This Starbucks cannot get a simple order correct... and usually they can't get it correct the second time, after you've informed them they made it wrong the first time. My standard order is very simple- Vente Pike with almond milk and simple syrup. I have ordered both in store and through the app. They have never correctly made the coffee on the first try and 2x they again made it wrong a second time after I informed them of the first error and asked them to remake it. This morning, the barista complained to me about speaking to her too loudly after she failed to make the coffee correctly twice then ignored me when I sought to correct her second error. When I spoke to the manager in an effort to obtain a refund after, she was pretty nonplussed about it and told me I could not get a refund because I ordered through the website. All I wanted was a cup of coffee this morning and I was again left with a day's worth of aggravation. Do yourself a favor and get your morning coffee elsewhere. read more

Aria stated she was the on shift manager. I came on Sunday October 5th 2025. she told me she didn't care if I paid for extra caramel she wouldn't give me more. I informed her that during placing my order I asked for the cup to be lined up with caramel. She insisted that if I didn't like it I could return it. Which is highly unusual for someone to say that at a Starbucks I've been a member for years and a frequent guest specially during the October season because of the pumpkin spice latte. Excellent, excellent, and excellent! I was in the area and using my Starbucks mobile app, I order my first holiday season coffee. I got the chestnut praline grande and non-fat like I always used to do. As soon as I got to this place everything was ready for me, the music inside was awesome with a wonderful vibe, the service was excellent with a smile on their faces and efficient, this people working in here were so nice with everyone and I noticed how they are with the regulars they even know their names and it felt so good. They gave me what ever they wanted and annotated my order wrong. When I complained they treated me horribly and gave me the drink and didn't gave me a straw I had to go to the cashier to ask for one, because she completely ignored me. It was a girl with two braids and brown hair. I'm giving this location a one star I went through the drive-through and the second time this week I order a strawberry açai with lemonade and they tell me they do not have the product available. I've never seen anything like it such a big corporation and they cannot stock up on their merchandise. This is a standard Starbucks cafe located on Bird and 67th avenue. It has a drive thru and free parking. You can order ahead with the mobile app or at the place. The times I've been there the location has been reasonably clean and the staff attentive. I usually have the mocha drink or the hot chocolate. Went to this location for their 50% off frappes after 3 PM. I was unsure of what I wanted to get, but I stuck to be Java chip which I have gone many times before. Seems like it is a staple and has ordered a lot. Upon awaiting a while in the drive-through even though I was the only customer I was handed my order. The shopping center is a nightmare but if your sunglasses are big enough, you'll be just fine. They're one of the locations that manage to get my order right plus I used the app to order and it was waiting for me as soon as I walked in. I'm still trying to figure out the recipe for that delicious (looked non-milk based) green drink that doesn't resemble the lemonade either. I always get a iced dry triple espresso macchiatto & every single time they confirm with me if I want the extra two shots because it already comes with two shots hence the surcharge for either one or two shots. Yes, my dear I'll always take the stiffest contender as I carefully eye my barista pour most dry foam as opposed to wet...all with sunglasses on which is quite the skill let me add. The speed bump exit on the northern end always jolts my car so I try to exit on the south end. It's good to keep that in mind if you drive a low car (you're welcome). Oh, someone please tell me what that olive green matte green iced drink is if they have any ideas on what it could be. Till next time... read more

This is a busy and nice Starbucks that is located in a prime time Westchester/south Miami area. It also happens to have a drive thru. If you are talking about their drive thru this Starbucks is a 5. Every time I have used their drive thru it has been efficient and practical. The service has always been good and I get my drink pretty fast. My pet peeve with this Starbucks is the online ordering. Every time I have ordered online at this Starbucks it is NEVER ready. not only is it not ready but the employees take their time making it and are very non-chalant about making the error. Normally when a Starbucks has forgotten or did not make my online order they have offered me a free food item or a free drink for next time. Normally I don't even take the gift but I HIGHLY appreciate the gesture that they acknowledge the error and are ready to move forward with fixing the issue. This particular place never does this. They just acknowledge the fact that it was forgotten despite the fact that they appear always fully and well staffed. The staff has always been polite but they need to step up their game. To me Starbucks is a company that is the epitome of what service should be and this location should be no different. I understand they are busy but I've been to busier Starbucks that treat every single customer as if they were gold. I would go to another location but this is the closest to my new job so I will be using the drive thru instead of the online ordering from now on. read more

I had noticed this Starbucks awhile back, but I had never gone to it until this last Monday. This Starbucks is beautiful. You can tell that it's pretty new. Everything seems to sparkle both in and out. This particular Starbucks has a drive-thru, yay, which is not something you see every day. Unfortunately I'm not the only one to notice this drive-thru; it seems half of Miami was there the morning I went and they were moving quite slowly. I ended up saying, forget that, and when straight in to get attended. Wow, what a difference! I was greeted by friendly staff and attended quickly. The outside and the inside were simply night and day. I ordered my usual, a tall white chocolate mocha, non-fat milk, no whipped cream and a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese. Oh, and I, for once, caved to my sweet tooth and got a chocolate cake pop. Everything was absolutely well done; no complaints on the coffee and food whatsoever. Getting out, however, was a bit of a hassle because of how parking is set up. Apparently the drive-thru gets out where the majority of the parking is and there is limited space. All in all, I would come here again. Ideally, I would love to go through the drive-thru, but eh, time will tell. I don't mind going in with this attentive and efficient staff. It used to be that you went to Starbucks to get something special, a specially crafted beverage with some thought and effort put into it. So why is it so hard to find a Starbucks that knows how to make a Caramel Macchiato the RIGHT way anymore?? Stopped by this location as it was on my way to work, thirsty for a yummy coffee. Sadly, I open my cup to see ZERO foam, ZERO caramel drizzle on top. Disappointment and sadness... Immediately after taking the first sip I realize this drink tastes like crap! Watery and bland. Disgusting!! I was in a hurry and did not realize this till after I was back in the road, but I will strongly question returning to this location. I'm a college student who goes to this location nearly every day for a drink and study spot. I'm not really sure why this Starbucks has such bad reviews. I always order ahead on the app, and my drink is always ready within a minute. They always have good music playing, and most of the time the tables are clean. The workers are super friendly- I've witnessed several "Karen"s before and the workers are always respectful and take care of their needs. read more

My visit here did not go well. I ordered a frappuccino but was rung up for a latte. When we got that staightened out and I was eventually charged for the frappuccino, I was overcharged and was given a latte anyway. I had to wait for way too long given the short line, and my drink was not made very well. Then, my sandwich was soggy and seemed undercooked. This location opened up not too long ago. It has more outdoor seating than most other locations (yay!) it has a drive thru, the layout inside is nice and they offer dozens more food/snack options than other locations. There is a Clover machine available here too for those who enjoy their coffee Pressed and black. NEW: Now these can be served over ice. (Just keep in mind that it is hot coffee being poured over ice, so it'll be watered down.) I don't really mind it sometimes. Prices range from $2-$4.50 a cup and they currently have about 15 beans to choose from. The staff here are always friendly with me. My drink is always prepared quickly and correctly. I could benefit from this location staying open until midnight inside and having a 24 hour drive thru. But it is neither. Currently, the hours of operation are 5am-11pm Monday-Saturday and 6am-10pm on Sundays. Also, for such a new location, it sure is short on power outlets. I counted five inside and none outside. For those reasons, I have rated it four stars instead of five. read more

Speed is absolutely unacceptable! I parked my car to get a coffee instead of waiting in the 9 car (maybe more) line up at the drive thru. Went inside to order my coffee and no line. It took me 30 mins to get my coffee ‍. They put an extreme priority on the drive thru. Coffee is good and people are nice but I shouldn't have to wait 30 mins for 1 coffee. Unbelievable. read more

I don't ever write reviews but I'm so annoyed I had to. Extremely unsatisfied with the service here and it's an ongoing theme. I waited a while before posting this because I understand that this location is very busy but I go there twice a week with my son and every time they either get the order wrong or forget something in the order. No one really seems to even care when this happens and there's really no sense of urgency to make it right. I have never experienced such poor service at any other Starbucks I've been to, on the contrary always have a super experience but this location needs some attention. read more

This place is so bad that even when you call corporate to complain about this place they too just ignore you (which is unlike corporate Starbucks) because I'm sure they know this place has no remedy. It's like the hiring criteria must have stated: "How passive aggressive can you be?" "Do you know how to be nasty with out saying one curse word ?"
