I visited Starbucks to purchase coffee of course I also ended up buying a couple of other things. I go to sit down after making my purchase bc my plan was to sit and study/read while enjoying my beverage and snack. I turn around a man an his kids are sitting but not only are they sitting they've taken all the chairs from the other table. So I ask the young lady do they have another chair she's like no mam. But she's looking at the man and the kids that have removed the chairs from the empty table. So I'm like well they've taken all the chairs an I'm trying to sit. She was scared I know I could tell. 4 staff. Only 1 actually helping customers. Making drinks etc. The manager ensured she ordered before customers. Then kept distracting the 1 staff making drinks by talking about signage and other non important items. These are important to their business, yes. But not when there's a line of customers. This Starbucks is clearly short staffed, long story short I was traveling and stopped at this location. There was one person (Selena) working the register, welcoming and making the drinks. She handled this long line like a pro, while still delivering excellent yet genuine customer service. Selena is an absolute gem and needs a promotion or a raise! I'm on a road trip and needed a coffee break, I went in and it was awful, the staff was complaining to customers that there hadn't been a truck in 3 weeks and how so many ingredients were missing from all sorts of drinks, I ended up just getting mocha frappechino with no toppings, no whipped cream, it was terrible too, super bitter, and just a bad after taste as well, this is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks read more

The last few visits I've had here were very pleasant. I wish I knew the name of the barista I've seen the last few times to give her a shout out. She's so helpful and loves to help with your order and is so enthusiastic about what she can make you if the store is low or out of anything. I haven't ordered anything off of the "secret menu" since I was 14 because I never want to annoy the baristas. I hate to pile on but there are a lot of problems at this Starbuck location. The coffee machine was broken so they did a pour over. Coffee was lukewarm (She just used hot water out of the tap) and my breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock. The young lady was kind but said she could not refund my money because she had no cash at the moment. Ended up throwing the coffee and sandwich away. Lesson learned. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to get some Starbucks. We were the only people in line and the only people there. We got a large salted caramel frap and a large pumpkin spice frap. The pumpkin spice has zero flavor. It tastes like it's watered down and the salted caramel tastes like chocolate milk. She took her time making the drinks and counting our money. She sat at the register for 2 minutes putting a couple dollars in there. Her coworker just sat there and watched. She then continued to take her time and literally took things step by step. Starbucks should be ashamed of this location. I have stopped at this location several times driving through and today, 11/24/18, will be my last time here! Every visit to this particular location has been a poor, poor experience. But today I have had enough...this location is run by kids that don't want to work. It is terribly unorganized in getting drinks out in order and in a timely manner....and let's not even go down the road of how dirty and unkept it has been repeatedly. So there you have it...eewww....I love enjoying a good Starbucks beverage, but no drink from Starbucks is worth the frustration of doing business at this location.
