I dig Starbucks cause I love coffee. But the menu is more than just coffee. It's luxury coffee, refreshers, cake pops,sandwiches, teas, a bakery,frappuccino's, and all other sorts of hot and cold drinks. Lately my thing has been the mango dragon fruit drink with coconut milk but now I've changed to just the dragonfruit with water. It's refreshing and not a sweet drink which is what I prefer. Tastes just refreshingly delish. Also, they have these new potato and cheddar chive back which is the perfect start for breakfast. Closest Sbux to Costco; we used this double stop for less expensive gas, clean potties and caffeine refills while heading to/from Key West. Large parking lot, as they share a building with a juice business and are in a large plaza with a Bonefish and other businesses. There is a patio with table, chairs and umbrellas out front - and trash cans! (Odd note but we always have trash during our road trip stops.) Artwork is large and colorful, creating a more bright/clean feel. Retail wall is stocked and neat. Bathrooms were clean, although women's needed a TP replenishment during our second visit. During our first visit we tried the Oleato Iced Shaken Espresso with Oatmilk and Toffeenut - we were skeptical and wonderfully surprised! It was delicious. During our second visit we ordered old favorites: Iced Black Tea and a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino, girls also talked us into cake pops. Typically a chain place like Starbucks just gets a check-in or picture if that much. However, y'all know how I feel about good service and on that note this spot will get love from me. I stopped in on the way to getting work done on my car and got my nonfat latte and a pastry (ended up a Canadian bacon & egg sandwich). The cashier on duty, Jaime, actually talked to myself and to other customer and even wished customers Happy New Year. Friendly service is worth getting a shoutout! I asked Luis, my barista how he liked if and he was honest and said he had not tried it and I was the first one that he knew that was going to try it! I came in here today for their Happy Hour promotion, since I'm a member​ and I had to do work on my computer, it was a perfect idea. With tables inside and outside​e, niiiiiiice Jazz music, although a little loud for my taste, and very welcoming staff. I had been extra hot, non-fat, grande, cafe late, with toffee nut syrop. This Starbucks has a drive-though which is perfect for those who are on the go. My friend and I walked in on a Thursday night and most of the tables and chairs were occupied with the exception of one table. When we got to the register we kinda had our go-to Starbucks drink on our minds but when we saw the ad for the Smoked Butter Scotch we were like "gotta try it!" So we both got the grande. On the initial sip I couldn't taste the butter scotch, but because I'm the kind that likes my coffee sweet I added a packet of sweetener and that's when I could taste the butter scotch. I have been visiting this Starbucks for a few years now. It's side by side with the Robeks....my fave smoothie shop. The service has always been lukewarm and mistakes are pretty common here. The layout is odd and the space is small. So it's definitely not one of my favorite locations. However, I had a great experience at this Starbucks recently and praise needs to be given. First, I noticed that they have taken better care at displaying their pastries. Second, they were offering a deal for $8 which included a sandwich or bistro box, a bag of chips or popcorn, a big bottle of water and a banana or a That's It fruit bar. I was surprised that Sbux would ever offer a combo deal like this. Unfortunately, the offer was only good for a few days and has since ended. I'm sure they'll bring it back eventually though. That was all great but the real credit for the 5-star review goes directly to Ashley (MAN, I really hope that is her name!). To help identify her: She is a brunette, young (I would guess 25?), short and thin. She was wearing a Sbux cap with a ton of pins on it. She was obviously a pro. But what surprised me was how genuinely nice she was. And she was sooo happy to be working there! She was all smiles the whole time and very professional. She handled the crowds perfectly and efficiently. If I could always be attended by her I would be at Starbucks all day. I think maybe corporate sent her to this otherwise awful location to help them out. If they didn't, then someone needs to recognize what a gem she is and give this girl a promotion. WOWZER yesterday this place let me down! As one of my mother's presents I got her a gift card, and when you register on online with the card you get a free drink on your birthday. So we went and I ordered my drink (caramel macchiato) and snack (very berry something lol) and the guy starts to make the drink finishes then goes to my mom and takes her order. He says its $5. and change and my mom says no I get a free one today and he says yup. Confused at this point. He hands her the receipt and he charged her for the coffee, she then explains that he charged her and then he says yup, getting the coffee to you now. This kid was new how I know because while making my drink he looked through the book to see what is in it. No biggie, you're new you're new and ya gotta learn but when you are told 3xs that you're not supposed to charge and in response say yup the coffee is coming you have to have some loose screws. I look at my mom and tell her forget it he is lost. So as he prepares her drink another worker comes in and he is talking up a storm with his buddies... he takes over my moms drink, hands it to her, and my mom hands it back saying its wrong. Excellent service finally! After months of getting below grade level white mochas at ALL Starbucks, today (6:45 a.m) I told the barista (in the drive thru) to please ensure that the beverage had enough of what it needed as it has been tasting like just plain milk. She delivered! My white mocha had the right blend of everything where I was able to taste the white mocha ALONG with the espresso in it. Only thing is that the whip cream takes up a lot of space in the cup so you end up with less. Very satisfied today! read more

There are some places you walk into and immediately you feel like grabbing a book and curling up on the nearest couch with a warm cup of coffee. This place makes me feel that way. Just the smell of it makes me happy. True it's a commercialized coffee joint and I prefer smaller mom and pops that really have couches for curling up but as far as commercialized goes... This one makes a mighty good double chocolate chip frappauccino. The barista service was friendly and relatively quick.The drive through line was long so I walked in. Nobody in line. In and out with a tasty bacon and Gouda sandwich and a frap in under 5 minutes. Their selection of pastries and breakfast sandwiches was plentiful. As many times as I've come here the only thing they have ever been out of was the cold pressed orange juice which is surprisingly very good for a bottled juice. Tastes of fresh oranges and nice with a breakfast sandwich when one is not in the mood for coffee (which tends to happen from time to time). The place is clean. There is outdoor seating if you wish. I think they made me an Americano (because it was watery), I didn't taste the chocolate at all (my bad for not going for the usual 2 pumps) and the whip had zero sugar in it. I actually dumped it into the trash. If I'm gonna ha e the insane amount of calories that real whip cream has it better be damn good. It was not. On another occasion I asked them to make me a quad shot blended with a banana and chocolate. I shouldve specified sans ice because it tasted like air. :/ The baristas here are nice though. They did have small busy spurts here and there but overall great spot to grab a cup of joe (or Matcha in my case) and study or catch up with friends. I come to this Starbucks because it is the most convenient for me, but they've gotten my order wrong more than a handful of times and it's always different things. Breakfast sandwich wrong or they forget to put sugar in my coffee or they forget the cream. Twice I have had hazelnut added to my coffee when I have not asked for that. You don't put what I ask for but you add something extra? I don't understand. Sometimes they're busy and sometimes they're not so this is not because of the volume of customers it's simply careless mistakes due to not paying attention. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and it's conveniently right around the corner from my house. Lately I have been addictively coming to get my coffee here :) I must say I am pleased with this location. It's clean, has recycling options for your trash, and it has a drive thru! I have yet to use the drive though but it looks like they provide speedy service. I use my mobile app for Starbucks which is a major time saver! If you haven't looked in to that for some reason I recommend you do. I order on the mobile app before I head out the door for work and by the time I get there it's sitting on the counter with my name on it and ready to go! It doesn't get better than that I think. It takes me under 2 minutes to make this stop so it doesn't set me back. My order is also usually right for the most part. If for some reason there is something they don't have they try their best to make up for it. read more

This is just about the service. Food/Drinks is standard like all Starbucks. EVERY SINGLE TIME they get the order wrong. We tell them the previous times they got the order wrong. They try to make it right by offering a free extra of the EXACT WRONG ITEM we didn't want. SMH. I send my father to pick up stuff for us since it's right by my house. But even when he shows them the text I send with a clearly detailed order...TOTALLY wrong. I literally put 1 blah blah with half the syrup...the label on it say double pumps! I ask for 2 orders Bagel Bantams and write NOT THE FRENCH TOAST SWEET ONES...I get like 4 orders of the FRENCH TOAST sickly sweet ones. SMH. We have tried both drive-thru and ordering in person. It's been hard. I going to start making my own down coffee and getting bagels from Whole Foods. I probably should have been doing that from the beginning. So if you have to go.
