she's that forgettable aside from her shit attitude. been a server for 7+ years & dealt with way worse but apparently being sympathetic & understanding as to why starbucks doesn't take over the phone pickup orders gets you met with a pissy tone, talked to like you're dumb for assuming starbucks is a busy establishment. miss ma'am i was being polite trying to relate & be kind, even giving you an excuse/out as to why you can't take a pickup over the phone but NEVERMIND! please get out of customer service immediately. so off putting i decided to not even go get what i wanted. and yes i AM going to complain and say my order was incorrect after my drink is delivered even if it's perfect. try crack or jesus before you try me, i'd also be miserable if i was making basically nothing. clown. edit to add... 2.5 star review 1000% tracks read more

I had a terrible experience here. Gavin, the older male, spent his time flirting with younger female employees and yelling at others instead of doing his job. Because of this, I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally got it, the food was cold. Completely unacceptable--I won't be coming back. read more

Service at this store sucks. Girl making the drinks this afternoon at 3:45 has an attitude and clearly does not want to be at work. She was slamming stuff and splashing. I would rather go to any other store but this one !!! My order was a mobile one. Ap estimated time ready 3:47 so I took my time to pickup. I saw my "sticker" stuck above counter when I went in......girl kept asking where it came from . Finally mine was made at 3:58 and it was wrong This store has always had issues , always dirty and employee turnovers. Hmmm. Maybe need new management read more

I'm a big Starbucks fan because the flavor of their coffee is just different, it's my all time favorite! On top of that this location in particular is just oh so wonderful because of Dianna and Shane! Dianna is always so sweet and pleasant, she brightens your day! She truly adds to that "first sip feeling" for the day, and then Shane, he has such great energy, always so happy and positive his aura is everything. If you are looking to start your day off right and come to this location and served by either of them you can be sure the day will be a good one! Thank you for being such great vibes Dianna and Shane! You two are the absolute greatest!!!!! I hope you both find this review and it makes you smile as big as you make me smile! read more

Delicious! First time at this location they did good. Pretty fast service. I got the venti iced brown sugar oat milk espresso. Service was solid. A nice spot off of the highway to go to. Parking lot is not huge but they typically are not in general lol so it's the usual size. Def a good Starbucks to check out. read more

Wow. First off, the staff was very young. Which I don't mind because my regular Starbucks has young entrepreneurs that move at light speed when making your drink. I literally waited until a worker finished taking selfies and then started making my drink. It's a shame because this one is located in a very busy area of town. Near Charlotte. I would never go back. Sorry. read more

Every time I come visit my friend we stop by this Starbucks. The line is LOOOOONG!!! You should expect to wait at least 20min. The dining room is closed due to covid and sometimes the whole place is closed in general because they don't have enough staff or everyone is sick. It's a pain to get here. You have to be on their side of the road or you'll have to make a u-turn somewhere along the way or cut through a parking lot. Such a hassle, not worth the time in my opinion but some people just gotta have their coffee. read more

This Starbucks is a hit or miss. More often than not it's been a miss for me. I went inside and ordered a frappe for my daughter and EVERYONE was served before me including those that came in AFTER me. I sat back and watched it happen before jumping to conclusions. Probably the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Yes, it's in a busy area but I have been to much busier Starbucks that ran much more efficiently. Terrible service. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:54 and I asked the lady at the counter if my order was ready 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. She got upset and started talking sh** to another employee about how she had to make 7 shots for my order. I understand, I was just making sure they had it because last time they didn't even have my order. I also left without my sweet cream cold foam because it took over 25 minutes to get that. read more

Starbucks continues to reach new lows in customer service. Post Covid they closed the cream station and now doesn't offer sweetener selection. What they offer is disgusting so I bring mine from home. Terrible Starbucks! Unorganized and extremely slow! Been waiting on my mobile order for 20 minutes. They have to do better.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I seriously got an iced tea. Took about 30 minutes. Unreal. Beyond slow. Very frustrating.

I give to the first Starbucks on the east coast that I've visited that is FULL service. What do I mean by full service? This Starbucks location services coffee, tea, lattes, espresso, Clover coffees, and wine and craft beer. That's right! I said it. You can purchase wine and craft beer at this Starbucks location. This location has a large sitting area inside and a small patio area outside. The staff and customers are very friendly which is the North Carolina way! Keep up the good work! I highly recommend this Starbucks location without any reservation. Shout out to Nikki and Stacy!! read more

This Starbucks location is overwhelmingly loud. After multiple visits, I've decided to post this complaint. So this location is supposed to close at 10pm and I went in about 9pm. Why are the shelves all empty and they are in the process of cleaning up everything? On the positive, they were all very friendly and did make me a good Red Eye. read more

First and foremost, for all of those wondering -- this is a drive-through location. This is, of course, a convenience. While it does slow down the line at times because of the competing orders, this only seems to occur at high-volume/peak customer concentration hours. In other words, when the crowds surge in, the line slows down. But is that really unexpected, in any case? The more direct inconvenience for indoor customers is if you need something small (ie, there is no skim milk at the toppings counter) and would like to ask the barista that serves drinks for help. It's almost impossible to get their attention, and unless you're extremely aggressive, you'll have a hard time. You'll notice that based on my comment, the skim milk is not always on the toppings bar. That can be frustrating, because you've already waited for your order, now you have to make an extra effort while your coffee gets cold. So why in the world did I give this place 4/5 stars? Well, ultimately, the positives outweigh the few negatives above. The baristas are incredibly friendly and, in my opinion, sufficiently efficient. I am a regular customer, and because I am a recognizable face, more than two of the baristas have asked my name - and remembered it. They ask how I am every time I come by, and it's nice to feel welcome; it makes this Starbucks a part of my sense of community. I order a Venti Pike, and it's promptly served. I never have to wait to scan my rewards card; unlike other locations, they enter the order and have it prepared for scanning instantly. The coffee is always filled to the brim of the cup. I'm getting what I paid for, not a sloppy or dripping cup that's missing half an inch - that matters to me. The place is neat and orderly - both considering the store itself, the toppings bar, and the visible area behind the ordering counter. The bakery seems well stocked, though I have heard baristas announce frequently that they've run out of certain items. The layout is a bit odd, but there are lots of tables as well as a place to sit along the bar, two comfy chairs, and one long communal table. Almost wherever you sit, you'll have access to an outlet. If you're working from your laptop, iPad, or phone - like 99% of most Starbucks customers - you don't have to worry about your device dying because there's nowhere to charge. A MAJOR plus. Finally, this Starbucks is clearly popular, and often full. The patrons are in general respectful and kind to one another, open to small talk if prompted, but also inclined towards privacy and quiet coexistence. There's a social feeling, without the sense that you're being distracted from your work, or that you're being spied on - I'm a nationwide Starbucks frequenter and trust me, there are quite a few ranters and snoops! I realize it's odd to 'profile' other customers, but visiting this location almost every day, I've gained insight into the ambience - and I truly believe that total atmosphere affects total experience. This is THE Starbucks to go to if you're anywhere in Mooresville. As of December 2014, it's still rather new, but manages to feel comfortable, welcoming, and warm. read more

You need to retrain your cashier!!! If I asked for 4 shots espresso 3 pumps white mocha, please give that too me instead of a flat white. I did not ask for a flat white and I will not drink a flat white. A flat white tastes different from my order. She couldn't even put in my everything bagel with cream cheese correctly. Luckily, there is a responsible girl who seems to be the shift manager. She ended up making three different drinks without question or an attitude. The newly relocated Starbucks is such a nice refresh! Having a drive-thru too, makes it that much better. I've used the drive-thru twice & the baristas were friendly from the order taking at the speaker & at the window. While lines were long, I was able to get my orders in a reasonable amount of time. Parking can be tricky, since they share the shopping strip with several other businesses. Easy in & out off River Highway & Rolling Hill Road. read more

We went through the line around 9:30am on September 23, 2023. We waited in line for at least 5 minutes before we decided to place a mobile order as we were ordering 5 drinks. We completed placing our mobile order before we arrived at the speaker, but the barista seemed really annoyed that we had placed a mobile order while in line. I understand how it could've thrown the baristas flow off but I don't really appreciate how we were spoken to. The barista (who was wearing glasses) greeted us at the window and was very friendly but a barista with tan skin and long dark hair came to the window and told us that next time we need to give the baristas at least 5-10 minutes next time we place a mobile order. The amount of time we spent in line was quite long already but if we were to order each drink one by one at the speaker it would've taken much longer. As all three of us in the car have been baristas for 4+ years each, we would never speak this way to a customer or tell a customer to give us more time to do our job. The same barista who told us to give them more time also very rudely yelled to us through the window "is it warmed or not warmed?" referring to our pumpkin bread... which we had already specified so within our mobile order. After all of that our drinks were still wrong, but we didn't want to inconvenience them more than they had already made us feel like we had. read more

My sister went today, 12/30/2018 with my 10 year old daughter after shopping at Hobby Lobby. Casey, the barista, you don't want her serving you. Casey: that will be $11.38. Daughter: (getting money, 25 cents fell between the cash register and food case). Oops. Sister: oh it fell. Casey: (annoyed and pissy)...welp, I'm NOT GETTING THAT. (To my sister)....you can go in there if you want to. Really? Telling my sister to go into the food fridge to get the 25 cents? That is questionable at best, and food safety compromised at worst. I've contacted customer service and corporate so this Casey person gets talked to-- remind her that she works in costumer service. My older daughter worked for Starbucks for 8 years. Starbucks - Doing work and working on a chai latte with almond milk. Yum. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Mooresville, North Carolina

This is a high volume Starbucks with a constant line of cars at the drive through and a large volume of inside customers. It is mainly just people rather impatiently waiting for their drinks. As such the vibe is a little tense. The furnishings are not inviting and the store is too small for the volume of customers. It is not the place where you come and get your latte and chill in the corner looking at the New York Times. It is the place you come to for a cup of coffee when you are in a hurry and because there are no locally owned coffee shops in the vicinity. And there likely won't be because this is a high rent area. So three stars because at least you will get a beverage that is consistent with Starbucks standards. read more
